  • The handwashing that doctors are doing (or at least we hope they’re doing) probably helps prevent illness more than anything else. Most people aren’t washing their hands anywhere near as often as a doctor does even if we’re following proper hygine guidelines like “before eating” and “after toilet.”

  • I know that the typical Hollywood hypocratic oath is a bit of, well, Hollywood. But I am surprised that there is no (mandatory) oath at all for medical doctors. I had to take an oath when I got my non medical degree, which is just a simple bachelors, and it was ‘just’ a very generic oath (as in not specifically about my type of bachelors), but I still…
Or is that actually depending on the school or country if you have to take an oath or not?

  • I’m pretty sure that in Finland no doctor has never used a pager. I am pretty sure that no one in Finland has never even seen one aside in American movies..

  • Imagine you lose all those family members… and live in America. You are fucked! They’ll come after your livelihood and financially ruin you. That on top of everything that you’ve gone through.

  • This is really nice and very informative! Also just a suggestion—what if you play games related to being a doctor? I can’t name any from the top of my head right now but certainly let’s play commentaries from you would be fun!

  • about frikin time ive known about this since i was 18 now 10 years later there is a glimmer of hope for scientific facts in the mainstream media and British politics. Thank goodness!!

  • TIL people who get paid a lot of money get support for being able to work. If you use drugs as a cashier and there’s no possible way you could hurt anyone at work, ever? No treatment for you, you’re just fired. PS I have never touched an illicit substance in my life, nor do I consume alcohol. Just pointing out how society works.

  • I’m sorry y’all don’t routinely get drug tested? Is this just an American thing? I know very few jobs that don’t drug test here. I’m a nurse and I get tested every year and I know in most hospitals they threaten you with random drugs tests. And if you get called for a drug test and you don’t comply within 2 hours you can face disciplinary action. It’s 100% because the people who manufacture the drug tests lobby for drug testing to remain a huge part of the American workforce. Even if I lived in a state that had certain drugs legalized, if I were working in a federal job, aka most medical jobs, I would still be drug tested at least annually. I also know that if I tested positive even for weed I would get put into a drug addiction program for several months, that I would have to pay for, just to keep my license, which makes the tests particularly threatening.

  • Sudden death is much worse than knowing that you’re dying. At least they can prepare and still cherish the last moments. Family who experienced loved ones experienced sudden death can’t. It’s like a bitter suprise that nobody wants and expects.

  • 4th stage, may he recover faster, may god give him strength to fight and come back smilingly, may he live long life.
    I didn’t got the report?

  • I find it a bit weird that she did not want to call her daughters. Assuming her husband is their father, wouldn’t they want to know?

  • Beautiful! This show reconfirmed what I had felt about letting go, being thankful for my life and not making my family suffer on and on if my body is breaking down. We are seeds one day, buds the next and then we grow into plants that bloom and blossom and stand tall. We must be grateful for that gift and when we begin to wilt, we should move over for the new plants that are coming and not make our families watch our beauty dry up into nothing but moldy rot over years, they suffer too and their memory of us will be tainted. Quality life for all, long or short! Beautiful!

  • For all kinds of metabolic diseases (Diabetes, Cancer, Osteoarthritis,….) in addition to your conventional medical treatment, supplement with alternative medicine therapies for extraordinary results and without side effects. Depending on the level of severity and depending on each disease, the use of one of these revolutionary solutions or the combination of the 4 brings created the miracle of health.

  • I’m in no way going into the medical profession, but I do enjoy your videos so much! Though I have a question, are there any ways how to tell a pregnancy from PMS (which I’ve never had) before a missed period? Both blood tests and urine tests came back negative, can I be too early?

  • A lot of people smoke because it relieves stress. Therefore, it doesn’t surprise me that some doctors smoke, especially those who work many hours

  • The government doesn’t want people to know how to cure cancer. They are already making billions off of it. And there are many ways to stop cancer. It’s the GMOS, internet, 5G, electricity going through the air every thing they are trying to kill you with is causing the cancer.

