  • Loved your vid thank you! Here’s a yummy smoothie: half banana (fresh), half kiwi (fresh), protein powder (1/2 scoop-vanilla whey/with greens), almond milk (half cup), frozen tropical fruit (mango, strawberries, papaya, peaches no sugar added), crushed ice.:):P

  • My only issue is that I think skim milk, soy milk and almond milk all taste like shit. But they’re all healthy options…. sigh. And I want to stop using water. Ugh….

  • When should you have these smoothies, before or after workout, and should it be within an hour of the workout, or should it be within a few hours of the workout

  • Thank you for sharing this, Marcus!
I appreciate your encouragement and ideas, and look forward to renewing my efforts to engage my readers.

  • Excellent video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you researched Yenabriel Deadlift Smasher (google it)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering a secret to skyrocketed your deadlift minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my old buddy Taylor at last got cool results with it.

  • At 5:11 I would eat the banana, shove the peanut butter in my mouth, same with nutella (hell yea) then drink the milk mixed with the chocolate powder….but this is barelly a diet

  • I add wheat bran for fibre prolly sum b vitamins and iron in there also. Keeps you full and regular. I use unflavoured but add sugar free syrup.

I think you’re better off using date paste than proper full dates, especially the best medjool dates which are best eaten whole.

  • I’m on a mission to lower my Blood Pressure & lose weight, I just got a Ninja Blender the 900w motor version. Try this recipe it was really filling and delicious.

I’m just starting my healthy food journey and making smoothies, so I can use all the help I can get. • You’re using strawberries you froze last summer?! What’s your steps to preserving your fruit in the freezer? A video would be great!

  • You lost the nutritional value of those strawberries. I would just freeze the coconut milk to make the smoothie cold. Personal preference but thanks for the video. I enjoyed watching it at 11:30pm.
