  • i had a really clear skin before i tried tiktok oil cleanser and now i had small bumps on my forehead and the side of my face and i cant get a facial cause of rona so idk what to do

  • I do have it on one arm way worse than the other for some reason (also I’m a guy but pretty much hairless on my arms). It’s worst on the tops of my hands but strangely…the bizarre thing is it tends to be seasonal in that it turns worst in late February to about April, then mysteriously goes away from both hands. The arm bit sticks around all the time, but has never itched like it does on my hands or more specifically the webbing between thumb and index (top side). That has gotten so bad it has scabbed over, cracked, and bled (very lightly) when at it’s peak and when super bumpy and almost scaly. I hate it. It makes me self-conscious because…can’t hide hands really. My friend once said to me, “it’s ok. Your little bumps don’t define you to me.” I miss that friend now these days.

CeraVe works wonders for clearing up those bumps. Consistency is key however. Doc could you please cover the benefits of Intense Pulse Lighting treatment vs. Topical products like B3 to address the redness. Some doctors claim that IPL can help target and constrict the red vessels in the skin. Thank you so much

  • I think i have microcomedones and i try to extract them one by one (when I do manual extractions a yellowish substance or pearl like shaped extraction comes out, but i have so many from what i can guess from watching this video from wearing makeup:( My mom is an esthetician and has given me really good care and extraction on more major things like acne or whiteheads and blackheads and I have had a rigorous skin care routine since i was 16… but how do i treat it at this point, they are so many and so tiny and i just get so frustrated knowing they are there.

I have been suffering from (HERPES) disease for the last four years and had constant pain, especially in my knees. During the first year, I had faith in God that I would be healed someday. This disease started to circulate all over my body and I have been taking treatment from my doctor, a few weeks ago I came on search on the internet if I could get any information concerning the prevention of this disease, on my search I saw a testimony of someone who has been healed from (HERPES) by this Man DR OMO and she also gave the email address of this man and advise we should contact him for any sickness that he would be of help, so I wrote to DR OMO telling him about my (HERPES) he told me not to worry that I was going to be cured!! hmm i never believed it,, well after all the procedures and remedy given to me by this man few weeks later I started experiencing changes all over me as the DR assured me that I have cured, after some time i went to my doctor to confirmed if I have been finally healed behold it was TRUE, So friends my advice is if you have such sickness or any other at all you can email DR OMO on( [email protected] gmail.com )I am grateful for the help I will forever recommend you to my friends!!! • I started having problems with this on the back of my thighs and it’s gotten so much worse since I’ve been pregnant (I’m currently 38 weeks). It’s awful and I’m so self conscious about it. It kinda feels like sandpaper and I have a really hard time not scratching or picking at it because of my anxiety. I know it’s just a cosmetic issue but I’m not gonna lie, hearing that it’s damn near impossible to get rid of is hard news to accept. I’m already struggling with the changes in my body brought on by pregnancy so this is just the cherry on top I guess. Smh….I feel stupid for being upset but I can’t help it. It’s a tough pill to swallow.

  • i hate it sm i cant take my shirt off to swim without someone talking about. My self esteem is ruined. I have it all over my body and arms and shoulders. i tried everything nothing works

  • Question: does tretinoin only serves to control comedone acne? Or does it also get rid of both open and closed comedones from within the pore like for example BHA would?

  • I have a lot of bumps on the side of my face (from outer corner of my eyes out) that look really obvious when sunlight hits my face at a specific angle.

  • can i use cerave’s salicylic acid cream instead of the cleanser?? i’m going to use it for my keratosis pilaris on my body, but i was wondering if i can use it on my face to treat closed comedones?

  • The ones on my arms are less obvious but the ones on my legs are super ugly and viewable. I haven’t worn shorts in public in 5 years.

