Egg White Omelets have long been enjoyed by those who want to enjoy omelets without as much fat or cholesterol. Egg whites are low in calories, and they’re packed with tons of nutrition including lots of protein. It makes them a super smart choice for breakfast any day of the week. Whip up This Delicious Spinach and Egg-White Frittata.

How to make STEP 1 Melt butter in 8-inch skillet until sizzling; add bell peppers and onions. Cook over medium heat, stirring STEP 2 Pour liquid egg whites into same pan. Cook over medium-low heat, lifting edge of egg whites and pulling them STEP 3 Sprinkle with bell pepper mixture and 1/4 cup.

Return pan to the stove, and reduce heat to medium*. Add the whisked egg whites and cook for 2-3 minutes until the eggs are set and the bottom of the egg is golden. Remove from heat. Add the onion mixture, diced avocado, cilantro and cotija cheese to the egg white, and fold over to form the omelet. DIRECTIONS Combine green onions and green peppers in a small bowl.

Separate egg yolk from whites and save whites in bowl. Our Veggie Egg White Omelet is filled with ingredients to fuel you through your day like egg whites, spinach, bell peppers, onions and olive oil. Made with aged white cheddar cheese on a.

And yet, the egg-white omelet persists. They’re usually cooked one of two equally awful ways: in a nonstick skillet greased only with some nonstick cooking spray, or. Lightly coat a medium skillet with cooking spray. Saute the peppers and scallions until they are tender-crisp. Pour the egg substitute over the vegetables.

When partially set, spread the cheese over 1/2 the eggs, and fold the omelet in half over the filling. The egg-white omelet is a staple breakfast for many healthy eaters, but they’re often rubbery and bland. After several trials, I’ve found that it’s easy to make a flavorful.

Add egg whites to skillet; cook until nearly set, using a flexible heatproof spatula to repeatedly pull in sides of omelet to allow uncooked egg to run underneath, 1 to 2 minutes. Step 3 Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and prepared salsa over the top. Gently slide omelet onto serving plate, folding it over by tipping skillet slightly. Place a shallow pan under a medium flame and heat 2 table spoons of cooking oil in it. Pour the egg white mixture and let it cook with the lid closed for two minutes.

Note: secret of fluffy omelet lies in the way it forms up on beaten and making sure that the oil is piping hot.

Sprinkle half of omelet with 1 or more of the following fillings, if desired: 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled; 2 tablespoons sautéed mushrooms; 2 tablespoons shredded cheese; 2 tablespoons diced cooked ham; 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried herbs.

  • Good recipe..thanks for sharing. I also like cooking. Now I found new recipe to cook. I am also into home gardening. I planted usually vegetables that I love to videos of my cooking and gardening as well…hope you like yo check it out too

  • 3 big mistakes: 1. He used butter (1/4 of a cup of butter has over 400 calories. 2. He used a metal fork 3. He used a metal spatula. Both destroy stovetop pans.

  • Safe to eat 3 or 4 eggs a day? By whom? One egg has enough cholesterol in it to raise your levels substantially, even if temporary. I’m a diabetic and I rarely eat eggs at all. Maybe once a month I’ll cook one egg for breakfast because I love them but eating many eggs is a time bomb health wise. You should check out your facts.

  • Taste less af..Diet doesn’t means totally fat free or medium size egg has only 78 to 90 calorie.A proper diet means balance of all essential nutritions and combination of complex carbs, protein and fats.According to 2000 calorie diet one normal person can have 250-300 gms of carbs 70-100 gm of protein and 67-75 gms of fat 20 gm of which can be saturated.I lose 40 kilogram of my body weight by keto diet.which is based on only protein & fats.

  • Eggs don’t increase cholesterol and removing yolk is simply a waste. Egg yolks have a high protein content and contain many essential vitamins, like vitamine D, and vitimines B, minerals and fats. It is true that by far by far eggs are the largest sources of dietary cholesterol but the liver produces cholesterol (2000 mg a day) based on the body’s needs and external consumption of cholesterol. So if your daily intake is sufficient, liver will produce less cholesterol. If you want to decrease cholesterol stop eating processed carbs in the first place!

  • Ha ha ha ha, “…’cos most of the fat’s in the yolk….now let me throw in a bit of butter into the pan….” ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

  • Aaj Morning m hi banaya mam maine aapki yeh dish bahut badhiya tha maine esme10 egg use kiye h onion salt pepper and oil spray ke sath or ha mam yeh wait loose ke alawa wait gain bhi karta h

  • Really been enjoying your videos. I’m just starting out and trying to lose weight and build muscle. What are your thoughts on cheese?

