  • I starved for a few days, and I’m 11 so that’s really unhealthy. But then my parents forced me to eat and my stomach is round..

I also drank a lot of water.

  • I am constantly bloated. Constantly. As soon as I start drinking water in the morning, I instantly swell and look 6-month pregnant for the rest of the day. It simply never goes away, ever. I need to tuck my tummy in at all times. I tried all possible diets, and consulted specialists, had blood tests, various treatments, and even an MRI to no avail. Absolutely nothing works, my bloating issue is a mystery. And when I try to look for a reason or a solution online, all I find is about losing weight, which is NOT what I’m talking about. I don’t drink alcohol, don’t eat much processed food, don’t have a sweet tooth and never use salt. And yet here I am now, endlessly browsing the internet only to find the same old, commonplace explanations.

  • Thank you doctor for your highly useful video. For me, these foods cause bloating (worse on days when no/ less physical activity) some may look strange but fact
    1. Egg-yolk ( but no issue with egg-whites)
    2. Toor Dhal ( main ingredient/ pulses in Indian gravies)
    3. Milk powder ( but no problem having tea prepared with fresh milk)
    4. Potato
    5. Ice cream
    6. Ground nut
    7. Cauliflower
    8. Burgers & all fast foods from kfc, mcdonalds, burgers etc
    9. Cheese & cheese products
    10. Canned / packed foods like noodles, corn, croissants, rusk, wheat breads
    11. Chocolates

  • I understand how these supplements killed bad bacteria in the gut.. I did the same, but after the second week, I started to have acne! Many pumping in my face, which I used to have when I was a teenager, did anyone experienced acne during gut detox? I assumed this is because of toxins released!

  • but she is living on medications for the bloating which means in long term thats hell.. what if we wana stop bloating naturally without taking those supplements?how can u live without bloating without all these nonsense stuff she takes?that’s the real question lol

  • Love your channel…vegetables just don’t work for me. The only way I don’t bloat, I have to go “carnivore”, some leafy greens, and avocados are ok, everything else, I blow up like a balloon, or have heartburn. A teaspoon of beans or quinoa…ouch! Constipation city! HELP!

  • Hi, despite the fact that I’m not eating the last food that you mentioned i still have bloating from vegetables, can anyone help me out

  • Some other things I’ve heard that can eliminate bloating are:

    -raw unheated/unfiltered honey
    -a monthly castor oil cleanse
    -reducing salt intake

Those are just some more ideas in addition to the video. Take them or leave them.

  • I am at fifty and spent forever in gyms and have known tons of super muscular gym nuts. Sad to say that at my age I’ve seen most of them dead from steroids, which they EMPHATICALLY denied ever using, kidneys shut down from consuming way too much protein, and so many other health issues it’s crazy. My sister is facing surgery for a hernia that has caused her so much pain, sleepless nights, extreme acid reflux from her stomach actually pushing up into her esophagus. She let her muscle head gym nut husband push her to lift more weights and is now paying the price for it. My point being, stop looking at people that look EXTREMELY fit, because the key is MODERATION, and not regretting your decisions when you get older. Most of the time, the men I’ve known like this, their bodies are falling apart in their forties.

  • I was diagnosed with portal hypertension and chronic liver disease right before I began chemotherapy for stage 2b Hodgkin’s Lymphoma(i beat the cancer). Since then ive been trying to get treatment for the other conditions but every doctor I’ve seen told me nothing is wrong. I’m in pain all the time. What should I do and why would my doctors say nothing is wrong even when I am very obviously sick? I have pain in my right abdomen and on the same side in my back. I have a sharp pain in the joint of my shoulder when I bend down and sometimes when I’m not even moving. I dont understand why I’m being treated the way I am. Anyone have any advice?

  • Hi Peggy, thanks for your videos. When you talk about magnesium supplements glyconate is that the same as magnesium oil which I’ve been putting on my stomach at night. Also how many sprays should I do to get the recommended dose. I I have severe eczema on my legs and arms and have been healing for almost two years now. For a year I was doing the wrong type of diet. I’ve done a detox now in May this year and I think I’m eating correctly now.

  • how to get your doctor to take your complaints serious?
years ago i’ve been a couple times and he just says it’s IBS and doesn’t do any testing

  • love how you scare everyone with transfats but dont mention the biggest source of them is MEAT (THEY OCCUR NATURALLY IN IT). you present yoruself as scientific but are a cholesterol and saturated fat denier, refusing to admit countless metastudies proving red meats are carcinogenic, and that cholesterol and saturated fat cause heart disease and cancer, two of the BIGGEST killers in the developed world. you’re a joke, you pomote disordered eating, all you do is calorie restrict (you can do that on a McDonald’s diet too) and you are anti-scientific

  • Double blind, this is how you must get your science. If your kidneys don’t work you are going to die, moron. The enemy is morons like you in the industry.

  • Hi Peggy,
What nice tips:) thank you. Peggy can you make a video on what I eat all day! Love to see what all you eat and what recipes you use

  • Hello peggyy i would like 2 ask u abt the water, is the 0 sodium water is good?? Or wich is rhe best water that we hv 2 drink:)

  • This is an interesting video. Bloating and gas is caused by fibre or any undigested food reaching the intestine for good bacteria to feed on but it’s my opinion that bad bacteria also feed on this fibre.

  • I am 27 years old(unmarried). And I am skinny with a football like tummy since many years.. I do not rely on dairy products or even on fruits..
Then what must the ultimate cause of this bloating..