  • My face is really clear and I’m blessed to have that, but my arms and my chest on the other hand.. it’s really bad on them & it’s making me extremely insecure and depressed:(

  • I thought my life had nothing to offer anymore because life became meaningless to me because I had HERPES virus,
the symptoms became very severe & conspicuous and it made my family abandoned me so they won’t get infected. I gave up everything, my hope, dreams, vision, and job because the doctor told me there’s no cure. I consumed so many drugs but they never cured me they only suppressed the symptoms inside me making it worse. I began doing some research online on how to get a permanent when I came across testimonies of some people on how Dr. Aloha cured them of HERPES virus, I never believed at first and thought it was a joke but later decided to contact him through his Email: [email protected] gmail.com when I messaged him we communicated and he prepared the Herbal Cure and sent it to my address which I provided and He told me to go for a test after two weeks. Within just 7 days of using the medication, the symptoms disappeared, and when I went for a test Lo and behold I tested NEGATIVE by the same Doctor Who tested me earlier. Thank you so much Dr. Aloha I forever owe my life to you and I’ll keep on telling the world about you. If you are going through the same situation worry no more and contact Dr. Aloha via Email: [email protected] gmail.com or Call/Text: +1(202) 871-3222

  • LOOOOVED THIIIS!!!!!! I have seen some dermatologists who told me that because I am acne-prone (and I get a lot of closed comodones), I don’t need moisturizer because my skin already develops a lot o oil. It is a good one off guide for getting rid Keratosis Pilaris naturally minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.

  • I have this on my outer arms and a little bit underneath my thighs.

I’ve had it since middle school, and I had no idea what it was, only that I was ashamed of it and there was something wrong with me. A few people also pointed it out to me, so that made me even more self conscious. My aunt told me that it was because I was eating too much gluten, and that if I stopped (like she did) it would go away.

Fast forward to now, it’s gotten better but only because I moisturize and throughly clean the area. I’ve done some research, and it seems that it’s something I’m stuck with until I’m in my 30’s, or maybe for the rest of my life.

I’m just more at ease knowing that it’s common and not my fault (hygiene wise). The best I can do now is accept it and try my best to take care of the skin I’m given.

  • Ya’ll heard her there’s nothing to worry about so its gonna be fine dont worry if people bully you about your skin condition just dont mind them its fine

  • I have them all over my back and tricep and shoulder areas of my body. And it’s embarassing. I don’t think I’ll ever feel comfortable taking off my shirt in public. I did once in gym and everyone made fun of me. I never knew it was KP until seeing this video.

  • I sooooo wish I had seen this video 10 years ago. I remember when I got my first pair of glasses, I immediately started crying when I put them on; I had NO idea I had so many closed comedones or even what they were for that matter. Things obviously got better as they tend to do, but regardless I can’t wait to start using this advice in my routine to clear up what does pop up every once in a while. Thank you, Dr. Dray!!!

  • I had KP since I was a kid I inherited it from my dad (Im 26 now). His KP strangely disappeared in the end of his 30s. I remember when I was a kid, I was going to a beach vacation for 3 weeks and the KP completely disappeared (It was the only time in my entire life). When I went back to Germany it came back after 1 month or so. Since then I have tried everything and nothing really works. Exfoliating does make the skin smoother but the KP is still very visible. • I don’t know why, but women like the ones in the video, overly “stylish” (I put it inside quotes because this is far from my notion of style), turn me off. I find them unattractive to the point that it’s hard for me to even watch the video.
I don’t know, it’s probably some kind of bias: the more fancy clothes and makeup you need, the less brain you must have, so why waste time listening to you.

  • There are many components to reducing kp naturally. One place I found that succeeds in merging these is the Keelee remedy system (check it out on google) definately the most useful blueprint i’ve seen. Check out all the great info.

  • I never knew I had a condition! I have always received compliments for my upper arms
aaw, you have goosebumps all the time, so cute and I am like, _no, that’s my skin.
And everyone is so surprised cos they have never seen skin like mine before.
    This is so interesting.

  • Thank you so much for this Video!! I wondered where these bumps were coming from for such a long time now… I‘ve came to the conclusion that wearing a mask makes me sweat on my forehead and chin. I‘ve ordered niacinamide by the ordinary and just one application made a hugeeeee difference

  • My boyfriend and I have this but his covers his arms and chest; mine just on my arms a little. He calls it Dragon skin and we don’t mind it now that we are not teens. It bothered me a lot back then and I would hide it but I found a health diet helps the redness go away.

