  • Happy 2020!
What’s your favorite takeaway from the video?

P.S. if you got something out of the video, consider sharing it with someone you care about:)

  • I really appreciate this video. It makes everything so simple and with how the media is about health and fitness, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and confused by the different sources telling you different things. Thank you!

  • I loved this! It’s so nice to have a simple message like this to keep in my mind when weighing up my health decisions, thank you

  • Hello ‍♀️
I worry alot while researching for what is good and bad food/movement/sport and more. Then i get exhausted and dont do anything. ‍♀️ I think i am treating my body well, cook alot and dont eat hardly any prosessed food. But then i think thats „normal“. Maybe i should be more proud of what i do and try to do, rather then focus on what i dont do. ‍♀️
Good and simple advice, thank you! ‍♀️

  • Enjoying your video except the meat part. Please think about the ethics and where the animal came from. The animals don’t have space, often never see daylight and live in their own feces until they are killed after having a short lifespan. You don’t need to eat meat from killed animals. I think a vegan ethical lifestyle would fit perfectly with your minimalist mindset! Other than that great channel and videos x

  • excellent advice and well broken down thank you for sharing this video (bookmarked because it’s useful to serve as a reminder every now and again)

  • I think you’ve mentioned what other don’t. Don’t believe everything that is on the internet. If we do, we won’t be able to eat anything happily. Thank you for that.

  • We have to put on ourselves in a creative mindset of “Nothingness”

We have to put ourselves in the most creative mind that is nothingness.

The web of life has a desire to sustain life and to
    celebrate life.

  • Commenting so (hopefully) youtube pushes this to more peoples’ recommended! This is such a good message and so helpful as someone who’s trying to live and eat healthier without sacrificing my mental health in the process. ^^

  • just curious why aren’t you guys vegan? i feel like veganism and minimalism go hand in hand in the sense that a minimalist philosophy is essentially “take only what you need”, and we don’t need animal flesh to survive & only consume it for pleasure (not to mention the catastrophic environmental impact of the animal ag industry).

going plant based (or vegan) is much easier than transitioning to minimalism or zero waste, so for you guys who have already taken those huge steps i feel like it would be an easy decision to make.

love your channel keep up the great work! i wish you both well <3