  • Unfortunatly when you throw away the yolks you’re also throwing away 90% of the nutrients in the egg. I personaly would never throw out the yolks as they are some of the most nutritionally dense food on the planet. And it’s quite safe and healthy to eat 3-4 a day. Furthermore, this whole low fat food craze is wrong. The fat you eat in food is burned off as energy. It’s a high intake of refined carbs and white sugar that makes people fat. Eat full fat foods, eat less refined sugar and carbs, eat

  • Egg whites are fine. There is zero cholesterol in the whites. All the cholesterol is in the yolks. Personally, I don’t really care for the taste of cooked egg white by itself. If you like it then you are lucky!

  • To all the dozy twats in this comment section: yolk or no yolk you’ll be using some form of fat anyway to cook the omelette, assuming you don’t want it to taste like a fucking shoe. IN ADDENDUM! Plenty recipes just use the yolk and leave the white, which some people don’t want to waste. Ding dong! Wake up for fuck’s sake.

  • How is that “perfect”? The omelette itself looks horrible. Anyone can do that. Butter in pan, pour in egg whites. Ok. I can already do that. I thought it would be something better.

  • Now that’s an omelette! I bet it’s full of flavor too! Compared to the egg white and spinach omelette. Can’t wait to try it for myself! Great video!

  • Great stuff. I’ve already added your spinach and egg white ommelette into my diet, time to try this one out 😉 Albeit I will definitely not find Canadian bacon here in Iceland, but I’m sure I can improvise:-)

Oh and yeah, massive thumbs up for the garlic powder such a flavorful addition to food!

    Keep it up:)

  • my omlete folding skills don’t exist. im jealous yours came out looking like an omlete instead of scrambled eggs. i admire your aquired skills. youre an omlete connoisseur.

  • Made my first omlette this morning. Absolutely ruinned it. Should of watched this before I start BUT NOOOOO!!! I had to be a hero. Now look at me, Im eating it from a bowl.

  • In a market full of fitness guys and gals, they all need to move over and let you have a few more views. I think your videos are informative, well explained and beneficial for the everyday person.
I am personally over weight because I have quit smoking after 24 years 3 years ago and have found that food comforts and replaces habits. You inspire me and others to use food as a fuel and healthy living by example. Keep up the great work here.
    We are watching…

  • Awesome video tutorial. For years I’ve been putting the onions and tomatoes after the egg. I’ll give this a shot and see if it turns out better.

  • the dietary cholesterol from egg yolks have not been proven to contribute to serum cholesterol in our blood. please don’t spread false facts.

  • Hi Ma’am
Thank you so much for sharing this method of removing yolk from the eggs. I love to have omelette just because of yolk I avoided it,( as yolk makes me fat)But I am very Happy to find this method of yours now I can have it whenever I want to. God bless you.

  • Stop saying you’re starving, it’s insulting as hell to anyone who has had to go without food and water for more than one day consecutively. It’s a good video, just wish you didn’t use a non stick pan they’re not healthy for you. While you’re at it look up some history we’ve got more to offer you low IQ neighbors in the USA than drake and Tim’s, especially since history shows we’ve always managed to kick your asses when you’ve tried to invade Canada…

  • it actually taste just the same. when you scramble regular eggs with the yolk, you already lose most of the flavor of the yolk anyways. trust me it’s worth it… ive tried it once and has been eating only egg whites ever since. go buy a carton of egg whites at HEB!! it really doesn’t hurt to trust me on this, it would only make you healthier

  • Was looking for something easy without all the extra onions and tomatoes for health reasons. Found this. Eating it with fried vegetable brown rice 1:14 A.M my time. Thanku

  • Wow di…lovely& yummy recipe..i try it was just amazing…. ur best di… I only like ur u are making such a diffferent recipics..luv u di..hats off to u..

  • i really like your videos and the overall vibe you bring out with each one of them
keep up the good work my friend
its nice to see you following your dream and helping other pepole in the process

  • i never comment on vids but man you earned a sub, keep up this quality and hard work. you are better than alot of other big fitness channels

  • most of the fat is in the yolk:puts butter into a pan which probably has more fat and less nutrients then an egg yolk: If your going to eat healthy don’t go half way. Id rather make a whole egg with cooking spray then egg whites with butter.

