It is a great one off product for getting rid of IBS and irritable colon Immediately without the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend Sam at last got cool success with it.

  • I have Diagnosed ibs and anxiety, in second grade my Ibs was TERRIBLE it was during class, to. I see people in comment like wishing they had it and hoping, oh please don’t wish this terrible thing upon yourself

  • YES magnesium. My therapist actually told me this for anxiety, but I find it helps with energy and mood, as well as digestive issues!

  • This was great, been searching for “medicine for ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (just google it )? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my partner got excellent results with it

  • It’s suitable to do a colon hydrotherapy, it says it can help you reduce cramps and bloating too. For me I diet but I still got the symptoms. It’s not working. Definitely going for colon detoxification.

  • Thankyou for sharing I started an elimination diet when I was 18 after years of restrictive eating due to sickness and diarrhea when ever I ate. I ended up telling my doctor I was definitely allergic to lactose and maybe gluten. I am lactose intolerent but 14 years later I have just discovered bibha e IBS and need to go back to th doctor and say ‘hey you know I keep coming in pain, feeling unwell and telling you the same things well I think it’s IBS’ the symptoms have meant I have had to have surgery three times in the last few years and every time they just tell me to eat more fibre which for a plant-based vegan is a joke! I feel if I had found this out at 18 that would have vastly improved my quality of life. The symptoms have taken so many opportunities from me including jobs and travelling. Hearing you have managed yours an have been able to control it to only having flare-ups is amazing. I didn’t think I’d ever be free to live a day without it and I’ve spent the last ten years thinking there was something seriously wrong because everyone says nothing is wrong yet there is and I have to live with it. Last year I tried to end everything because of the symptoms I can’t believe it’s taken another year for me to work it out for myself.

  • Thank you for sharing so candidly about the condition! We are sure it will be useful to the many, many people who suffer from IBS! So many of them suffer in silence and are embarassed to even talk about it to health professionals!

  • Thank you for being brave. It is just horrible for me…I have a hard time containing gas and if I do, there are all these sounds in my stomach. It made me isolate myself…and people make fun of me because of it. My confidence is low… It is making me so scared to be made fun of again or judged. Some say once you get out of alot of stress, it will be better…so I hope…

  • Thank you for the help. It just hit me for the first time a few days ago and I had no idea what was going on. This sums everything up.

  • Im a sufferer with IBS and this video really helps. Also check out Ask Your GP series at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUrGTD57DvA They have also done an amazing vid on anxiety.

  • Just found you on a news article. Thank you for posting a new video for us new followers regarding IBS. My wife has it. Should be helpful to her.

  • Becky i had an ibs attack today felt like rubbish got sent home from work:( love your videos.. im planning on revamping my lunch, what do you suggest x

  • When I was 14 I started noticing myself becoming really constipated it wasn’t until that summer that I decided I needed a doctor, they had sent me away three months later just telling me that I needed to eat better and drink more water and to come back three months after that. Here it is 2 and half years later making me 16 years old and I’m still suffering from being unable to use the bathroom. The doctors are just now finally taking it seriously. I’ve had a colonoscopy, upper gi and now currently going through a sits marker study (which is making me absolutely miserable because I can’t take any medication) I have found some relief with taking linzess on a daily basis but without it I won’t go for weeks. I have felt so alone and miserable for so long and dealing with anxiety alone really doesn’t help either. Thank you for making this video, it made me feel like there is hope for me and I’m not alone in this as much as I think I am.

  • Excellent Video clip! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard about Proutklarton Gold Hour Plan (just google it)? It is a good one of a kind product for getting rid of IBS Symptoms Immediately without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend after many years got amazing success with it.

  • I’ve been suffering with IBS since I was 14 myself now I’m 21 and it’s literally hard to deal with. Not being able to do certain things with friends or family and not being able to eat certain foods aswell.

  • Ibs has given me ptsd since i was really young because that pain and fear would always be expected and in the back of my head. Id always try to live and o8sh past my pain and daily flare ups even as a child and i cant tell you how traumatic it was and still is for me. My life revolved around coping with ibs so i couldnt do the everyday tasks people could do. Especially in school

  • why is the comment section filled with bots talking about plans and shit… making money out of peoples pain and suffering? and that too by spamming? rot in hell bitches!!

