So, today, I am going to tell you some pretty cool tips on how to stop overeating so that you don’t gain unnecessary weight and still I’ll let you indulge in your delicious treats. These tips will help you lose weight fast and can be considered as the first steps to losing weight since you can start with them without exercising. You might’ve heard a lot of false ‘Lose 10Kg in 10 days’ claims, but here is the real deal: 1) Keep You Environment Clean. How many times did you go to your fridge and have finished that cup0cake or pulled your study drawer and found a packet of cookies and happily munched on it.. I don’t have the problem anymore of gaining weight when I you reached 60. The weight started to come off and now I can eat anything and don’t gain any lbs.. So I eat as much and all my favourite foods. It’s just kind of weird so I check with my doctor and was told everything is OK. I have no high blood pressure or diabetes, but my AIC needs to come down.

I’ve been really impressed by your approach, attitude and by your videos. I’ve been doing your… yeah, HIIT Like a Girl (hey, I’m 52 and never “HIIT” before) videos and so far I can just barely keep up with Kelli all the way through. Ok, so I do hit pause every now and then for another 30 seconds to catch my breath. HIIT II is an especially good workout for me when I’m not bicycle commuting (it’s cold here in winter!) with the warm-up and cool-down. It’s a very complete video (I even like the progress bar on the right… great idea).

I can retain 4-5 pounds water in one day so have to increase my diuretic to prevent congestive heart failure and stay out of the hospital. So if advised by medical people to weigh daily you really should and report 3+ pounds to your MD.

I love your work. I started just walking. Gradually I started feeling better and added 10 minute FB easy workout. A couple of year later, I’m working out consistently and eating so much better because I noticed how great it felt. I am almost 50. Was very out of shape for many years. My max weight was $342. I started a regiment of circuit training workouts at a gym. And found some success with that. However my body could not hold up to the exercise while losing weight. My joints hurt and fatigued. So I do take supplements prescribed by my physician to aid in the recovery of my joints. It does seem to help to some degree. Should I continue with the supplements? Or is there a healthier alternative to help my joints recover after physical activity?

We lose muscle as we age actually starting in our 30’s. This slows metabolism. I focus more on building muscles with weight training, and this replaces the creeping in of fat. It’s not the scale number with which to be concerned. It’s the way clothes fit. Tight, toned muscles are small even if you weight more because muscles are heavier than fat.
I think visual representations would be great with some voice-overs! Just makes it easier to remember stuff and follow along. Love your videos and all the helpful information!

If you would not be upset, I would like you to advise me what I could do about physical activity when I’m in college. I’m staying in a student home with more colleagues, the space is pretty small and I’m kinda shy about practicing in front of them or waking up very early in the morning and doing my routine without bothering them… Plus, the progamam is pretty loaded for most of the day and temptations with chocolate and sweets all the way. What could I do? I would be more than happy if you could answer these questions.
Listening to the logic behind your information is mind changing. I have been busting my butt on cardio forever (it seems) to look the way I did 20 years ago. And yes my lads have grown up hearing those negative mum complaining about her ‘mummy tummy’ I have a very clean healthy diet, but I do like a glass (bottle) of wine. I know this video is pretty old now but I was just curious when you refer to “strength training” is this specifically using weights (barbell, dumbbells, kettle bells etc) or does it also include bodyweight exercises eg. Squats, lunges, push-ups etc.?

I gain weight and feel very sick when I eat things like potatoes, rice, and pasta. So I tend to eat a lot of meat, leafy vegetables, and fruit and not a lot else. My friend gets really sick if they eat that way, and feel best eating lots of pasta. We both eat healthy and avoid processed foods, but I eat low carb and they eat high carb. Everyone is different.
Weight Watchers has been sharing these tips for over 60 years. I lost 72 lbs. and I have kept it off for nearly 50 years. Intermittent fasting is great and working out (aerobics and strength training) will keep the weight off no matter your age. Work out is always the first item each day in my planner.

I’ve recently just started watching your videos (a friend linked me to them) and, I have to say, they are amazing. This may be my favourite. I’m chronically ill, and I have good days and bad days. If I’m working, I usually can’t do much more than that (I’m so ill that my husband always has pre-frozen healthy meals for me I’m allergic to gluten and sugar, so we never have those Woolworths frozen meals, he actually makes them from scratch). It makes me feel so disappointed because, before I fell ill, I was capable of so much (I used to box, do pilates and go to zumba each week). For a while, whenever I had a “good” day, I’d exercise like crazy, and then I’d regress. However, now, I focus on the fact that I’m able to work. For a while, that was my focus. Now, I focus on the fact that, while I can’t exercise and work at the same time, because I’m a teacher, I do a lot of walking around often a minimum of 10,000 steps so now that’s my focus. And while I was feeling down about that this was “proud” for me, I love that you state that small walks a good. You should feel good about what you can accomplish. This video really inspires me. Hmmmm… While i was loosing my weight I was doing cardio 5 times a week (indoor cycling, 40 min on high intensity 36-37 km\h Resistence 6 out of 9) and within 2 months i managed to decrease my weight from 89 kgs to 74 kgs. 1 day of the week was devoted for heavy lifting and one of them for a complete chill out. Diet I almost entirely switched from meat to fishes and veggies. 5 6 small meals a day.
I have been thinking for 3 years that I was fat, every time I tried to diet it didn’t work out I spend my pocket money on candy (I am 12) and today I started a healthy day with my mum and I just jumped 500 times on my trampoline and drank 2 glasses of water, who thinks I did good for my first day :)

I don’t have the problem anymore of gaining weight when I you reached 60. The weight started to come off and now I can eat anything and don’t gain any lbs.. So I eat as much and all my favourite foods. It’s just kind of weird so I check with my doctor and was told everything is OK. I have no high blood pressure or diabetes, but my AIC needs to come down.