  • Thanks for the video!! Looks so tasty and lean. I like Avocados a lot also. Other things I would add would be potatoes and some jack cheese for me.

  • This makes absolutely no fucking sense! The only reason I find for a person (or at least a sane person) to eat an omelette without egg yolks is to be healthy and avoid fat….but if you are adding that much butter to the omelette then its the same fucking thing than eating a regular omelette, just make a regular omelette with less butter and it will still be a thousand times better than this fucking joke of an omelette

  • If your not keen on using butter, using it olive oil is a good replacement. I myself am allergic to egg yolks so I found this nice to watch.

  • been seeing your videos and they’re a great boost of confidence! I’ve lost 32lbs in 13 weeks so far. even though I didn’t start my journey watching your videos, it’s cool to know that your videos prove to me even more that this works. count your macros and do some exercise and the lbs will come off! sitting at 220 and my goal is to be at 180-190 by December. thanks for the vids!

  • You can use an empty water bottle to “suck” the egg-yolks out of the rest of it. Just point, squeeze bottle, release. The egg-yolk should just go in.

  • yum! late night munchies brought me here… im on a smoothie kick, trying to be healthy. the problem w/ that is that im hungry @ 1am!! egg-white omelette that dont suck, lol. im gonna try right now…

  • absolutely love this video;your omlette looks rather tasty im going to try it out tomorrow would love to see more of your cooking videos!

  • I like closing my omelet with a 1/4 cup mozzarella. 8oz of egg whites 2oz diced green pepper, 2oz onions, and 2oz diced ham. About 310 calories.

  • You may find this article interesting as far as salt/sodium goes…maybe the guidelines might be right for a sedentary individual who drinks little water and never sweats but they don’t take lifestyle into account. Just food for thought

  • I agree with many of the other comments here, I really enjoy your channel. The content is exactly what I was looking for and your personality is fantastic feels like a friend offering sound advice. I know you’ve done videos on the sup’s you’re taking depending on if you’re cutting or bulking… for someone on a budget, can you explain which sup’s you’d prefer spend your money on and which can be left out? Thanks!

  • That looks delicious. I’m definitely going to try it. By the way, what time of the day do you drink myofeed and how many days a week?

  • that is real dope I haven’t thought about adding Lemon & Pepper seasoning to my egg white Omelette. You gave me some ideas thanks bro.

  • My problem with egg yolks is more about the cholesterol than the saturated fats. Plus, I’d like to see the official recommendation claiming that it’s safe to eat whole 3-4 eggs every day. To me that sounds quite excessive.

  • if you want to eat healthy along with cooking with out eggwhites, you shud also cook with sray butter (margirne) its better for you and it taste FANTASTICIC! lol

  • if you want to eat healthy make dinner at home. Butter salt fat adds flavor. when people go out to eat give them what they really want

  • My dude! This might sound bad… But I’m happy you quit your job. You’re focusing on what makes you happy and if what makes you happy can support you financially, then you’ve cracked the code to a fulfilling life! Keep it up

  • Haha remingtons got skills in the kitchen! I’m struggling to get egg whites bud, roughly how many eggs would that be?.. Awesome work man.. Liking the start of the journey

  • Started doing your carton of egg whites + bag of spinach and loved it. low calories high protein and nutritional! Gonna need to give this a shot.

  • Mam recipe to Bahut acchi h… But Jo egg yolk bacch jayega ushka Kya karenge usse fek denge to paise waste Ho jayenge… I know aapke pass Ishka solution jarur hoga kuch to.. jaldi batayega mam

  • I tried my first egg white omelette recently. It had spinach, chicken, and onions. It got me hooked on egg white omelettes. But I think that I’m going to try out something closer to your recipe next time. I felt myself ready to drool thinking about bell peppers.

  • Gonna miss the days where you reply to every single comment. Soon you’re gonna be too busy, but you deserve it dude! This omelette looks fire btw.

  • if you order a dish that involves eggs, you could always request that you want egg whites only, such as IHOP. you should really try it, the yolk is very bad for you

  • In the college I’ve been taught there’s no prove of cholesterol level increases in healthy people by taking 3-4 eggs/day depending the size. Here’s one free article!divAbstract

  • Oh man looking good! I gotta get on that canadian bacon train! Might roll out to the store and get this for tomorrow! Nice job dude! I think I would hit it with a little sriracha.

