This is kinda true I get up by the time I get ready drive to work and clock in I’m good to go my energy is up after lunch I feel sluggish and done with the day. When I get home I find my energy is back up for a bit but falls quickly towards night
I usually take a two hour nap from 1pm to 3pm. However I’m up at 4am and my mornings are quite demanding plus I tend to just get 5-6 hrs of sleep at night.
I get migraines from caffeine it’s terrible, but I’m learning to live without caffeine. I’m still laying in bed because I work night shifts can’t even play Ghost of Tsushima cuz i still feel tired:(

I have been increasing my activity level, but I suspect the metoprolol and possibly the other drugs are to blame. Unfortunately, there appears to be no way to get off of them. I will go to the store and buy some magnesium to see if that will help.
I have also been eating meat more often even calf’s liver to see if that will help as I prefer to eat only raw fruits and vegetables for the most part (not entirely, though I also eat a lot of beans and I do eat various breads from time to time I love cheese-/peanut butter sandwiches LOL). I also eat a lot of yogurts and drink buttermilk, trying to keep my gut biome healthy.
I wish I had more energy. The one time I had a cardioversion, I felt wonderful for 5 days then the A-Fib returned. I have been unable to have another cardioversion due to a blood clot always being found when I am checked right before doing the procedure [so it is cancelled]. I remind myself that other people who are seriously ill must feel a lot worse that I do but still, I miss feeling good.

Caffeine works but over time your body gets used to it and you need higher doses to feel the same effect not to mention your body tries to compensate by making you more tired after the coffee has worn off.

I want to share some important information regarding heart palpitations after eating. After 6 years of dealing with heart palpitations and going back in forth between my cardiologist and stomach doctor I finally figured out how to get rid of them. I was diagnosed with viral infection in my blood about 25 yrs ago. I was in my 20’s. My mitral valve was leaking about 50 % and I was in hospital for about two months. After I was out of hospital I order for me to go to dentist I had to go to hospital before to get antibiotics. As time went by I no longer needed antibiotics before any dentist appointments. The power nap doesn’t work for everyone. I’m one of those people who already needs at least one hour to fall asleep during the day, no matter how sleepy I am. So I wouldn’t know when I’ve reached the 20 minute mark ♀️

I can’t get natural light because if I’m at college they don’t allow us to go outside of the building and if I’m at work then it’s in an office building wv no natural light entering

I also have a closed campus (duh I’m in middle school) so I can’t take walks or get sunlight into me until the end of the school day?
1000 units D3 a day is a bit low. In summer, the body metabolizes up to 20.000 units a day… winter supplementation of 10.000 units a day is a more common recommendation.
for everyone struggling with sleep: I find that adding liquid melatonin to my water at around 8 or 9pm helps with insomnia or that annoying evening energy burst and sipping it slowly for an hour or so eases me into a proper drowsy state.

Sleep at the same hour, wake up at the same hour, 6 to 8 hours sleeping. Eat healthily and workout at least 40 min, walk or bike daily, if working out change the exercises day by day….s.
I pulled a all nighter. The next day at night I couldn’t sleep.

This is kinda true I get up by the time I get ready drive to work and clock in I’m good to go my energy is up after lunch I feel sluggish and done with the day. When I get home I find my energy is back up for a bit but falls quickly towards night
I usually take a two hour nap from 1pm to 3pm. However I’m up at 4am and my mornings are quite demanding plus I tend to just get 5-6 hrs of sleep at night.
I get migraines from caffeine it’s terrible, but I’m learning to live without caffeine. I’m still laying in bed because I work night shifts can’t even play Ghost of Tsushima cuz i still feel tired:(

I have been increasing my activity level, but I suspect the metoprolol and possibly the other drugs are to blame. Unfortunately, there appears to be no way to get off of them. I will go to the store and buy some magnesium to see if that will help.
I have also been eating meat more often even calf’s liver to see if that will help as I prefer to eat only raw fruits and vegetables for the most part (not entirely, though I also eat a lot of beans and I do eat various breads from time to time I love cheese-/peanut butter sandwiches LOL). I also eat a lot of yogurts and drink buttermilk, trying to keep my gut biome healthy.
I wish I had more energy. The one time I had a cardioversion, I felt wonderful for 5 days then the A-Fib returned. I have been unable to have another cardioversion due to a blood clot always being found when I am checked right before doing the procedure [so it is cancelled]. I remind myself that other people who are seriously ill must feel a lot worse that I do but still, I miss feeling good.