I’ve been really impressed by your approach, attitude and by your videos. I’ve been doing your… yeah, HIIT Like a Girl (hey, I’m 52 and never “HIIT” before) videos and so far I can just barely keep up with Kelli all the way through. Ok, so I do hit pause every now and then for another 30 seconds to catch my breath. HIIT II is an especially good workout for me when I’m not bicycle commuting (it’s cold here in winter!) with the warm-up and cool-down. It’s a very complete video (I even like the progress bar on the right… great idea).
The filming is clean, you can see what you’re supposed to be doing, the narration is clear and psychologically encouraging. I am recommending you guys to others. Hope you are doing well with this. Hard to believe you’re doing this in your garage.

Please keep up with the great workout videos out there. Since November, I lost almost 50lbs. I am so close to my goal, 10lbs to go.
I used to be really overweight and now I feel wonderful. I would like to thank you guys for the routines that got me to where I am today, and to many more to come. With my healthy diet and your routines, I know I can get there.
It’s hard trying to find the joy in working out. I have tried many times and always do it for a couple of weeks then quit. Which workout do you suggest?
Dear Kelly, I’ve been using your videos since 9 weeks and have lost 6 kilo’s and a very large amount of centimeters of my waist & legs. I wasnt really overweight but I wanted everything a bit more firm. I have 3 children and I’m almost 40 years old and my waist and legs were like pudding……. You are really a champ! I gain weight and feel very sick when I eat things like potatoes, rice, and pasta. So I tend to eat a lot of meat, leafy vegetables, and fruit and not a lot else. My friend gets really sick if they eat that way, and feel best eating lots of pasta. We both eat healthy and avoid processed foods, but I eat low carb and they eat high carb. Everyone is different.
Weight Watchers has been sharing these tips for over 60 years. I lost 72 lbs. and I have kept it off for nearly 50 years. Intermittent fasting is great and working out (aerobics and strength training) will keep the weight off no matter your age. Work out is always the first item each day in my planner.
I love how genuine they are. Nothing makes me happier than people who truly care and are not willing to bullshit you just to make more money or something. They tell us how it really is. I don’t really trust many people. I trust these folks though! They really know what they are talking about.
I’ve recently just started watching your videos (a friend linked me to them) and, I have to say, they are amazing. This may be my favourite. I’m chronically ill, and I have good days and bad days. If I’m working, I usually can’t do much more than that (I’m so ill that my husband always has pre-frozen healthy meals for me I’m allergic to gluten and sugar, so we never have those Woolworths frozen meals, he actually makes them from scratch). It makes me feel so disappointed because, before I fell ill, I was capable of so much (I used to box, do pilates and go to zumba each week). For a while, whenever I had a “good” day, I’d exercise like crazy, and then I’d regress. However, now, I focus on the fact that I’m able to work. For a while, that was my focus. Now, I focus on the fact that, while I can’t exercise and work at the same time, because I’m a teacher, I do a lot of walking around often a minimum of 10,000 steps so now that’s my focus. And while I was feeling down about that this was “proud” for me, I love that you state that small walks a good. You should feel good about what you can accomplish. This video really inspires me. Hmmmm… While i was loosing my weight I was doing cardio 5 times a week (indoor cycling, 40 min on high intensity 36-37 km\h Resistence 6 out of 9) and within 2 months i managed to decrease my weight from 89 kgs to 74 kgs. 1 day of the week was devoted for heavy lifting and one of them for a complete chill out. Diet I almost entirely switched from meat to fishes and veggies. 5 6 small meals a day.
I have been thinking for 3 years that I was fat, every time I tried to diet it didn’t work out I spend my pocket money on candy (I am 12) and today I started a healthy day with my mum and I just jumped 500 times on my trampoline and drank 2 glasses of water, who thinks I did good for my first day :)

Is an Indian diet healthy enough? Everything I eat is freshly prepared, with lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grain breads (rotis) and milk once a day. However, I eat quite a bit of white rice,(not more than twice a day) and I have heard that is not good for you? Is this true?
Hey guys, how much cardio and weight training do you recommend? I enjoy cardio but also want to weight train more and I’m thinking 45 min of cardio with 15 min of weight training or 30 min cardio with 30 min weight training about 5 days a week. Would love to know your thoughts. I’m really confused about how much cardio and how much weight training to do for my best health. Thank you! I love your workouts but theory number 5 doesn’t work for my body. The higher weight I lift, the bulkier my body becomes. My body type builds muscle easily. I’ve lifted weights all my life up until now and I’m finally creating a more feminine figure. The workout you do determines the body you build.