  • Just wonderful, I have been researching “what are ibs symptoms” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some great things about it and my co-worker got excellent success with it

  • Ive had IBS since 2009. Went to see a doctor and he said that “I dont know what it is, it could be even tumor”:D From experience i can tell people who has it, that what you eat and drink is a MASSIVE thing. I stop drinking coffee and eating pre-made food. People, GO TO SEE FOODTHERAPIST! Respect to you Emily Rose, i hope that you would have done this video in 2009:D With Love From Finland!

  • I’m an IBS-C and anxiety sufferer. One triggers the other… I get super anxious and it causes my IBS to flare up… or I start getting a flare up and it brings on major anxiety. It’s a daily struggle, and literally NO ONE in my family and friends group can understand or relate. “It’s all in your head”…. I’m sick of hearing that!

  • I was just diagnosed and already the pills they wanted me to take made me so sick I had to leave school. I really needed this support because it is gonna be a long road. Especially since a high meat allergy and wheat allergy cuts a lot out of my diet-

    thank you! uvu

  • I love this video! If you don’t have your health, you can’t do much else. Health is key to performing well at anything-you have to put yourself first:)

  • I just found out I have IBS. I’m trying the vegan FODMAPS diet has helped so much! For the first time in a year, my stomach isn’t in pain. Another thing that helps me is not eating between meals. If I eat meals too close together, then I’ll get the bloating and cramps. If not, it’s fine c:

  • I used to suffer from ibs, and took a small amount of an anti depressant routinely, even though I’ve never had any trouble with depression, and the pain disappeared completely in a month. If anyone else wants relief from ibs, talk to your doctor to see if an anti depressant can help you, according to your symptoms. It really does help lots.

  • This video helped me so much. It’s nice to know that other people are going through the same thing as me and that I’m not alone. ThankYou!

  • Scarlett your videos are wonderful and enjoyable to watch honestly girl and your so pretty and brave for sharing this video ♥.

  • I think I have this. I was constipated a month before and it came up again. I think it had to do with me eating/drinking dairy products. Just this time is different because it’s been like a week, and I got this big stomach pain and it was terrible actually, I’m constipated again and now there’s weird stuff coming out of my stool. And I have the feeling to go to the bathroom like 15! Times a day, i think it’s because school is out that I’m not doing anything and it’s affecting me. I’m sad because I won’t be able eat anymore yummy food:(

  • IBS is worse before I menstruation and after. The worse part is when your in the suoer market and you shit your pants cause you couldn’t make it to the loo or the US toliet. It’s so embarrassing when your an adult and you shit your pants.

  • I think I read a blog post of yours about IBS when I was trying to find some sort of ‘cures’ and I was so glad to see someone talk so openly about it. Its such a lonely process to try and find out what works for you so every little bit of advice is always so helpful and reassuring that it doesn’t have to stop you living your life. Great video

  • Thankyou for posting this. I suffer with ibs and take tablets for anxiety & Alflorex which really help. My diet has completely changed since I found out my intolerances. I’ve recorded my journey on my YouTube channel x

  • Yes thank you so much for making this! As you said we need to keep the conversation going. I always love hearing updates and advice from you

  • Cheers for the Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you thought about Proutklarton Gold Hour Plan (erm, check it on google should be there)? • I definitely have IBS but the dr hasn’t been too helpful they literally told me to eat less fruit! I must say the best job to be in is anything that involves working with children as they pop off constantly so they think nothing of it if one slips out xx

  • How do you deal with this when your at your bf place or friends place and you still haven’t figured it out what triggers your gut lining!I feel stressed and anxious already thinking bout having a problem there or in the morning….when just want to enjoy myself like before with couple of drinks and any food just like a month ago

  • I share with you this application that really helped me feel better
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andromo.dev663851.app871104

  • ibs diagnosed over 10 years ayee I went on antidepressants for a few years and YES it does help with ibs but made my depression worse. On the meds I gained 60 lbs because I could eat everything lmao luckily I lost the weight but wouldn’t do it again. and yes I agree with don’t fight your symptoms. ibs symptoms have never gotten better but I’ve just learned how to deal. embrace the pain, stay calm and pretend nothing is happening (except going to the bathroom) deep slow breaths always help me and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water always helps if I eat food my body doesn’t agree with.