I don’t drink caffeine, I don’t stay up late or wake up late (I got to bed at 9:30 PM and wake up at 5:30 PM), but I’m super tired all day every day. Even after a good night’s rest, I feel tired all day and don’t feel normal unless I sleep for about an hour and a half to two hours.
even though in the cold is the bad time but i use to get it out side in the cold where it was freezing at night but i would get it up in the winter

My problem is that I work a job that makes me sleep twice once at night and once in the day so idk what to do. And my weekends change each week

Caffeine works but over time your body gets used to it and you need higher doses to feel the same effect not to mention your body tries to compensate by making you more tired after the coffee has worn off.
Ducking dumb video. I thought I would get the medical answers. I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and taking medication for it. After three months on the medication I still feel extremely fatigued/tired all day long even though I sleep 8-10 hours a night. I’m constantly tired at work/all dat and waiting to hit the bed. Thank you for inspiring me to stay on track with good food, exercise. My bp went up in the doctors ofc and he wrote a perscription for pills. I dont take any pill s which at my age amazes everyone..I decided to put the pills aside and test bp for one week…it went down over 40 pts S 10 on D… for one week!!! I work hard at my health…exercise, dance, photograph dancers and eat the best food I can find. Health is my most important goal. I want to share some important information regarding heart palpitations after eating. After 6 years of dealing with heart palpitations and going back in forth between my cardiologist and stomach doctor I finally figured out how to get rid of them. I stopped eggs’, milk and wheat and they went away within two days. If heart palpitations are giving you a fit look at your food.

I had full count blood test, ekg, all came out normal but I feel lethargic, feeling as if heart is not doing good but most the doc said palpitations

I was diagnosed with viral infection in my blood about 25 yrs ago. I was in my 20’s. My mitral valve was leaking about 50 % and I was in hospital for about two months.
After I was out of hospital I order for me to go to dentist I had to go to hospital before to get antibiotics.
As time went by I no longer needed antibiotics before any dentist appointments.

I’ve had blood tests x2 I’m 49 and was diagnosed with pleat Xmas. I’m still ill. Nobody knows what’s wrong with me, sometimes I feel like I’m going to die if I do too much. My health has gone down hill since having plurisy.. can you cure me.
My mom has an issue where her sitting at rest her blood pressure drops to 60/40 amd she feels as if she is going to pass out. Latley sje has beem losing control of her body as far as strength and is not strpng enough to get around the house… she is 54. She has seen MANY SPECIALISTS amd has run all the tests all come back normal. Taking toms of pills that dont help amd is even eatimg small portions 5 times a day. Any ideas?

2. Try filling yourself more with fruit and vegetables and less starch.
3. Vitamin D.
4. Exercise. At leat 150 min per week.
5. Depression. Can also affect you especially during lockdown.
Guys the best way is just get the loudest alarm clock and use that cuz when I use it I jump off the bed and have enough energy to get up

I can’t get natural light because if I’m at college they don’t allow us to go outside of the building and if I’m at work then it’s in an office building wv no natural light entering

1000 units D3 a day is a bit low. In summer, the body metabolizes up to 20.000 units a day… winter supplementation of 10.000 units a day is a more common recommendation.

A power nap is something I need the most
for everyone struggling with sleep: I find that adding liquid melatonin to my water at around 8 or 9pm helps with insomnia or that annoying evening energy burst and sipping it slowly for an hour or so eases me into a proper drowsy state.
Opiates make me tired when I stop moving…but make new feel like shit when I don’t take….it’s a catch 22, I’d rather smoke weed
