Ingredients: 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted 6 tablespoons orange juice 6 tablespoons cranberry juice 1/4 cup frozen raspberries. DIRECTIONS Blend till you get desired consistency. Add as many ice cubes as needed. Also may add sugar to taste.

  • Excellent video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you researched Yenabriel Deadlift Smasher (google it)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering a secret to skyrocketed your deadlift minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my old buddy Taylor at last got cool results with it.

  • At 5:11 I would eat the banana, shove the peanut butter in my mouth, same with nutella (hell yea) then drink the milk mixed with the chocolate powder….but this is barelly a diet

  • I add wheat bran for fibre prolly sum b vitamins and iron in there also. Keeps you full and regular. I use unflavoured but add sugar free syrup.

    I think you’re better off using date paste than proper full dates, especially the best medjool dates which are best eaten whole.
