If you have two minutes, you have time for cardio! This quick filler workout will get your blood flowing and your heart pumping. Go flat out it’s only two minutes! Bring your knees past your waist when doing high knees and clear the floor when doing jumping lunges.

TAEBO CARDIO CIRCUIT. �� This class is a cardio workout that helps your salsa dance moves improve, as you burn calories. Previous class: https://youtu.be/8aV8LL2_c78 Next class: ht. The box jump is a cardio exercise that targets your lower body, including your butt, thighs, calves, and shins. Stand in front of a knee-high box or platform.

Place your feet hip-width apart and. You may even be able to double your daily cardio minutes so you’re completing up to 300 minutes per week of moderate-intensity exercise, 75 minutes of vigorous activity or a combination of the two. Moderate exercise can include walking twice a day for 15 minutes, while more vigorous activities can include running or cycling. Another 15-minute cardio workout, but Tabata-style. This interval style of training alternates 20 seconds of intense work with 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 4.

Cardio Workouts. The recommendation is a minimum of 150 minutes per week of accumulated moderate to strenuous activity to keep our hearts and muscles and minds healthy. I gained alot of weight during the beginning of quarantine and I just finally worked up the willpower and the nerve to join weight watchers and start working out again.   • I’m on day 7 and I would just like to say that I was a bit of a skeptic to this, but I’m already seeing results. I’ve cut out soda and have only been drinking water, and eating smaller portions. I’m also doing a few other random ab workouts and thigh workouts when I get bored from XHIT. I’m starting the Ab workout today from BeFiT today and I’m hoping I will see such great results! Every 3 days I also run/walk 2 miles. It’s been a week and I’m loving results! I wish I would’ve found this before summer!

    (I don’t really needed to lose weight, I’m mainly toning and losing a little belly fat. I’m 17, 5’5, and I weigh 134lbs, but I can see how this could easily help burn the weight off)

  • Thank you so much for your videos you have no idea. I’m diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and I’ve been taking meds but up to a point my body slowed down its metabolism making it harder for the meds to breakdown and work so I was advised by my psychiatrist to do some 20 minute cardio after I take the meds. And let me tell you I do not like to work out, I always feel like its a chore because it’s something I do to activity try losing weight but ever since I started watching your workout videos (and others too!) I have been able to enjoy my workout and think of it as me just moving my body rather than me losing my weight and I have been consistent with them for over a week. So thank you so much.     Some of these workouts are killer but my thighs and butt definitely got a lot more firm from this program and went from 33 inches to 34 inches. Not too much difference there but I also lost some inches from my waist and I feel less sluggish now. Thanks BeFit. I will be trying a few other programs by you guys.

    However this workout is just too intense! I was never abled to push myself through this one. And don’t get me wrong, I’m in shape and had no problems whatsoever with the other workouts.
    In my opinion this workout doesn’t belonge in this series.

  • FOUR video ads in the middle of this workout and during the stretches at the end. Sorry guys, I used to love using your channel, but now I have to stop. You need to understand that, not only is this disruptive to my ability to have a continuous workout, but it’s disruptive to my neighbours in my condo building. I work out at 5 AM. I have to keep the volume down and do low-impact workouts so not to disrupt the person in the condo directly below me. Whenever these video ads come on, the BLAST LOUD NOISES into my condo. My neighbour complained about this. So, even if I like the workouts, can’t do them anymore. You’ve made this impossible. Maybe you have someone new running your site monetization? Maybe you need to tell that person that, for some videos, ads have to be placed only at the very beginning and very end. Otherwise, they’re useless and you’ll lose customers.

  • Yes I subscribed to your website couple weeks ago. I found a few of them to be very helpful but after doing Laura Londen exercises I feel that they were made for Young adults like yourself because I’m 57 years old and there’s no way I can be perky and jump  around. That’s not going to happen so I guess I’m going to have to unsubscribe. I just found Laura London and she is so cool she doesn’t do a whole bunch of radical exercises but they’re just as good ineffective as yours.  Check her out  and tell me what you think? Laura London has upper core waste exercises that are standing exercises,so you don’t have to bounce on the floor getting all crazy positions to do the regular work out. Simple and easy but effective that’s her motto.

  • Absolutely love this and apart from walking, I hate exercise normally mostly find it tedious. But Jane is such a pro and is encouraging, without being patronising. In these times, I do my 8000 steps in the morning and try and do Jane at least 4 times a week, late afternoon.   • The one thing that I see that she does that you should change or should have changed which I know now she doesn’t do it anymore the exercising is that she should cool down for a lot longer she just says okay we’re bringing it down and then all of a sudden he in a few seconds okay now we’re going to stretch. shouldn’t be like that.

  • Thank u so much, it’s just perfect after been on my treadmill for 30 minutes, of course walking very slow…I just started working out and it just helps me so much finishing with another 30 minutes, I dedicated my whole life to my family now it’s time for me I want to be active grandma and a sexy wife for my husband we been married 31 yrs it our turn to enjoy life… love u Jane thank u so much ❤️

  • I cannot do the side lunges due to back issues. I am hoping one day to be able to twist like that, but I am wondering what exercise is best to replace it? The side to side with the arms??

  • Si gracias por tan buenos ejercicios son muy buenos y lo mejor que da tiempo para respirar si estas leyendo esto y no has empezado a hacer ejercicio empieza ya no lo dejes para despues porque desde ya puedes perder calorias por mi experiencia de digo que si ve uno resultados pero tambien para ver eso hay que tener disiplina y buena alimentacion y que mas facil s i contamos con ayuda como la que nos da el señor billy aprovechemos esta gran oportunidad que nos da internet y podemos contar von tan buenas herramientas sin necesidad de ir a un gimnasio tengo 50 años hace dos años empeze a hacer ejercicio rebaje mucho el azucar en especial las gaceosas he rebajado 23 kilos todavia me falta pero sigo en la lucha mi meta es pesar 75 k por eso animate empieza ya ahora mismo y cuando lo hagas acuerdate para atras ni para tomar impulso������������

  • I have been doing this EVERYDAY for at least six weeks now and my back pain is almost non-existent. I also do back strengthening exercises at least three times a week as well. I’m off of pain meds and take less acetaminophen. I lost a few more pounds and find that maintaining my weight is easy now. I will be 70 in two weeks.
