  • Decluttering is the best! I always feel so good after I declutter or clean my room! Day dream is another thing I do a lot. But I’m always careful not day dreaming about physical objects. If I day dream about something I don’t have, it increases my desire to get it, but it’s usually not within my budget, so I end up feeling really anxious about it.