  • DON’T IGNORE THIS, SOME ONE YOU KNOW MIGHT NEED IT PLEASE.
A great testimony I must share to all cancer patients. My cousin was diagnosed with stage 4 primary liver cancer in August 2019 doctor told us there was not much to be done since the tumor was 7 inches covering his lower lobe and also had spread to her lymph nodes, We decided to go home and called hospice which gave us morphine for pain, Ed hated the morphine which made her vomit and also affected her mind. After one week at home we decided to do what we have done for many years, really on ourselves. We were only in Hospital for 3 days with severe Pain, the cancer had blocked her bile duct, after that we choose a Naturalist doctor and have not had conventional treatments.
One day i came across the use of cannabis oil for treatment of cancer and i saw a post on how a cancer patient was cured with cannabis oil. I urgently needed help and i contacted the contact via Email: ([email protected]) or via WhatsApp:+1 (530) 325-1212 to get the cannabis oil. He prescribe 30 gram 21% THC content, instructional guide on how to use it was attached to oil. After taking a gram of oil per day, Within a couple of weeks his pain and swollen stomach disappeared and with it came hope and a good quality of life,we did it without undergoing surgery or any other physical medical pains

  • This is absolutely heartbreaking and I am extremely saddened by this. This is absolutely heartbreaking. I cannot believe this. My thoughts and condolences are with her and her family members who unfortunately passed away ❤️

  • I think it’s interesting that UK doctors do psych home visits, because as far as I know that’s not very common here in the US. Home visits in general aren’t something I know of happening very much, actually

  • I’m suffering horrible depression from two recent losses
    This film is very touching
Oh to learn the power of acceptance is rejuvenating

  • And yet conspiracy theorists claim such people are liars and only trying to make or keep people sick. You try doing that job! They care, and it can be a heartbreaking job. I’ve been sick all my life. Doctors and nurses have often showed me such compassion and kindness, trying to help. I know for a fact that they would cure me in an instant if they knew how

  • Please let us know a doctor’s opinion on Extreme Weight Loss, like the one where you can cut on sugar intake and lose 5kg in 1week and 3-5inches in measurements. Is it safe/advisable?

  • I am a mental health therapist in a community hospital. On a daily basis I deal with doctors who put their patients through hell by not letting them die in comfort (when the patient has a terminal illness). They always want someone from my department to talk to these patients to convince them to continue treatment when there’s no hope of recovery. It’s ridiculous. People, make your end of life decisions known, put your wishes in writing, and make sure you have a medical power of attorney who will advocate for you and respect your wishes.

  • a friend of my mom’s one day suddenly died. on his back deck drinking his favorite beer, on a nice sunny day. he was around his early 40’s he still looked good for his age, very charismatic and even in the pictures that was used for him at his funeral he looked his best. we don’t know exactly why he passed, my mother thought he was maybe stressed but i don’t actually know why. life can just suddenly be taken away from you in a blink of an eye

  • God Bless You for posting and making this video. All should watch it. However, it seems a trend in medicine to go overboard on a new thing and take it too far. Death is certain. We all face it. But there is a disturbing trend I am seeing lately by new Doctors to say to pts in completely the wrong timing to ” Just say when you’re done and we can give you a shot and it will end.” It was said to a man that only was there for his Diabetic apt., a man that was a pain as a pt but clearly NOT at that point as he was walking through the halls snapping at Nurses. Told to a pt when diagnosed with seizures and she has a 3yr old and toddler at home. WHAT?? “The God Squad” existed in this industry now and it is anything but the compassion you have. There needs to be a line drawn. Above all, Medicine needs to realize one thing…When GOD is in the room…move over and listen! You are NOT in charge… HE IS, and THE PT IS

  • In middle ages medical, law and theological studies had rank of doctorate studies. You had to have master’s degree as condition to be admitted to such studies. So medics, lawyers and theologists were all doctors. In Italy they still call lawyers doctors as well.

  • In TCM it’s perfectly ok to treat yourself, family, and friends. And that works for them. And it works for them. What is it that makes you so special that you have to have these kinds of rules? If you had a sick kid would you give her an aspirin? I know the real reason why, but it’s difficult, and also fun to see you squirm your way out of this type of question.

  • 13:14
“…I’m worried that the disease will be growing.”
    Uhhhhh, really???
It’s fucking cancer! Of course it is going to keep growing!
    This is a specialist?!

I would be looking for another doctor.

  • Dr Atul just admitted to gross negligence and medical malpractice to the husband with a smile on his face and laughed when the husband pointed out he could lose his license for that… Wtf?!?! Why even document this terrible excuse for a doctor?

  • Radio waves (for pagers) are generated using Quartz Cristals, which act a bit like Tuning Forks.
Without those Cristals it is impossible to keep the Pagers at a steady frequency, necessary to communicate with them without each time tuning to the right channel.

  • Dr. Ed your videos are incredible, as always. Quick fact: did you know that in Italy all medics have to declaim the Hippocrates’ oath? Not by heart, but during the graduation it will be projected on a screen and all the newly graduated will have to read it out loud!

Thanks for the great content, keep it up!

  • Hmmm this is nice I’m on chemo at the moment maybe forever I have lung modules at the moment I have hope and chemo had been working it’s not bad it’s stops it
