  • So what if you have a bad back (bulging disc/cracked on one side of tail bone) and horrible knees. (Old and several accidents����‍♀️). Im slim BUT I have this dang tire around my waist that needs to be gone. So are these still ok to do without injury to self?

  • The gloves are so true. Every dude that wears gloves in the gym complains about this hurting and this weight is heavy because it is 5 pounds more than I am used to.

    hardest part was transitioning from squats to push ups. had to take a break before push ups and during push ups. but then i powered thru everything else. push ups was about controlling my breath. everything after was easy-ish bc it was about flexibility.

  • We had this guy who would basically build a nest of all the gear for his workout and take up a spot in the gym. Then when he worked out there was lots of grunting and confused looks from fellow gym-goers.

  • Hey Jeff! I recently injured my shoulder. I got what is called an AC joint separation. I believe it’s a grade 2 or 3. Despite it being somewhat common, there’s limited research that the average person has access to and I currently do not have health insurance so any extra help would be much appreciated. I would like to start some rehab on it as it is feeling better but since it’s a torn ligament, I’m scared to make it worse. Making this injury worse wouldn’t just set me back but will make my permanent disfigurement even worse and more noticeable or require surgery. Additionally, I’ve seen that this injury can lead to arthritis so with a lot of older people that have experienced this injury, a video on it would reach a wide range of people. Thanks for all the information you’ve shared over the years! Your channel has made a difference in my life and I try to turn people onto it whenever someone is experiencing any issues. You’re the man!

  • Hey Jeff, I’m a 16 year old and as for my fitness levels I’d say It’s average but I have a weak area which is my shoulders where the bones on both my shoulders are sort of sticking out, it’s not an injury I think it’s called scapular winging and I don’t do weights and bodyweight only so if there’s any workout or routine you recommend can you please let me know?   • I think I’m the gym prep ‘guy’ but I’m doing a lot more than forearms (laughed-out-loud on this one) doing Max Size. One that constantly shows up at my gym to add to the list mirror stealer guy. These are the people that will step in front of you while you’re using the mirror so that they can lift directly in front of you, and steal your mirror. Another one is ‘dominance’ guy The guy who will intentionally step into your space, or over your bar just to assert his dominance while staring you down.     Or the guy who weasrs a big gold necklace over his tshirt and a backwards cap with baggy gym trousers hmmmm

  • I think that Dua Lipa and her team are very capable and this song and video series seem to be a success with fans so props to them for that. But I do wish there had been a little more substance to this video. If they had brought in a real fitness instructor and made the routine interesting and actually something we could use, I think that would have made it more fun to watch. Plus introducing all these characters by name doesn’t make much sense if we’re not going to get to know them at all. It seems a little like a rip-off of Eric Prydz’ “Call On Me” video without being nearly as daring! That video made a splash because it had creativity and entertainment value not just because it was sexy. This video certainly is sexy, but it feels thin since the structure and story/exercise routine is lacking. Sexiness to me is like a garnish, which pops only when there’s a solid core it’s accenting. Just my two cents. I think Dua Lipa is very charismatic and I admire her swag. The continued success of her and her team seems assured.