  • we love having alternating IBS I’ve noticed peppermints can hurt my stomach but not always. I think if I eat too much then it will. Same with gum.

  • This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about “ibs constipation symptoms” for a while now, and I think this has helped. • holy shit 2 weeks wihout pooping? research says 30-40 gram fiber per day but for me the more fiber i eat the shittyer i feel.
around 15-20 gram fiber is more than enough what helpt me too is not drinking while eating and chewing alot better around 40-50 chewings per bite so slower eating and chewing almost till its liquid

  • have had ibs-d since I was around 21. have had it now for 25 years. it’s an awful thing to have. Imodium is what I take most often for it. but I can’t eat like most people which sucks. hate it.

  • I.B.S is hard, and knowing that you’re not alone definitely helps a bit but it does not change the fact that we still have to go through this for the rest of our lives and I feel like we should all do something about it so we can make this life-changing disease be a priority to doctors. I do understand that there are other harsh diseases but for something this common, there should be some type of cure because it really can ruin ones life and its hard

  • Winner of a video, I’ve been looking for “ibs foods to eat” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint ( search on google )? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my m8 got amazing results with it

  • hi becky! really good points all around. it is a vicious circle with stress and ibs. so it is important to find ways to cope with stress and not let it control your life. i was doing well with meditation and kind of stopped doing it, need to get back to that. i’m retired so i should have less stress, right? for some reason, something else seems to come along and increase stress. right now waiting for biopsy report on wednesday so i’m in the bathroom a lot. nonetheless, thanks for a great video! k

  • Hey everyone, so basically I have suffered with IBS for 10 years now! And let me tell you, it has ruined my life. I have stopped being able to go to sleepovers in fear of getting a stomach ache, it has caused me to not be able to eat gluten, dairy, nuts, fruit, and certain veggies, so I just eat meat and some vegetables. Which is also another reason I can’t go to sleepovers because I can’t usually eat what their family is making. I also have had to switch to online school because it was so severe, I would be going to the bathroom all the time in so much pain. I also have terrible anxiety which only makes it worse! But if you are having an IBS attack here are a few thing that help me…

    1. Walking in circles.
Walking in circles in like your living room can help a lot since your not sitting down and constantly thinking and freaking out about it. It can also help with the pain.

    2. Open a door or window (get fresh air)
This one can help a lot to calm you down when you are worked up!

    3. Count or read something.
If you are sitting on the toilet in a lot of pain, your mind is probably racing! So try counting something or reading something. This helps a lot to calm yourself and focus on something else.

    4. Plug you ears and close your eyes.
This one probably sounds weird, but sometimes if the pain is just unbearable it can feel better to close your eyes and plug your ears!

    5. Touch something.
I find it can be really helpful to feel grass if you are outside, or like a towel if your in the bathroom!

    6. Crying.
When you cry you are letting out a hormone that will calm you body and make you feel much better!

    7. Breathe.
I know this sounds cliche, but I notice when I get it I forget to breath and I’m super tense and can’t talk or move, so make sure you breathe!

Here are just a few tips I’ve picked up over the years that I do to calm myself and help with the pain!

P.S one of the biggest things I do when I get IBS (basically everyday) is take activated charcoal! If you suffer from stomachs pain, you NEED this! I take one every single time I get it and it helps in about 5-10 mins! Make sure to drink lots of water so there isn’t a build up of charcoal in your system!

  • Cheers for this, I’ve been looking for “severe ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my neighbour got excellent success with it

  • I’m going through this now, it’s horrible, when I’m out my stomach starts playing up to the point I need to go to the toilet or fart! It’s embarrassing, iv noticed it’s when I eat foods or I’m anxious, I feel little bit more comfortable when I’m at home, it’s difficult because I used to socialise a lot:(

  • Very informative video, totally agree with you that more fiber intake in the morning helps, I usually go for steamed sweet patato / purple yam in the morning cos for some reason it really help me relieve the problem a lot (diarrea); and casserole rich with celery / carrot / onion / patato really helps with relief of constipation. It’s good to know I am not alone in this.