  • My wife has this and it seems it’s gotten a bit worse after she had our 2nd son. She is super insecure about it and I try my best to boost her confidence but nothing I say or do makes her feel any better. I really wish there was a treatment that would make this permanently go away.

  • Hello, I’m 14 and I saw that spider veins started to appear on my legs. It’s not really noticeble but I don’t want them to get worse. The thing is that my legs are in a crossed position when I’m sitting on a chair. So from what I read that might be the cause? Please can I know if it will naturally go away or if I can self care over it, I am really self-conscious and I don’t know how old I need to be for the surgery so..:( Also thank you for talking about Kp! ❤️ My mom has it and I do too so I will try to get rid of them with the tips you gave in this video!

  • I had chicken skin under my arms, for years until I started exfoliating my armpits at least 3x a week with a smooth, warm water, and baking soda paste.

  • Does a closed comedone have a “seed” that can come out if you extract it? I literally don’t wear makeup on my face anymore, no products in my hair. Either side of my chin is covered in scars and new “seeds” that eventually become whiteheads

  • Hi Doc.. Thanks for the video.. I m 33 now.. I m suffering from kp for almost 5 years. My understanding is this will disappear in few years. So when can I expect this to be cleared..? Its disappointing me alot..

  • Thank you for this.. I think i realized that physical exfoliants were making my skin worse.

I had it on my mind to pick up cerave so im hoping that helps. Would using The Ordinary glycolic acid be okay? I have KP on my legs (darkskin) with bumps and the dark dots. Hoping to use a simple but effective routine.

    thank you

  • Hi I love this video. Can you do a video on hyperpigmentation in the underarms on dark skin women? We need more black ppl talking about dark skin. Thank you!

  • My daughter has suffered from this condition since she is one year old, I am worried that when she is at school she will suffer from bullying, hopefully if there is a solution in the future.

  • I am just glad you state the real facts..because you are a real doctor. Unlike those dumb tutorials telling u to rub lemons on ur skin

  • been searchinggggg for what this is thank you so much this video was so helpful, like when u search something like this on google ( i remember i did. when i was abit younger) and seeing stuff like skin cancer, breast cancer etc, it’s quiet scary but i’m way more educated and aware now!

  • I was not able to remedy the problem in the right hand for the last 6 month with bad skin rashes. Nevertheless soon after wanting to apply this particular eczema guide that was advised with a pal of mine, final results were remarkable. A couple of weeks had gone and my breakouts had been disappeared too. Google can be used to get this guide, it calls Kαmden Koladoz
    hope you get it

  • Pro tip ; I have it mild on my cheeks and legs, and pretty bad on my arms. For my cheeks I just use moisturizer 3 times a day if im not wearing makeup. It helps reduce redness. The bumps are still there but theyre not rough. For my arms, the scrubee from LUSH is the best thing I’ve ever used. My friend as well. Seriously. Its just 8 dollars. Invest

  • A couple of things that have been working for me: Necessaire Body exfoliant, serum, and body moisturizer. Paula’s Choice Weightless Body Treatment 2% BHA or Skin Revealing Body Lotion 10% AHA. Anese booty scrub mask. Always wear sunscreen, especially for the products that have acids in them! Hope this can be some help and remember consistency is key

  • as a south asian teen with severe keratosis pilaris since childhood this video is so so helpful, thank you for focusing on the effects on skin of women of colour, i’ve got hyperpigmentation from scrubbing my arms in the hopes of getting rid of the condition but am trying to go through the chemical route from now. i find it frustrating that a lot of hydrating body cleansers and washes are so much more expensive in price though

  • I’ve had Kp since 3rd grade.it has effected my fashion choices and my self-confidence.
Thay means when I’m going outside in the summer I’m always thinking about my Kp.
That also caused me to not go outside that much as I used to because I don’t want to feel judged.
I live in an apartment that means when go outside.
That basically means you’re cerounded by you’re neighbours.
Im going to highschool in a week.
And I feel like thats gonna effect my ability to make new friends.