  • Sulphur…Most people have sulphur in the gut from the use of antibiotics…
Gassy bloating, pain ect…..Avoid cruciferous vegetables….

  • IBS/IBD in people like me will bloat your gut. I also have leukocytosis from time to time. I only have facial swelling if I get a jaw infection (medical malpractice from severely impacted wisdom teeth).

  • Woke up one morning and I couldn’t walk without a shooting pain in my back and now my stomach is trying grayish blue does anyone know why?

  • I was hopeful that this video would have a simply implemented protocol, but as it went, I felt like I was back to needing test tubes, a Bunson burner, and phenolphthalein to prepare my foods. It shouldn’t be this difficult to eat.

  • I have a mysterious belly distention for 4 years which makes it weird is that it literally occured overnight after feeling something was squeezing inside my abdominal area when sitting on a car ride. I slept over and the day after I woke up, I come up with this fluid filled feeling in my abdomen and distention(!) nothing can be found by doctors so far but it is there I am puzzled really. so weird I cannot retract my abdomen as before too. it still keeps its mystery for me!! Muscle issue?? vein issue? inflammation??? I am clueless

  • I’m worried for your esophagus. Acv AND lemon juice. That’s too acidic for your throat. Always dilute it. And swish water in your mouth because the acid can ruin your enamel.

  • if i deep the broccoli into water with apple vinegar for 24-48 hours it might lose all of its water soluble vitamins and minerals. So the only nutritional value its the fibers.

  • I had my period 2 days late this month i’m a virgin but i did some stuff a year before and i’m scared to death because my belly is little bit chubby and my breasts is increasing too my left breast often hurts helpp!!!!

  • did you also have digestion problems? bcz i am bloating and also i dont feel like i am taking shits like i used to. my shit also smells like the food i just ate. sorry for the unscientific statements

  • I’m legit always bloated! I think it’s because of dairy bc every time I eat or drink dairy… I’m bloated:( I drink a lot of milk everyday and I think that’s what causes my bloating I’ve been bloated unfortunately for 2 years and I think it’s because milk:(

  • Trigger for bloatingnon-dairy flavored creamer, high sugar content wine. (there are low sugar wines). Cane sugar problems. I am also lactose intolerant, ibs and leaky gut. When I eliminated most sugars (PERIOD). My stomach went down and bowel problems resolved. Oh, I had to increase my fiber.

  • “So one way to know if you’re lactose-intolerant..”
… is by knowing you are not a baby-cow.

This may sound ludacris to some: cowsmilk is produced by a mothercow for her baby-cow to grow into a strong, healthy big cow/bull.
This might have someting to do with humans not being able to digest it well.

  • When I saw your stomach it looked like mine… I thought to myself if I’m even pregnant? or am I just being crazy…. is it possible to be bloated every day and hour every second? I’m always bloated then.

  • I think cheese is my problem. I always knew milk and ice cream caused immediate discomfort, but cheese did not. Yet I would be bloated all day long. This is enlightening, yet sad because I love cheese.

  • This is funny, it’s not a question of avoiding these kinds of foods, almost everything u can put in yer mouth will cause some sort of gas, even good an bad bacteria’s, had a colitis problem, major turkey carving sessions, an major re education after fer foods, bottom line is really quite simple, u can eat almost anything, yer body will handle it, the key is double, moderation an balance fer yer body’s functions, and as my surgeon used t scream out at the world an it’s stupidity he used t say, it’s all on the diet, and after 25 years of learnin t live w it, I can say he s quite right, moderation and payin attention t everything that u throw in yer mouth, much of this fear monger if over foods can be avoided,

  • I notice my facial puffiness is definitely related to dehydration or not getting enough electrolytes. I also found increasing my protein helped.

  • I’m skinny but my stomach would bloat even if I take a very very tiny amount of food. I start to look for a solution now. Started taking probiotics yesterday. I hope to see results soon

  • I’ve been bloating for 3 weeks and my diet is good. I don’t drink dairy, no gluten, no wheat, and I eat a lot of fruit. and I’m also having nausea and severe fatigue. I’m scared

  • Thank you. I love you for this video. God bless you. Wish you have close up inserts of the list you have in the background. Thank you.

  • I am bloated since 5 mouth:( every day even with no eat but if i eat i die cant run cant walk ;( i did all test nothing find (camera test) bloating in my side my belly distened anf upper stomach hard

  • I don’t know how to describe it but i feel my stomach feels heavy and full all the time. When I eat it gets full easily and its sucks cause I’ve been feeling this for 1 month. I know I’m not bloated cause I’m not releasing that much air.

Now its hard for me to breathe when i lay down and sometimes even if im sitting its just pop right out of the moment

  • Hi doc, you have mentioned sprouts under low FODMAPs but lentils and pulsed in high FODMADs, what’s the diffecne between sprouts and pulses?

  • Yes Peggy, please videos about tongue coated and about sprouting nuts, seeds and grains. Here i want to mention that i used to sprout grains and it worked perfect but once i moved to Sweden only 20% of the grains were been sprouted and the rest were dead. Why is that? And how can I avoid this problem. I guess it’s not about the cold weather but it’s something about the grains it self.
And why is magnesium citrate bad for the body? This is something new
    Thank you Peggy, regards

  • Hi Peggy! I like so much your Chanel. Im fighting with Candida about 3 years. I search information in channels like yours. I don’t know English very well. Can you translate for Portuguese language (legends)}? I’m from Brazil. Congratulations!!!
