Ingredients: 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted 6 tablespoons orange juice 6 tablespoons cranberry juice 1/4 cup frozen raspberries. DIRECTIONS Blend till you get desired consistency. Add as many ice cubes as needed. Also may add sugar to taste.

  • My only issue is that I think skim milk, soy milk and almond milk all taste like shit. But they’re all healthy options…. sigh. And I want to stop using water. Ugh….

  • At 5:11 I would eat the banana, shove the peanut butter in my mouth, same with nutella (hell yea) then drink the milk mixed with the chocolate powder….but this is barelly a diet