  • I got bumps on my forehead and some on cheek. On my forehead it’s sometime just sometime itches but on my cheek it’s itch. So is there a case that you can get fungal acne and comedonal acne as the same time???

  • Please madam answer this

I have keratosis at my back arms and thigh at first i dont know what it is so i scratch it but it dont work so i search what it is then i found out that it is kp that if you scratch it it will become worst now it becomes bumpy with white patches is that normal i always take a bath im a clean person what would i do sorry for my english because im asian

  • i had a very clear skin untill i tried oil cleanser from tik tok. and now i have this on my face and cause of rona i cant have a facial so idk what to do

  • I have had this pretty much my whole life, but it doesn’t bother me at all. I only have it on the back of my upper arm and rarely do people ever point it out or even notice. I know some people may have it worse, so it kinda sucks that there’s no known cure for it.

  • Thank you so much for this concise and informative video! As someone who’s dealt with KP and eczema on and off since puberty, this was incredibly helpful! I also appreciate how much you emphasized the specific needs for folx of color when managing kp! I can’t wait to see more videos from you ♥️

  • I have it on ALL my body, it’s so sad, I feel uncomfortable but now I know that I’m not alone, and yes I can just imagine that they are like freckles ;-;,

(Sorry for my bad English am just learning xd)

  • I have this condition on my arms, legs, and hips, sometimes on the really big ones I use witch hazel and it’s still red but not bumpy also a band aid with hydrogen peroxide work for an hour or so. My question is am I making it worse by “popping” or “picking” and it I was told if I dont they will get worse, but when I do I get bad scaring.

  • This is a great video! I’ve had this since my teens. I’m now 33 so this was great to learn about. Went to dermatologist who said not to worry about it.

  • Iv been suffering from severe comidomes since I was a teen! Thankyou so much! Iv searched and searched for years and now I finally have an explication as why I get them! Though I already got rid of them using retinol for about a year, but it’s nice to finally know! Thankyou so so much!

  • so is there a way to completely have it go away i’ve had the bumps for a while and it’s really starting to make me sad:( i just want it to go away:(

  • Hi! Does keratosis pilaris also appear in chest? Well, I haven’t consulted to a dermatologist yet, I’m not sure if it is really KP, it really starts me to lose my confidence whenever I see it or someone .but I’m planning to see a derma once the pandemic ends. Thank you in advance:)

  • Thanks for the video. I have to say the less is more philosophy can also be applied to contentthere’re so many choices and sooo many products presented during one video. I apologize if this comes across as critical, of course this is just my experience and opinion. Again I’m grateful for your efforts and hard work.

  • I had this. Then I did a liver cleanse, no dairy, no wheat, no alcohol, no tea n coffee, no processed sugar for about 6-8weeks to adress a different issue and as a wonderful benefit these bumps totally disappeared! My arms fealt so smooth I was quite amazed, I kept touching then to check it was true
Dr told me to take a good St mary thissle suplement plus a good multi vitamin during the liver cleanse as well.
Anyway, it worked for me. Ive always eaten very healthily but it seems doing a liver cleanse was very beneficial. Eating healthier can do no harm so you may as well have a try.

  • I started having keratosis pilaris since primary school and I never knew how to get rid of it and because of it, I feel insecure and I don’t wear shorts or skirts. Thank you very much for this video. Finally found a doctor that spoke about this condition. ❤️

  • Omg, I went to a lot of dermatologies during the last 5 years of my life and none of them told me that my kind of acne was a comedonal one, AHH! I’m so frustrated my mom really has spent a lot of money on a lot of treatments for my acne and none of those worked. Now that I know what type of acne I have I would do more research about it and find a skin routine that hopefully works for me T.T.
I’m so glad to have found your informative video <3

  • Took me long enough to get to this video and I’m wondering if that is what’s on my nose, one flesh-colored bump. Guess I should try putting adapalene or tretinoin on that bump. I have been avoiding the nose.

  • Okay i actually found something that worked, and pretty quickly too! I have KP on the mabk of my thighs and it’s due to dry and rough skin causing dark pigmentation (Indian skin) and i read somewhere that it’s due to vitmain d and e deficiency in the skin so i bought flaxseed oil and i massage it into my skin for fifteen minutes twice a day.

