  • Thank you SO much for this one and the Greatest Showman one! I did the workout with a friend over Skype. It’s finally one where the steps are easy, but they suit the lyrics and energy of the song!:) The workout makes me happy (and that’s nice since sometimes I don’t want to do sports).

  • Okay, after I got over his muscles (and then him taking off his shirt at which point I think my jaw dropped for a second time), I started talking to the video, refusing to believe at first that he was going to be doing that many burpees, calling him evil, and generally loving every second (while I’m sitting on my butt watching instead of doing lol).   • Great workout. Am sure I’ll feel it tomorrow. Two suggestions for future videos: a) give us a couple seconds in between exercises to get positioned for the next exercise—it takes us that long to see what you’re doing and get in the position to do it and b) like your competitors, suggest you call out the exercise—with no voiceover, we’re having to constantly look at the screen to see what we’re supposed to be doing, rather than just concentrating on our moves and form.

  • Hello Sir, I run for 30 minutes with speed of 6 -11 Km/h (Walking for 1 minute with speed of 6-7 and running for 1 minute with speed of 9-11). I lost significant weight (approx 10 kg) in 3 months. But now I am having Planter fasciitis pain in my heals. So I want to ask that if I do the exercises given in the video, will it burn same amount of fat/calories comparing to a run?

  • I normally can sail through lvl3 and lvl 3.5 easily. I tried lvl 4 for the first time and had to stop and take a breather at 16mins before continuing. Man this is tough. On a separate note, how does he clean his carpet, if he does workout on it everyday when my yoga mat is socked in sweat.

    Cold shower is a must after this endurance.

I appreciate the warm up and cool down often missing from YouTube home workouts, but I’m curious if you find that you need more stretching, yoga, and/or foam rolling to maintain flexibility and keep the kinks away. I’m in my late 30s and find I can’t ignore this aspect as much as 10-20 years ago.

I finished one of your level 4 workouts 2 days ago and it felt great physically after a couple of months of lock down! One recommendation i have is to add the work out name in the audio, just before the word “go”, as I don’t watch the video all the time….I’m listening to the audio for start/stop and look into the video only when I have to refer to the movement when I’m not familiar with it.
