  • My daughter complained I do not dress like Grandma. No, I do dress like my mother, nor will I! I prefer more classic items (that these same daughters steal to wear to weddings and interviews!).

  • That kimono looks like a nightgown or something, but the best kimono i loved. Would the best outfit look ok for me if i have short fat legs?

  • Im glad to found this video. Wished I came across years ago. I had very high anxiety, not now but it years before it goes down from breakdown then housebound..to stepping out constantly puzzled fearful why sweat drippings ever in winter walk. Twin sister bigger then me (servel kids)hardy broke out sweat while i am too easy! I realised on this, thinking back it def sweat glands tied to how much as it high general anxiety disorder so constantly sweat dripping. cleaning client houses.
I noticed at odd times to clients chat, sudden my back and head break out sweat *nerves*other time dry i improve much. anyway whole thing down to sweat glands overacting! And def fungus candida somehow tied to it. huge fear of everybody was part of it!
I forced myself get jobs cleanings by flyers only way overcome and get peace by walking through it. soon sweat glands come down more milder now. Some people simple do not realise own fears stress so went through unnecessary fears to whys. At breakdown I was drended in sweats. at nights jerk awake not normal! on sterion etc. Drink plenty water. I make sure i drink a glass before out to replace would be sweats out cleaning on clock! Before breakdown. I hardy sweat at all!

  • Is there a connection with excessive sweating and a gut biome imbalance bad bacteria and bad fungi/mold taking over? There are also good bacteria and fungus that help you in there.

  • Hello the best success that ive ever had was with the Mikes Sweat Blog (just google it) without a doubt the no.1 resource i’ve followed.

  • Thanks, Jeff! This exercise has always felt awkward to me. The straddle thing makes more sense and feels better, especially when I’m using a slightly declined bench to get more lower lat activation.

  • Lovely video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you thought about Franaar Fresh Feeling Formula (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one of a kind product for Eliminating Excessive Sweating Forever without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin at last got astronomical success with it.

  • It’s true we all have different body types but there’s no reason to body shame those that are in shape and in good health. It’s a blessing to be that way, although I’m not in no great shape either I still do try looking nice and I find thing’s that also compliment me and motivate me as a woman and not just a “body type”. Woman should empower each other and not tear each other down for the differences of she has and I have and don’t haves. Thank you for the advice it’s nice to have options to look for. Much love ❤️ from a happy, confident, overweight Lady. It’s all in the attitude. It does run in my family and there are stores out there for big woman like me that can still help you look sharp. Unless you’re over 300lbs like me then your full of excuses because even I’d take a weight of 160lbs,all the way to 200lbs and look even better. Like I said it’s all in the confidence and being overall happy.

  • Gota go drs next week to check what it is. I did go heavy on rack pulls. I don’t just think this is the only exercise that does it. Deadlifts and movements that you bend at the waist too.

  • Does anybody know the feeling when ur in the bus, minding your own bussiness and suddenly you feel warmer than before. Then the red traffic light stops the bus and ur in the bus sweating like crazy.

Yes i do go trough this every day, but i can not have only shirt on. That is because my back is sweaty AF. And its embarassing too.

    Yup i hate my life

  • I hate when I’m playing a sport and sweating. And no else is sweating. It feels like I’m the only one who actually tries. Specially when it’s humid.

  • I always feel afraid that i will sweat. and other people will ask me why i sweat too much. That reason make me get more sweating:'(

  • here’s a few ideas you can try
    have a bath often
    choose loose clothing.
drink plenty of water and sage tea.
    avoid spicy foods and caffiene.
(I learned these and why they work from Sebs Sweat Blueprint site )

  • I sweat from armpits so much, I get broils because of all the build up. I take showers daily, use deodorant everyday and still sweat so much. Often it’s because of anxiety and I also feel dizzy because my sweat glands are overworked

  • After how much time of the zipper pain does one develop hernia? I got the burn yesterday when i was doing lunges and I’m scared af right now that it’ll grow. Can anyone help?