  • we are like the same. it so crazy we have the same exact symptoms and problems. you really help me i enjoy watching your videos and learning what you do to help and how you’re so successful and it makes me happy. Thank you!!

  • Im a swim instructor with ibs and the worst thing ever is trying to teach kids when u have horrible stomach cramps.. great video ❤️

  • I had IBS while at school, sharing a bathroom with five other girls. My tips are 1. to find a great probiotic (Digestive advantage probiotic+enzymes saved my stomach). 2. Invest in Poo pourri if you have to share a bathroom. 3. Do not be afraid to get accommodations at your school for ibs. 4. Cook as much as you can, college food can wreak havoc on your stomach (for everyone not just ibs sufferers) 5. Be honest with your roommates if you’re having a flare and let them know ahead of time about your stomach problems 6. Plan your classes so they are not too early or too late in the day (Personally morning and evening flares were most common for me).

  • An interesting video, however I question whether straight molasses and blackstrap molasses are different.
Molasses to my knowledge is natural unrefined cane sugar which may aggravate SIBO. Thanks.

  • Thank you for this:D I have the diarrhea type ibs and it especially flared during my period. I suggest
•getting birth control that stops your period if that’s a problem for you.
•And try getting a counselor/therapist/psychologist if you feel your ibs is triggered by anxiety. ONLY IF your mental health care provider feels you need medicine will they recommend you to a psychiatrist (who uses medication).
•Also keep in mind as inconvenient ibs is, it does NOT cause any harm to you
•And finally, consider investing in a baby wipes or a duvet (those toilet things that spray water on your booty)

  • I’m so thankful I have people around me to support me and are able to talk to me about my various problems. IBS runs on my moms side of the family (no pun intended lol), so they all know what I’m going through. Also my boyfriend’s mom has no colon due to ulcerative colitis so he knows what it’s like to have someone close to him with digestive issues. He’s actually brought me lots of stuff to help with the tummy issues like mint teas, ginger teas, different supplements, and the like.
When I first started getting sick I was in denial about it. I didn’t want to admit to myself that I was sick. I just kept ignoring it up until I was bleeding pretty profusely. Then I just had to get some help. So I sat my parents down and told them what was happening and told them that it might be because of high anxiety that I had been facing for years. I mean we knew I was nervous a lot but I didn’t want to admit that I was potentially mentally ill.
I thought it was something I could deal with on my own but really it was causing major damage to my body over time. I wasn’t eating as much because my nerves made me not hungry, and I wasn’t absorbing a lot of the nutrients because I’d get sick soon after eating. I was underweight and my body was suffering. After getting my blood test back it turned out that my internal organs has some damage to them due to the sickness. Had I not gotten help I could have died.
That’s why I tend to be really vocal about my experience. I don’t want anyone to die because they’re afraid to get help. It can happen. It’s not as embarrassing as it seems. Yeah it’s a little uncomfortable to talk about at first but now I can talk about it matter of factly and I’m doing much better because of it.

  • I have mini heart attacks everyday. Doctors say it’s just anxiety. Is so weird. my stomach feels weird to but I just eat everything so my body will heal. If I am dien. Lol but I think I might have ibs but idk. My stomach is always tight. And stool hasn’t been the same.

  • Best way I can say it is the downward dog yoga position kinda or pardon my nastiness lmao but like get on the ground in a doggystyle position But I have TERRIBLE gas from ibs and that position has been proven as well that’s one of the natural ways to get the muscles moved so that you can let that pressure out I sit in the doggystyle position for a long time and it helps a lot

  • Cheers for this, I been tryin to find out about “effects of ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it

  • Number four is very good. Yeah dealing with it at school, not to mention yr 12, has been very difficult and hard. But I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it /still be doing it without talking to my teachers this year. If you find that one person who understands everything is so much easier and better

  • Thanks SO much! My tummy started hurting a few days ago and rubbing my tummy with lotion really helped just now. Drinking lemon ginger tea now. Have a great weekend

  • Appreciate Video! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you ever tried Proutklarton Gold Hour Plan (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is an awesome one off guide for getting rid of IBS Symptoms Immediately minus the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend Sam finally got astronomical results with it.