Oh yeah, unrelated question Remington I’m getting one of my oldest friend back into fitness and he is already a pretty strong guy naturally. He has been in shape before and worked out in the past but kind of lost it all once he get an IT job and has been that way for 4-5 years. He wants to lose about 40 lbs (He’s 6’1, 240) and he’s looking at doing something like StrongLifts 5×5 but is more concerned with aesthetics and fat loss than anything else. I told him there’s got to be a better “beginner’s” approach to this that has more than just the big compound lifts. Any recommendations? Thanks and keep up the great content man.

  • I mean maybe Id use a tablespoon of butter. He uses like 5 tablespoons. Ridding the cholesterol and sat fat from the yolk is the whole point. Adding all that butter defeats the purpose. Its still pretty healthy unless you are already on the path to getting or have CVD already.

I would never use metal utensils on a cast irin or other type of pan though. Thah shiz is jus mad cray cray

  • anyone know if that eggwhites247 ship to Canada? also it seems expensive as fauk, 44 bucks for 1 gallon of egg whites, or is that just me lol

  • Lol what’s the point of making an egg white omelette if you are going to end up sprinkling that much cheese on it. I might as well then add an egg yolk or 2 into it which would make it taste yummier. The whole point of the egg white recipes is to get the fat as close as possible to 0 g.

  • The point of an egg-white omelette is to avoid the cholesterol in the yolk which is really high, however, adding sausage is even worse lol…. sausage is extremely high in nitrates and saturated fats, both bad for your heart… oh, had cholesterol too… the very thing you got rid of in the first place.

  • This guy talks about not being big because of genetics when he’s on a year round shred and eats way too much protein and fuck all carbs each meal lol. He’s a joke

  • It looks good thank you. What do you do with the yolks?
Also it helps the viewers if you list all your ingredients on the description in case like me don’t hear or understand what you say

  • Great video as always!! never used Canadian bacon but just prepped it into my morning omelet too!! yummy!! thanks again as always for the ideas!! keep it up

  • you make me starving… that’s delicious, it’s almost the same recipe from McDonald’s burrito, just needs a Canadian sausage and a flour tortilla, you must try it its tasty too…

  • love this omelette recipe. I also love spinach, mushrooms and bellpeppers in an omelette. sautéed zucchini is really good as well to add!

  • You’re a real inspiration to me man. I plan on starting a YouTube channel that helps people get up and stay motivated by making it exciting and easy. Keep doing what you’re doing I’m looking forward to all future uploads!

  • An avocado baked egg the morning before this would be perfect. I now know what to use the extra egg whites and scooped out avocado for! Thank you so much, it looks amazing!

  • I love egg whites omelette. Creativity is the word. I love veggies. So yes I get very creative and never bored when making it. Great video. Have to try the Canadian bacon.

  • I’ve never known (having been 1) any real Chef who A has holes in the omelette or B needs a spatula to guide the omelette. If you cook it right, all you need is a fork to mix, fold and remove from the pan.

  • Can anyone give suggestions regarding what to do with egg yolks??…..…because in middle class homes dat really becomes a big deal

  • That was quick and shockingly easy! I have to try this sometime. Two things; 1.what do you plan to do with the yolks and 2. how exactly did you separate them from the whites.
If I ever tried it I’m afraid I’ll make a dreadful mess of it.

  • That’s one Sunkissed Smile!.. Carline’s Smile is The First Best Thing To Start the Day with, Every Mrning! ‍☀

  • Yes that WOULD be the case if he was using a frying pan in aluminium, stainless steel etc, which is most common today, but he seems to be using a classic cast iron pan, and if you’ve actually done much cooking you would know that using metal forks/spatula etc in cast iron pots and pans is PERFECTLY FINE as long as you don’t scratch it to pieces. There’s a huge difference in this area between cast iron and the modern stuff.

  • Surely eating an egg white omelette has to be the most joyless way to live ever. You might as well just give up eating altogether and live entirely on nutritional supplements. That will taste purely of salt, pepper and hot butter. Just don’t remove the egg yolk and eat a normal omelette instead. There are so many important nutrients in an egg yolk. If you’re genuinely so worried about your weight that one single egg yolk will push you over the edge eat a salad or some steamed veg instead; this is full of butter anyway. I will never eat such a completely pointless dish in my life.

  • Made one this morning with some onions, ham, and pepperoni, put it between two toasted pieces of bread with lettuce in it and had a nice brunch
