  • I like to go to panda express because you can get double teriyaki chicken and veggies. you get about 74 grams of protein for around 600 calories.

  • This is glorious, I have been researching “how do you get toned abs fast” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Wiyila Tenadison Principle (do a search on google )? Ive heard some super things about it and my cousin got excellent results with it.

  • Great video! People need to be informed about these kind of things and be aware that they don’t have to starve or eat bland, boring foods in order to lose weight and be healthy.

  • I just went to Tim Hortons for the 1st time in my life when I went to Canada for the 1st time in my life and ordered a double double for the first time in my life.

  • Hey bullyjuice or anyone that wants to help me out. I just wanted to know from anyone’s perspective what do you think is better? Running on a treadmill or outdoors? And which one do you think brings the best of not fastest results

  • The people that disliked this video are just embarrassed to admit mcdonalds fans that the most common foods at mcdonald’s are high in sodium and calories.

  • The only healthy thing here is the side salad and the apple slices. Everything else is jammed packed with sugar or more fat or sodium

  • Natural vanilla flavor… I want to know who decided… “hummm beaver behinds, let’s see what the stuff in the anal glands tastes like. Oh this is like vanilla flavor! We can use that!” And are the beavers treated well? Or are they in tiny cages like every other factory farm raised animal out there?

  • Me: watches video
Also me: goes to McDonald’s and asks for the extra complete burger with extra cheese, 3 breads, 4.meats and a big combo…
-Mmmm…yeah im pretty sure this is healthy

  • I love all of your videos, do you have tips for someone who has had breast cancer, i now take letrozole? Thank you Thank you Dr Hyman….

  • subway is honestly the worst bang for your buck. people underestimate the amount of carbs they get in a sandwich and how little protein they get. obviously it depends what you order, but generally the average subway sandwich is super caloric and is not very satiating because it’s mostly just bread.

  • My daily Subway Salad:
. 2 scoops of Regular grilled chicken strips (heated)
    . 3 egg whites (heated)
    . A lot of Spinach
    . light lettuce
    . Red Onions
    . Tomatoes
    . Cucumbers
    . Bell peppers
    . Banana peppers
    . Black olives
    . Pickles
    . Sweet onion
    . Honey mustard
    . Red vinegar
All chopped up together with 2 scoops of guacamole on top.

  • I can’t make myself eat lettuce I can only but I can eat spinnich, cucumber and tomato. Do you have any tips for what I should eat? also your workouts are helping me out ALOT.

  • I never thought that McDonald’s had these Oatmeal and stuff.
The only thing that I know about McDonald’s is that they are not healthy. Do we go for a healthier option, where you get tastier options?

  • Dude I can’t even eat salad anymore after two years goin on three of high school wrestling it’s tough out here I moved to a high protein low calorie because my school doesn’t provide salad anymore

  • Finally a mother.
For 8 years my husband and i tried ceaselessly to conceive to no avail. The gynecologist told us that the Fibroid is causing difficulties and he recommended a surgery. I love my life so much and i did’t want to undergo any surgery because i was told it’s too painful and also there are 80% of it growing back. I was discussing this with a close colleague who told me how Dr Ebhota helped her cousin cure fibroid. I contacted her and she was so amazing with encouragements and finally sent me a very effective medicine that changed my life for good. It has been four years now and i am still very fine and i have son i call my own naturally. You too can reach her too on [email protected] for her medicine.

  • 240 calories in an impossible whopper? How can this be?

“There are 630 calories in a Impossible Whopper from Burger King. Most of those calories come from fat (48%) and carbohydrates (36%).”

  • What do you think about subsidizing hemp rather than corn? It can do everything corn can plus it grows wild, can be used rather than sand in concrete and finish with a lighter, stronger product, and many other things like rope, bio fuel, oil and nutrition too! Why did they make it illegal? MONEY!!!! The oceans are being destroyed for sand, corn is a tasty treat, and can be widely used for many things, but it is making sick people and hurting the people and planet. What on earth would the elite do if everyone lived to 100 years old and never got sick? I don’t think their boom and bust design on life for the factory assembly lines and medical industrial complex that rivals the military and prison industries. We need more people like this doctor who would make a difference in this world and the elites forest. With 100 years of lies and suppressed patents, pray and protect our national heroes!