It’s only been four days but the bumps have softened and flattened and the pigmentation is fading too. This is what the brand i used ( https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B08DFX3ML3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).

300 rupees (5 dollars) for 500 ml (half a liter) and it might last me a year! you also should refriderate the bottle when youre not using it!

try it, it might work for you! at the best, youll get rid of KP forever, at worst, youll waste a couple hundred bucks. just giviving this advice for free, cause iliterally spent so many night crying over my kp.

Ps. i also started taking 2500mg cod liver pills due to dry eyes and that may have also helped. ALSO, I USE A BODY BRUSH IN THE SHOWER

  • She speaks the truth on physically exfoliating on skin of color doesn’t help. I tried it myself on a small spot and now it’s very pigmented ever since. So to my POC go with chemical!

  • here’s a few tips for treating chicken skin naturally
Make sure you consume enough fruit and vegetables.
    Take vitamin C
make use of herbs which cleanse the body eg dandelion
Use herbs with infection fighting properties such as dandelion root and burdock and others including garlic
(I learned these and the reasons they work on Keelee Remedy System website )

  • I have them all over my body. So much discoloration, some are red, some are like a black color. I’ve tried baby oil (with vitamin E and aloe vera, gold bond, CeraVe, coconut oil, sugar scrubs, coffee scrubs, dry brushing, and other moisturizers. It’s worst on my legs and I really want to get rid of it….it makes me feel so insecure and ugly…I want to be able to wear shorts in this hot AZ weather. I have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks and I want to wear a dress. Is there any other products that has worked for you guys?

  • I had kerotisis polaris on the back of my arms, elbows, back of upper thighs and side of hips in HS. I visited a dermatologist and they gave me 2 medications which helped tremendously on the bumpiness. People told me it felt like I had goosebumps lol. Although it took the bumpiness away, it left some of the black spots behind on my elbows and hips, which aren’t that noticeable. I do however still feel them slightly on my hips. But like she said, moisture helps.

  • Wow this is the most thorough and helpful video I’ve ever watched! I never knew what to call the thing that was wrong with my skin until now I can’t wait to put these tips into place! Thank you! ❤️

  • I have it on my arms and legs upper AND lower. I was made fun of for it so much as a kid and teen that I still shy away from wearing shorts sometimes. I did find something that made mine go away thoughTATTOOS. Every place I’ve gotten tattooed is bump free. Obviously the red is gone. Soarm sleeves? Yup. Large chunks of my legs? YUP. And yes, I still have a professional job. I was covering up my limbs anyway, but at least now I can feel confident the my skin looks like what I WANT IT TO when I’m not working. 100% worth it!

  • Omg!!!
I have been searching and looking for so long to figure out what type of acne I have so I can help clear my skin. You finally taught me. Micro comedones. Thank you!

  • Wow, I was actually using anti-dandruff shampoo on my face whenever I had a shower and washed my hair, because I felt like its a good thing to wash my oily skin with (it just felt hella comfortable). I was sure somebody would scold me for doing it. That’s amazing that it actually works. I must say, I used to have a bit of fungal acne but it disappeared mysteriously. Now I know why!

  • I have used tretinoin cream 0.05 last night and now i have small itchy red little bumps all over my face m so scared what is it??? I have oily acne prone skin but my face was clear before last night and now after using tretinoin cream 0.05 last night my face is red itchy bumpy and dry as hell what should i do is it normal or should I stopped using tretinoin cream plz anyone help.

  • Ahh, I finally found that this has been the problem with my skin for the past several years! I couldn’t figure out what they were called, I just assumed they were clear pimples so thanks for making this. I have been popping them and using scrubs, but now I will try these other suggestions and stop doing that. I also use blush everyday and have wondered if that’s a part of it. Thanks!

  • I have chronic KP and bad eczema and I’m the only one in my family. I’m so insecure because I have these problems most of my life.