  • Ibs is curable. U might just have bacteria in ur stomach thats why u still have those symptoms. i had but im cured already. My doc found out thru stool that i had bacteria. He just gave me antibiotic.and aftr taking all those. My ibs was gone

  • Hi there Becky Exell! Thanks very much for that useful advice
so have been only diagnosed by a hospital so how do I go about getting accepted for work-placement or employment part-time with the realization that my bloating and excessive gas causes people around me to receive a very bad smell from me whenever my gas or wind is released. However, I have no idea what they are smelling and because it revolts people so much, I am worried that it will cause employers or placement supervisors to not want to accept me, hire me or give me a chance. so how do | get around this? I have no idea yet what foods I can or cannot eat but was told to keep a diary and that is trial or error process…???

thanks very much for your attention.

  • After my 1st experience starting in Nov 2018 going 30x a day(IBS-D) I have no idea how people work or go to school
I am retired and my life was hell. It’s better now I go min 3x a day but sometimes more. Waiting for my breath test next month
Mornings are very hard on me gas pains/ cramps & movements
Prior to my condition I had ongoing UTIs which put me in daily antibiotic over a year that’s how Zi got IBS-D

  • After feeling absolutely hopeless and severely depressed for the past 3 months due to an extreme IBS flare up, it is somewhat relieving to find your videos of hacks and tips. IBS is ruining my life and I am so depressed, I feel as if I have no one to talk to. I would love to be able to message you and talk, so I don’t feel so alone.

  • Hey! Thought I’d pop a quick message! I work for a company which sell shakes that have really helped with my IBS and general gut health. Please take a look if you can! http://lm90394.juiceplus.com/

  • Rant time: At my work, people question my food all the time. I bring in Korean sweet potato noodle stir fry called japchae and they tell me the noodles look like worms. I try to explain that I can’t eat the standard American diet and must look to other countries for recipes. No one asks about my lunch in a way to understand other food. They question why I’m eating such “weird foods”. No amount of fake smiles, health benefits of the meal, or info about the culture matters. The next day is likely the same. They can judge. They know I can’t be brought down by their ignorance. I’m not going to show up the next day with pizza and mac n cheese for my lunch to make them feel better. /end rant

  • I was diagnosed with IBS and anxiety only 14 years old then now years gone pass I am really bad IBS and anxiety I was diagnosed with depression to sue the anxiety still really bad today
    I need help?

  • I’ve been diagnosed. It awful when I’m at the shops and a sip of water triggers it. I hate using toilets that aren’t my home one. I’m embarrassed by the smell I leave, the dry loo roll and the fact I’ll have to turn around and go again 2 mins later. It gets to the point where it’s not poo, I’m weeing out my bum it’s so watery.

  • This was great, thanks, I have been researching “what is the symptoms of ibs disease” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (do a google search )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 got great success with it

  • It sucks if you are having a bad day and you have to go to the loo several times or are in there a while and people question where you’ve been or why you’ve been gone so long

  • I haven’t really done much research till now about IBS but I normally don’t eat while at work and it sucks cause I feel like it almost messes with my mood and effects my work performance. I also have mild anxiety and it makes me more susceptible to the stress symptoms associated with IBS. I have a really hard time allowing myself to eat before during or after school/work because I am afraid of my stomachs response. Has anyone had anxiety while driving through areas that don’t have a lot of restrooms? I have a really hard time with that!

  • Im 17 last summer i started a part time job and after 1week i bcame really ill my stomach ached i felt dizzy god i had to leave the job and now im really concerned about my future how will i live

  • Hi, I have IBS and have for a long time, but I didn’t get diagnosed until about a year ago. My tips are 1. Have a mantra that grounds you, it’ll help in minor situations. 2. Pepto will ease your tummy or peppermint pills. 3. Stay hydrated. 4. Make low fodmap soup to ease a hurt belly and satisfy hunger. 5. Visit your gastroenterologist as often as you can, to monitor your IBS and make sure that it’s not worsening or leading to something more serious. I know how hard this is to live with, but this channel really makes me feel less alone.

