  • Hi. I am addicted t your videos. I suddenly came across your video maybe a year ago. I loved it. Best of all i learnt to punch with power. Also till now i find i definitely sweat with 1 workout. I did 2 two weeks quarantine in 2 countries and doing 2 different workouts of yours every morning and evening is so pleasurable. When its back to the grind after this quarantine is over I m gonna try to do at least 1 workout daily. Most of all I luv the way you encourage me throughout the workout and i sense you are such a dedicated person with a great heart warming humility. I have introduced you to a lot of my friends. Keep up the good work.

  • oof it’s been a while since i felt a pleasant burn after a workout, like doing this actually made me FEEL good and energized by the end of it! i wasn’t panting at all but i sweated a fair amount,, i think i’ll try the intermediate one next with a higher impact:) loved the instructors too! really felt encouraged and empowered to push forward; this is the perfect balance i was looking for when hunting for youtube workouts; half the time i usually found ones where it’s just repetitive pop music the whole time or the instructor would be screeching throughout lol but this one was perfect it’s just what i wanted,, i’m not feeling drained by the end of it i loveee the pleasant burn in my thighs i feel fantastic thank you so much!!

  • Have always been one to start and give up!.i don’t want that anymore.i want to achieve my goal.I’m currently on 74 kg,I’d like to get down to 50 kg. I’ll weigh myself by thee 13th of August just to track my progress.

  • hii, are these okay to do while fasting? i find low impact workouts don’t work as well during fasts, but i feel faint anyway, so i might as well do hiit?

  • I have been a yoyo exerciser and this pandemic contributed to my sedentary jobless lifestyle and weight gain the last 6 months. 3 weeks ago I finally started following a couple of youtube workouts but the monotony got to me. Yesterday being the 12th day of exercising, I switched to Body Project. My body needs a certain level of exertion to break a sweat and when I do it means my body is being challenged. This workout was the right one for me. I was huffing and puffing, the squats were emotionally and physically painful but in a positive way. What do they say No Pain No Gain. My goal is to do these workouts 5 days a week until my body reaches its plateau and asks for more challenges. Thank you Body Project, your encouragement throughout the workout is a motivator.

  • I’ve used a lot of workout videos and I don’t usually care about the person, I just decide whether the exercises they do suit me or not. But I really like Bailey. I get good vibes from her!

  • Jesus Christ is coming for His perfect, sinless church Are you a part of it? Are you ready?

Hi everyone, I hope you’re doing well. If you’re reading this and you’re alive and breathing then this message is for you: God loves you so, so much, you can not fathom His love for you! It doesn’t matter what’s you’re gender, your luck so far in life, or what you have done in your past, God came in the flesh in a man named Jesus Christ and gave His life to take the punishment that should have been yours. God is waiting on all of us to repent so He can have mercy on us, and so He can reveal Himself to us (Luke 11:1-13, and Matthew 11:27-30). God’s love for you is the strongest force in existence. Stronger than gravity, and stronger than whatever you’re going through right now. If you’re already a believer, then never forget what you just read! And make sure your relationship with the Heavenly Father is active, real, honest, alive and well. Not lazy like most of us Christians are with God. People, you should NOT be talking to God “weekly” or “every now and then.” God is looking for a holy people, who know Him, who hear His voice, who live for Him, who love Him, obey His commandments, and who overcome all sin, and ONLY people who do these things will be saved (John 14:21-23, Matthew 7:21-23). If you’re still in sin, repent! Any and all sin will drag you straight to hell (Luke 13:1-9). If you’re a nonbeliever, humble yourself before God and go and see for yourself if what I’m saying is true or not, in the Bible and in prayer. God never rejects anyone who comes to Him (John 6:37). I didn’t come to argue, I was sent to change. Make a change, Christians! You aren’t meant to hang around and live for yourself like everyone else! Repent! Jesus is coming soon, and the Great Tribulation is about to start! God bless you all!!

  • I have been doing the lower impact for a few weeks now and tried this today. I am not quite at this level yet so will try it again in a few weeks. I did get through it and modified a bit. I look forward to getting to this level! Love your workouts!

  • One of the top comments is saying that it burns like 50 cals at most if we do this at an even faster pace than you how many calories do you think we might burn? I’m gonna do it twice anyways I was just wondering

  • I have tried many exercises. This is the one worked for me.. doing regularly…results are clearly visible even after doing for 7 days only

  • Amazing!!! Just amazing!!! Can someone tell me, I workout every day and gained weight, why?:( but still wearing same size clothing… it’s just on scale, ( scale works fine ) please kindly advice:))) thank you

  • Having ads play in the middle of this workout is very off-putting and unfortunate. I will specifically boycott all the products in these ads, which I always skip ASAP, and urge others to do the same. I will begin my search for a different workout video without ads during the workout. It is bad enough to have them at the beginning, but interrupting a cardio workout is very stupid. It drives viewers away from the video, and away from the awful products advertised.

  • Ok done have you thought of showing us a a day meals for both of you to give an Idea of nutritional I know told us but seeing is the difference. TY

  • I just finished my third-time workout within the last 4 days have to say this one has won the first place among 10+ home workout videos I’ve tried since the lockdown.

  • Found this on Team Project’s website. Love all their workouts, but this one showed up searching for low impact and I have to say several of these exercises seemed to be high impact. Star jumps, the way they did bum kicks, skip jumps, etc. modified as much as I could for a decent workout still.

  • Hey guys, absolutely love the channel and your workouts. My partner and I have been looking for something just like this! Danny, your energy is phenomenal. My only suggestion is to tone down on the creative camera work. We want to see your full body while you do the workout. It would be easier to follow along. Thanks again, love the team!

  • This is so perfect for when I want to do HIIT but don’t want to commit to a full HIIT workout lol. Do you have any tips for healthy snack food? I love my cucumbers and carrots, but sometimes I just want more carby snacks and it is nigh impossible to find carby snacks that don’t have a ton of sugar in them. <3 you and your workouts:)

  • Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for your workouts and videos; I’ve been doing a selection of your videos each morning to form a general 25 minute workout and I have felt so amazing. I thought that when people say that morning workouts make you feel uplifted, it was just talk to get you to exercise but I feel so refreshed and productive and I suddenly have a rush to do so many things and get on with my to do list. Your energy, motivation, positivity and down-to-earthness is inspiring and just makes me feel so good when I workout now because it feels easy but I know it is effective. Exercise doesn’t feel like a chore now, thank you so much.