  • I have this and I have found keeping moisturized helps. I do sometimes pop the little bumps because I have a compulsion to “smooth myself out”. I just do it enough to get the keratin “bump” out. And then I try to leave it alone after that. I have it most notably on my upper arms and I’ve begun the process of half sleeve tattoos on both arms. Which is fine for me because I love tattoos. I just hate that I felt I HAD to cover my arms to feel better. I just wanted to replace my skin with something prettier to look at. I don’t feel like I have “feminine” soft skin and I wish I did. Hearing there’s no cure is saddening. But moisturizing twice daily has helped. KP thrives when your skin is dry, so I try not to tempt it. Y’all aren’t alone, I feel your pain.

  • I have these bumps on my skin and I just thought they were like goosebumps but they don’t go away. Now I know I guess. However it have any redness or stuff like that so idk

  • My mom always said it’s just dry skin and to use lotion and it will go away but i always felt like there was more to it so i looked up ‘arms with red spots’ and now i know what it actually is.:) though i am really sad that it won’t go away but i guess it’s fine. ;-; (also thank you at least now i have some peace of mind now that i know what this actually is:) )

  • Kp ruined my childhood I would all wear a jacket and when I took it a off ppl would ask me why my skin was so ugly and I I would get even more insecure

  • Also… what if I picked at it when I was younger and there’s small brown spots from the picking? Is it possible that I could clear that part up aswell? I’ve been seeing the majority of them clear but do you recommend any products that could help fasten the process of the discoloration I caused from the picking? I didn’t create any craters from it or anything, the color just changed a lil dark

  • So, it’s almost 4 days later and Sezia.co is STILL crashed:( I’m so sorry everyone!! I NEVER would have anticipated this to happen. I’m currently searching for alternative websites to use and I’ll comment it here if I find one!

  • Sooo an online dermatologist told me I had fungal acne OMG I just recently went to an AMAZING aesthetician who told me it wasn’t I just had clogged pores due to some CeraVe products I was using ‍♀️ MY SKIN IS SO CLEAR NOW! seriously folks go get checked in person first by a professional.

  • Nice Video! Apologies for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried Dinanlinson Gentle Touch Approach (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good exclusive product for getting rid Keratosis Pilaris naturally without the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy at last got cool results with it.

  • I\’m not sure but,if anyone else trying to find out best products for keratosis pilaris try Elumpa KP Remedy Alchemist (just google it )? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got amazing results with it

  • I suddenly got itchy bumps like this starting this summer when it was hotter/humid plus wearing masks. I’ve definitely never sweated as much before so often. Going to give this a try. I hope it work.

  • Oh thankyou I have this and so does my 7 yr old, we are basically white than white with super sensitive skin where if we are even touched we turn red in that spot. I have other issues including bad circulation so when I stand it makes it look even worse because my legs turn blueish.

  • I feel like this may be what I’m dealing with. I always have little bumps on my forehead and around my chin and mouth that never seem to go away. I use SA and that doesn’t seem to help and I also use niacinamide which doesn’t seem to help so I’m going to look for that shampoo to try

  • Damnn I didn’t know it was so pricey to visit the derm in the US, so unfortunate. I literally pay less than 20 usd per month for medical insurance and a derm visit is just about 6.5 usd. I need to appreciate my country more than I do..

  • Hello hyram! Tysm for these videos! They are so helpful!! I just hav a few questions. I do have MF and I need a good moisturizer recommendation:) also I have oily skin lastly what do you think about the OXY cleanser? Thats what I’ve been using! It would mean a lot if you replied bc your girl is struggling

  • I’m a female and I’m 27 and I just got it about 2 years ago approximately. And it’s awful. I have it REALLY bad on the top of one arm, and only a tiny patch on the other arm. But I noticed the other day now it’s started to work it’s way down my arm. And I notice some spots on my legs too. I noticed that when I use a exfoliating brush and cetaphil that it starts to seem like it gets better. But maybe it’s just in my head. I just want it gone. It’s so embarrassing. I never had this growing up so I just don’t understand why I got it at like 25 years old!? I also just had a baby she will be one in a month and my skin has gotten so bad since I had her, my face has also my wrists get irritated by everything and I get super dry and rash on them. My skin is just all messed up