  • This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about “ibs cause” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint ( search on google )? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my buddy got amazing results with it

  • I’m 16 and got diagnosed with it a couple of months ago and it’s hard but thank you for this video and for making me not feel alone like I do with my friends.

  • I think I have ibs there’s something that would happen almost every weekend and it would make My stomach feel like well you know when you carve a pumpkin and you have to empty out all the seeds it feels like someone did that to my stomach

  • I had to call out a lot because of my stomach issues at my last job, I made up different excuses as to why when I called in and before I left I finally told my manager why and she said that I should have told her that from the start, since they know it’s a health issue. People understand, mostly

  • If I eat healthy foods I’m “ok” if I’ve ate. sweets/ junk I’m constipated the next day! I took an X-ray but it said I have gasious distention? I don’t think it’s that because it just seems off. I have to frequent returns to the bathroom. I get so stressed.

  • really important to bring your own food and more importantly not to give a damn what other people think they will want to sit like how they do, walk like how they do and eat whatever they eat! Life is so harsh but we need to be more stronger.

  • You have no idea when I go places to eat with in laws, friends and colleagues. I’ve actually become a little bitter how much our society focuses around food. Hahaha

  • my anxiety is leaving the house because i’m scared i will need to toilet so i rarely leave do you have any advice on how to help this

  • This is a bit of a late comment as I’ve only just seen this but I just wanted to say thank you for this video! I get regular tummy pains and I’m very gassy I feel like something is blowing around inside of me. To top that all off I have anxiety. I felt like no one understood me then I found this video! Luckily now I also have a lovely doctor who I can speak to so I know I can get through this❤️

  • Winner of a video, I’ve been looking for “what is the treatment for ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. • I need to listen to number two, but I never do. It’s a good point. I have had experience with having IBS at school and in college. I would get up 2-3 hours early. I would sit close to the door. Later on as my IBS improved I would sit in the back which was risky, but I did it. I drank a lot of pepper mint tea. It calms the nerves. I was a mess in college & high school. Don’t take my advice.

  • I just came across this video now. I was on day two of my family vacation and for some reason the first couple days I always get an IBS attack. Mine isn’t rushing to the bathroom, the opposite not going and having severe pain and bloating. The anxiety is crippling though. I left my family vacation drove two hours, and am sitting in my house alone. My family doesn’t really understand it so that makes me feel even more nervous. I’m fortunate to watch videos like this. Thank you for sharing.

  • Eating porridge has really helped me, must have a lot of fibre also cold pressed vege/fruit juices. If you live in New Zealand try the homegrown juices in the big white bottle

  • having IBS as a student is hard, for me it impacts on my social ability mostly (something had to give, and I wasn’t willing to sacrifice my grades). I dedicate my energy and time into study and making lectures, timing meals etc around and away from lectures

  • Thanks for this video, Emily. Does anyone else have IBS and emetophobia? They’re a really horrible mix. When Emily was talking about panicking when she felt sick I wonder if she has it.

  • Love this video! You were the first person I found online (or anywhere) who talked about having IBS, and it made such a difference to know that other people live with it too! So thank you for that.:)

I’m slowly getting better at living with IBS as well, and I found that probiotics really help! They don’t cure symptoms, but they make them less strong in a way. I started taking probiotics a couple of months ago and I didn’t notice any change at first, but whenever I forget to take them for a while my symptoms are so much worse!

  • This is glorious, I have been researching “ibs foods to avoid” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (just google it )? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got excellent success with it

  • Okay, your video was good but it’s not meant for people that don’t have that much medical knowledge. I would suggest to use more lay men term.
Good job and waiting for the next video

  • I’ve struggled with IBS since I can remember and I still struggle a lot with panic attacks. I’ll have symptoms somewhere in public and won’t want to tell anyone about it so then I start freaking out because I feel like I’m not gonna have a bathroom. And then my parents get pissed at me because I get too anxious to go anywhere.