  • Healthy fast food options, eh?
Sounds like it’s gonna be an interesting video!

  • Instead of me having subway, I got my a firehouse subs with the Firehouse Hero large (2x) 2420 calories, with 136 grams of protein, 114 grams of fat, and 212 grams of carbs. (Served with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and many other veggies). That’s like my pre/post-workout food, love your videos man keep up the good work bro. #God1stGodBless

  • This was great. It’s obvious that fast food is less healthy than cooking your own food, but like you said sometimes it’s convenient. I watched a couple other of “healthy fast food” but they only focused on calories instead of protein content.

  • Doctor, if chronic gastritis patient, can i eat bone broth? Will it be too rich for the liver? How much can someone drink bone broth?

  • Bullyjuice, GOOD LOOKIN out on this video. This gives the people such as my self that’s tryna eat rite something to look forward to as far as healthy fast food options. Still trying to stick a healthy diet while away from the kitchen. Thank you so much, now i don’t have to be tht guy who goes out with friends being a buzz kill, & says i can’t eat this stuff because it’s not healthy for me.

  • I started having grilled chicken sandwitch and don’t fell like I’m dieting and it taste nice I keep me satisfied I love it low in caloroes asweel

  • Yoooo thanks so much for this video man definitely going to favorite this video and come back to it for whenever I’m at one of these restaurants!

  • Got a question: what about sides and drink?? Do you go with just a chicken sandwich and no fries or drink, or does it just depend on the persons diet??

  • This guy is clearly not an endomorph because if he was he would not be eating this much food at restaurants This stuff comes down to your body type

  • Yeah. I gave up. I’m sick of counting stuff and I’m sick of cooking and cleaning it up too. I drink about 50 grams of protein with pasteurized egg whites every day, then 500-600 calories of junk. I eat fruit in the morning and a serving of veggies almost every day. I’m trying to get my egg whites up to 100 grams of protein a day, but I can’t quite do it. So bloated. I have some meat occasionally.

  • Hey man, your content is legit-I hope you didn’t feel discouraged in creating a follow, but I’m watching all your videos. Great diet tips!

  • Subway Meal: flat bread, turkey/ chicken breast, provolone, onions, spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, light mayo, honey mustard, salt and pepper

  • 5:06 5:10 “because the American Heart Association gets a big check from the manufacturers” shouldn’t it be the other way around?

  • from a calorie and nutrition standpoint it may be ok to eat fast food. But all the toxins, chemicals, preservatives, and antibiotics in fast food will slowly but surely kill you.

  • Are the food regulations in the States way different to that of Canada? It’s by law all Canadian chicken when sent to market the chicken has been weened off of medicine and antibiotics.

  • great video! so true, there are possible choices in every restaurant to make for people who want to loose weight or just eat normally. but there should be energetical values of every food item in menyes in every restarurant. to help people choose.. its very hard to decided only by looking at the food. so many people have overeating and obesity problems, it should be demanded by goverment that energetica values are available to help people!!! im on 1500 kcal diet because im obese, but i sstill allow myself to eat fast food once in a while, but its quite a struggle finding out the calorific value. i wish all food places would include calories in their menues…… maybe in usa there are calorific values included, but here in europe ufortunately not. but obesity is starting to be bigger and bigger problem in here too.

  • We have a place in CO called twisters they make THE best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever tasted period and I’ve had every chicken sandwich this guy has mentioned and more. There chicken breasts are marinated for their burritos before they shred them and they use them for the sandwiches too. I think there are more of them in NM and AR as well if you are lucky enough to be near one go order the chicken sandwich ASAP and see what I’m talking about.

  • Yeah, because I go to my local McDonalds expecting to eat apple slices with my disgusting oatmeal or a non-filling hamburger.

I think I’ll just stick to my Big Mac with medium French Fries and just excerise an hour a day instead of starving myself.

  • Just finished Dr. Hyman’s book, Food: What the Heck Should I Eat? LOVE IT! So simple to follow….Will never, EVER shop for groceries or cook the same way again. In just a couple of months, I have lost 12 pounds, have tons of energy, am NEVER hungry, and feel GOOD about what I am ingesting! Go Dr. Hyman, Go!!!!