  • Good day Doc my name is Yolanda and I’m 19 years old that’s me on the pro pic. I think this the thing that I have on my back going down to my butt and arms. I started noticing this thing 2014 December and even today I still have it. Doc I won’t lie this things makes me so uncomfortable I can’t even wear open back things because it is too much on my back. I think it looks more disgusting to other people those dark spots or pimples that are not even itching at all and I hate being asked about it because I also don’t know what it is. But now I think I know and I would like to try any medication that will help to reduce it. The saddest thing is that I went to see a doctor early August 2020 a dermatologist doctor she said she doesn’t what is it and prescribed me this “Selsun 2.5%” which looks like a shampoo and “LPC 5% emulsifying ointment” this creamy oily thing smells like a petrol if I’m correct. I put this shampoo before I go to sleep and wash it off in the morning then after I’m done bathing I apply this smelly ointment and it makes so uncomfortable too when I’m leaving the house I don’t put at all. I dont see any progress in this thing the only thing I see my skin cracking and sometimes it feels like it’s burning. I would like to try another medication if there is another one please help me. Thank you.

  • Ive had it for years already ans i have it all over my body and it looks almost like body acne and it makes me fell so disgusting and I’ve always wanted to wear dresses and crop tops but this stopped me so i only wear long sleeve and jeans or leggings but never shorts and i hate that, it’s also lowers my confidence and stops me from dating bc i know they will see my body eventually and i hate it, i keep on picking it and i cant stop and it makes it even worse, I’ve even cried about it

  • Dr. Drey, I have a question I hope you could help me with. Don’t know if what I have is comedones. I’m a 59 year old female, and On my nose and cheek area next to side of nose My pores fill up and can be expressed by hand every other day. What comes out is a hard yellow and if it hasn’t been in the pore long, a soft white. Have had this since a teenager. Is there something I can do to stop the pores from filling up. They are not pimples.

  • Do any of you guys have a recommendation of what product(s) I should use with my toner? I’m a teenager with very acne-prone combination skin (mostly on my t-zone, especially forehead). I’m currently using the thayer’s witch hazel toner with cucumber in the morning (and nothing else) and every other evening I use a neutrogena salicylic acid face wash before putting on the thayers again (and the other evenings I use thayers without the salicylic acid). It has definitely cleared up my face but I still have small acne on my forehead as well as a lot of scarring and I don’t know what to do about it. Also I know people are gonna ask why I don’t use moisturizer and the thing is, I used to, but I’m not sure if it’s doing anything for my skin because my face gets really oily anyways. The moisturizer I used to use was a homemade one that was a mix of rose water and glycerin which is super good for dry skin and amazing for the eczema spots I get elsewhere; it was also the only thing that saved my mom’s extremely, extremely dry and cracking skin. However, I don’t think I need to use it or any moisturizer for my face. Anyways, sorry for ranting but if anyone has recommendations for other skincare products I should use given the description of my skin, I would highly appreciate that.

  • There are many components to reducing kp quickly. One place I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Keelee Remedy System (google it if you’re interested) without a doubt the best guide that I have ever heard of. Check out all the interesting info.

  • Hello Dr Simi, thank you for the informative video!
I have an olive skin tone have KP and ingrown hairs all over my legs, used a lactic acid lotion but it didn’t help much:(
Would laser hair removal be an option to treat this condition?

  • I used a 10% benzoyl peroxide cream wash and it BURNED MY SKIN. I still have redness from this product. It absolutely cleared my comodonal acne but I could not take it. Skin too sensitive. ☹️

  • Love this video. Question is the recommendation to use Niacinamide serum and the Salicylic Acid cleanser or leave-on “Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Solution”? Sorry might be a dumb question.

  • Everybody has something. I have this too. Creams with aha do help. I wear long sleeves and don’t worry about it. I like cotton clothing. It’s better for this condition for me anyway. My husband loves me and says my bumps let him know that it is me. We have textured skin. Like brail. Peace everyone.

  • Dr Ray
I have smal small closed comedones and I am using differin from3 days now
I got new closed comedones but red is it normal to purge on the first week?

  • I though i would be safe with my cerave moisturizer but turns out it has high sensitivity ingredients that promote the growth of malassezia:0