  • Does anyone else have it happen when your in the car and it just starts to set off my anxiety and make me panic and freak out. If you have this problem PLEASE tell me what you do to feel better and to stop the issue. (I am 14 so I am always in the passenger set or in the back)

  • I’m in year 13 so haven’t had to cope at work yet, but I wanted to say thank you for these videos. I feel so guilty because of my ibs because everyone is uncomfortable when they’re around me in school (when I actually go in) and it’s horrible being so lonely, but seeing these videos and all the comments of lovely people going through the same things helps with remembering that I’m not alone and I’m not a disgusting monster. Thank you!

  • My IBS seems to be set off by anything I eat. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern that I’ve noticed. All I know is eating makes my stomach hurt and I switch between constipation and diarrhoea.

  • I didn’t go for two weeks a couple times and words can’t even describe how awful it is. And nobody takes you seriously either at all

  • Some weird ass bots commenting here. But I try to keep my eating schedule and options tight, you might be lactose intolerant too. Also check out a probiotic. I like to drink Yakult a few times a week (just google it, lmao). It’s basically a quick shot you can drink in the morning instead of eating yogurt. So keep a regular schedule of the same/similar foods so your body doesn’t freak, get a probiotic and maybe start exercising, get a gym pass, the bathrooms are close.

  • This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about “ibs natural treatment” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got excellent results with it

  • I’ve been “diagnosed” (because as my health practitioner said there’s no real way to diagnose other than process of elimination ) 4 days ago, and we travel on our honeymoon next Wednesday. Symptoms are horrid gas (with a hideous smell), dihorrea and sometimes sickness as well as the stomach pains and cramps, with no real underlying causes…

I found you through your blog post for tips for travelling, and I’m definitely going to watch your Q and A next! Thank you so so much for posting these videos! Xx

  • I’ve looked up what I could have for a while now and I have still yet to come across a fix. Whenever me and my girlfriend go out for food or hang out, I just get sick to my stomach. Most of the time I end up having to go to the bathroom and throwing up. I really love my girlfriend and don’t have any doubts about the relationship. Does anyone know how or what this is?

  • Just wonderful, I have been researching “nausea and ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (do a google search )? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got cool success with it

  • Well, issues I was having diarrhea(poop use to look very thin like it is squeezed or different than normal diarrhea, it was weird) straight after pooping my stomach use to bloated like a lady who is 7 months old pregnant. It made me feel weak, not able to concentrate, gave me anxiety (panic attacks kinda feeling), sometimes feels like my brain wasn’t getting enough oxygen, my mood been always irritated (which affected my relationship with my parents and my g.f) and skin problems(head scalp also)….. thing which is working for me is CURD (an Indian yogurt kinda thing) which you can make it home there should video on youtube for sure about how to make it(my mum makes it for me). Or if not then drink probiotic it is effective too but I would say curd is the best since it is homemade, cheap, and effective. Yogurt is usually sweet and you might wanna avoid that, bad bacterias like sweetener. Curd itself doesn’t taste so great so you can add some jaggery which is naturally made by sugarcane. Mix it up and eat it. Now don’t eat too much (about under >500g) and you should eat apples and pineapple they are very fiber source… Hope this will help

  • I can’t leave the house… Whenever I get up in the morning I feel gross and like I need the bathroom even if it’s just gas. Whenever I get in a vehicle I get muscle spasms and feel like I need the bathroom right then and there. I will move around trying to get comfortable but I can’t. I hate it so much… I can’t do the things I love anymore….help

  • What worked for me is high quality plant base probiotics with L-Glutamine daily before meals does wonders. Also flaxseed/chia meal is great fiber supplement for those suffering chronic constipation. It’s also important that IBS sufferers should determine if they also have SIBO which needs to be treated differently.