  • Dude my fridge just broke, and the mechanic can’t make it out to next week. I wasn’t trying to loose progress. This is really helpful. I live in Chicago, so we have chick-fil-a, Taco Bell, and Panda Express.

  • Great job young man I’ve been watching you for a little while I like your presentation and you make it fun this particular episode eating while on the go really hit home I’m always really hungry after the gym so I go grocery shopping but sometimes it do stop at McDonald’s to get their grilled chicken wrap 3 of them they are good and filling but I didn’t notice a couple of other places you went to that I will try great job keep up the good work health is wealth

  • Great fast food options! Good alternatives for when you can’t get in the kitchen. Gonna have to check arby’s out, also almost at 500k! NICE!

  • i work at mcdonald’s and get a free meal every day, and i bike everyday to work. Most times it’s hard to bring along my own food, so this really helped thanks!

  • Appreciate you bully, been subscribed to this you for a min. Appreciate showing us another way to look at fast food. And letting us know there’s different options out there. Love brother

  • I’m just gonna say this rn. I get what your doing but in no way is it even close to the healthiest option. It’s called fuel. That fuel is horrible for you. Also peep your blood pressure all that stuff is high in sodium and peep your cholesterol the gym help with that but the fast food daily thing isn’t only a waste of money but nutrients value and your putting your body at risk. If you eat at maintenance or below you’ll be fine. And prob won’t gain weight right away But what will happen is your gonna be intaking way too many fats to carb to protein ratio. I’m not saying it’s bad for you my man. But I guarantee you. Muscle gain is 20% fitness and 80% diet or what you eat. But the whole point I feel is eating fast food overall isn’t healthy, you’ll still gain muscle since it’s good food for protein gains but you gotta choose what foods and macros your tracking and micros. I know a few people who don’t track and their results are slower. Tracking calories makes sure you don’t gain body fat and lose fat if need be or stay at maintenance. But if we peep that sodium. No matter what blood pressure going up. I cut out fast food completely, I went from 178 to 125 with my blood pressure and any health problems or feelings went away, with some added preventive medicine. But tracking sodium cholesterol is important. Fuel intake and what fuel your putting in makes a huge difference. Keep up the good work.

  • Hey bullyjuice I cant seem to get bigger I’ve hovered around 76 to 80kg for the past 10 years, I’m very ripped, just cant gain size..

  • I was impressed and encouraged until the question,”Are we going to go bankrupt because of Medicaid and Medicare?” Now I’m wondering if the rest of the remarks hold any validity.

  • Thanks so much bro this video is very helpful I don’t make my own food too much so this will help until I get into a habit of doing so!

  • This was very helpful!! I’m on vacation and I can’t make myself any of the foods I normally eat to loose weight and my family eats out a lot so thank you for this!

  • This is glorious, I have been researching “exercise for toning abs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Wiyila Tenadison Principle (just google it )? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my brother in law got amazing success with it.

  • I just started buying grassfed whole milk, just bc my kids just milk! We used to buy Org. But, unfortunately not everybody can afford grassfed!

  • And yet… the Cleveland Clinics own website as of Jan 2020 still says you should not eat more than 10% fat daily in your diet. WTF?

  • Obviously the click bait picture for this video is of you not flexing what you normally look like when you aren’t flexing and then you flexing

  • Loved the perspective on this, but the only thing I can say that was not entirely appealing, is that the lack of healthy fats (such as even taking your own olive oil based mayo along for the burgers) and trying to put the protein focus on pure meat (again, the burgers), rather than the chicken tenders(espeically if the person chooses to also have fries with those tenders) due to the load of carbs/insulin effects and what this does to the body (heart) over time. Keeping the carbs down, but increasing the fats in the fast food meals would, in my opinion, make fast food a very healthy option! Ps…I’m not at all against carbs…ie. if a person loves fries, then maybe pair it with the bunless burger rather than pairing it with another item with the carb coatings. (I would rather eat two quarter pounders with cheese and bacon, minus buns rather than the a meat with bread coating and fries, for ex). Other than that, I totally think your video is addressing the other side of fast food eating on all levels! Ps…love your Tim’s addition as a fellow Canuck!:)

  • CHIPOTLE!!! I’m so dumb sitting here like “what can I eat???” Completely forgot about Chipotle. (Or taco Bell had their power bowls which are like rip-off Chipotle.)
