  • I would recommend you melt swiss cheese, mix in trinatrium citrate, freeze it and slice it, it will now melt like american processed cheese but with the intense flavor of OG cheese

  • This is just a variation of the Oklahoma onion burger. The State of California is infamous for stealing the culinary culture of others and claiming it as their own. If not for the Latino and Asian population California would have nothing to offer the world in the way of food.

  • I think using Swiss is fine it’s the classic way just don’t get package sliced Swiss go to the deli get quality Swiss cheese and have them slice it super thin it will melt perfectly

  • American Cheese makes me sad, having lived in the US for 3 years, y’all have such good cheese and this orange goo gets all of the attention. Don’t get me wrong, I will eat it but I will never ever put it there myself.

    Shout out to Iowa, their cheese was better than anything I had in Wisconsin. But I did taste a lot more from Iowa, so maybe it’s a coincidence. Iowa cheese curds, I approve them for Poutine. I was born and raised in the province of Québec, home of the poutine and Iowa cheese curds allowed me to taste my home even in Chicago.

  • Haha, the sauce is basically “fry sauce”. You don’t see it a lot outside of eastern California, Idaho, Utah, western Montana and western Wyoming. It is pretty good stuff. It’s more popular than ketchup and mustard here in Idaho and Utah. Also, you see Patty Melts here on menus at most burger places but they are usually made with swiss cheese.

  • Hi Michael, i work in Mcdonalds and my main job is these burgers and quarter pounders and i get alot of people wanting it without onions i cant understand when i have to make a plain burger (whats the point of that) great video, i like knowing what people think of the food a make everyday ��

  • I have been using mayo to make grilled cheeses for my family for decades now. They have no clue because you can’t taste the mayo. Its just the easiest and best way for me to get that golden delicious crust and not have tears in the bread.
