  • I am constantly bloated. Constantly. As soon as I start drinking water in the morning, I instantly swell and look 6-month pregnant for the rest of the day. It simply never goes away, ever. I need to tuck my tummy in at all times. I tried all possible diets, and consulted specialists, had blood tests, various treatments, and even an MRI to no avail. Absolutely nothing works, my bloating issue is a mystery. And when I try to look for a reason or a solution online, all I find is about losing weight, which is NOT what I’m talking about. I don’t drink alcohol, don’t eat much processed food, don’t have a sweet tooth and never use salt. And yet here I am now, endlessly browsing the internet only to find the same old, commonplace explanations.

    -raw unheated/unfiltered honey
    -a monthly castor oil cleanse
    -reducing salt intake

  • I am at fifty and spent forever in gyms and have known tons of super muscular gym nuts. Sad to say that at my age I’ve seen most of them dead from steroids, which they EMPHATICALLY denied ever using, kidneys shut down from consuming way too much protein, and so many other health issues it’s crazy. My sister is facing surgery for a hernia that has caused her so much pain, sleepless nights, extreme acid reflux from her stomach actually pushing up into her esophagus. She let her muscle head gym nut husband push her to lift more weights and is now paying the price for it. My point being, stop looking at people that look EXTREMELY fit, because the key is MODERATION, and not regretting your decisions when you get older. Most of the time, the men I’ve known like this, their bodies are falling apart in their forties.

  • I was diagnosed with portal hypertension and chronic liver disease right before I began chemotherapy for stage 2b Hodgkin’s Lymphoma(i beat the cancer). Since then ive been trying to get treatment for the other conditions but every doctor I’ve seen told me nothing is wrong. I’m in pain all the time.
