  • Good doumentary, but as someone else has already said. It shoul be called The vegan choice.
I will never give up my 7 eggs and half kilo of greek jogurt a day + tons of tuna. Because of these nutrinients I am at my physical bests and strong AF. And psychical energy? ooh man I am an energy beast:D Havent been sick for years btw.
Maybe its something to think of..:)
    Everything is individual..
Thank you for all that info tho

  • I really appreciate for all the efforts put in making this documentary. This is truly an eye opener but after watching this if people try to turn a blind eye than it shows how thick skinned we have become in order to give ephemeral pleasure to our tongues.

  • Thanks for another wonderful healthy tips video! Healthy habit I try to do is twice a week yoga and walking/biking in nature once or twice a week. Talking with supportive family and friends is also a healthy habit. Loved ur tip on reframing negative thoughts!

  • Hello Meghan and fellow commenters. I recently started freezing fresh fruits that are in season for my smoothies instead of buying the packaged frozen fruit. I became concerned recently when a brand of packaged frozen fruit was recalled on suspicion of contamination. I agree that you only know the safety and value of the food that you clean and prepare in your own kitchen. Meghan, I do have a question for you. I have been fortunate to have very few gut issues in my lifetime. However, I have recently started to have stomach aches with tea, Earl Grey and Lady Grey. Would there be something in particular in these teas that suddenly cause aggravation?

  • I am plant based, but i back it up with milk products and poultry and i feel great. Meat is not so immportant. I m an athlete and i train a lot. I poop everyday and i can see health in my pee and poo. Veganism is not healthy, plant based is.

Note this: i come from Slovenia and here we really care what we eat.

  • My favourite habits I have developed in the past years are starting my morning with some Sun Salutations, not touching my phone till I have had some me-time and sitting down for breakfast and every other meal actually. My hardest struggle is being present in the moment, I really have to learn to breath more & take my time.

  • Yes, but even if we eliminated all animal-derived foods then the food industry will find ways to make even that unhealthy (and in truth they already did, think of GMOs).

  • In other words, the Japanese are conditioned from childhood to honour the feeling of being full and to never go beyond that, placing great value in listening to their body and respecting that full feeling the second it firsts pops up by stopping eating immediately. Imagine how the world’s obesity epidemic would change if we all learned to do that!

  • Appreciate Video clip! Excuse me for butting in, I would love your thoughts. Have you thought about Dinanlinson Natural Beauty Approach (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one off guide for learning what to eat to look younger minus the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cooworker at last got cool success with it.

  • this is a joke people have always been hunters for the most part and japanese people are more healthy because they eat less good quality food these motherfkers are jsut pushing vegetarian diets wich are laking in multiple ways.

  • thank you very much for this wonderful research…hopefully this will educate us to choose food… to act… rightly as stewards of creation since we are indeed the thinking animal in this planet.

  • Fuck this vegetarian scientists low carb diet is the way to go humains are consuming 10 time more carbs then our ancestries sugar is the enemy people don’t trust this shity old studies just look how people lose wait when they go on keto diet vegetables and fruits have also hormone and toxics chemicals stop this fucking old shit diet tired of this fucks some of them are payed by the sugar industries for sure.

  • When I visited Japan, I realised that the average time I spent on walking increased atleast 3-4 times, because of a well designed city that encouraged public transportation and usage of subways and trains, instead of private vehicles. Further, as rightly shown in the video, the nature of food in Japan is such that it makes you lose weight easily, even if you are not from Japan.

  • People don’t realize this. This is average Americans act like this Watch..

    Mom: Wanna eat son?

    Son: Yes mom

Mom: How about McDonald’s With a happy meal?

    Son: YESS

This is how it increases and spreads to average American Typical Families.