  • I suffer from IBS. Before I go to the toilet my belly hurts so much and then when I go to the toilet I remove all the items out of the toilet I don’t know why and then I press my hands near my private part I don’t know why and I don’t get enough sleep because I stay in the toilet for hours. Also it’s embarrassing so I poo in the dark

  • ive got IBS, and I’m a bus driver. so this is what i do. on days im not working im ok most of the time. but on work days ill take one immudiom tablet. hopefully after a bowel movement. but if I’ve not had one then ill still take a tablet. i don’t mind the feeling of needing a standard poo. however driving a bus and trying to hold in the shits. and getting pain. but immoudim stops that at the door. and those no harm in taking them everyday. if you go the other way and get constapated then use half a tablet

  • My IBS is kinda weird, first I feel like 1 million butterflies are in my stomach. Then it feels like those butterflies come out my mouth like vomit. But, I don’t wan’t to vomit and I feel like I’m weak if I do. And for my Anxiety, I have a huge mental breakdown and I have butterflies in my stomach too. Lastly, I tend to hide it, and make others happy and make people laugh so they can’t feel what I feel. Pretty weird huh?

  • Liked the video until you recommended anti depressants. They are evil and should be illegal. I am shocked you can come online and recommend people to take these mind and mood altering drugs that have horrible side effects. Nobody should use antidepressants. Its evil to promote them on youtube

  • Cheers for this, I have been researching “ibs-d treatment” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (do a google search )? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got great success with it

  • Many thanks, been searching for “ibs disease treatment” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (just google it )? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin got excellent success with it

  • If you want to fix your IBS problem I strongly recommend you try a ketogenic or even carnivore diet. It fixed my IBS completely, my digestive problems in general, my dermatitis and my issues with fatigue, anxiety and mood swings. I also lost loads of weight. It’s worth a try. These problems were wrecking my life, but now I feel loads better. IBS is not a mental condition, it’s primarily a condition of the body: if your body feels good, your mind will act accordingly. Try and have a look at these links here below:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLF29w6YqXs&t=1
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yj_Bc9hdHa0
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fncJdVjy5U
    https://mikhailapeterson.com
    http://meatheals.com

I’m not trying to be controversial or ideological in any way, I’m just genuinely trying to help and to share my own personal experience. The ketogenic solution saved my life and mental stability. Ketogenic in the sense that I primarily eat eggs, lots of meat and fish (at every meal) instead of the “standard” diet rich in vegetables especially, whole grains and stuff like bread and pasta I was on when I suffered from IBS. Of course vegetables are good, but if they give you diarrhea, maybe you should consider cutting them off a bit. I was sort of desperate, so I gave it a go and it worked. Take a look at these links and see if this solution may apply to your needs as well. Of course, diet is a subjective matter and its very personal, but it is of fundamental importance. Try to find the diet that makes your gut happy and you’ll be happy as well. I promise.

    Lots of love.

  • You know what the real problem that comes with IBS is….. Doctors who have no idea how to treat you! Bet there are so many ppl out there who have been through this…..

  • I have IBS with a very very strong phobia… of vomit. Both of these things made me have anxiety. Which gave me depression. (But not much)

    So basically my symptoms are:
-Having frequent anxiety fright or flight moments In class
I have 50 days off school on average every year.
I can’t eat any type of junk food, not milk or dairy. No fruit…. so I basicallly love of veggies and bread and wraps.
-When I feel sick my anxiety just makes it worse
    -I get panic attacks
    -weirdest diarrhoea every day

And I’ve dealt with this for four years so here are some of my tips!
1: have probiotics once a day in a flavoured drink or just water.
2: exersize IS SO IMPORTANT. I do just dance for thirty minutes every day. And it’s a great thing to do! It’s so much fun unlike pushups and all that. And it’s great!
3: try to do things that aren’t on your phone. Do exersize! Go for a walk, read, write a story or a diary. Think about people you love
4: for anxiety,, have a prepared anxiety kit for school or work. Even if you don’t have to use it… it helps to know it’s there! Somethings to use are like inspirational notes, a few random pieces of paper to randomly draw out and let’s say one said “breathe” dot that.
    5: lie on your stomach
6: get into a Routine!!! In the mornings you can do things and go for a walk and have fun before you eat your breakfast! This does some motivating!
    7: listen to music

So that’s all the tips and symptoms I have!! It sucks to have it as a kid… ruined my childhood honestly. I try to think positive in life though! But being active and doing things really helps! If you are still reading this. Good on you! this is the longest text ever lmao

    Bye

  • I’ve had dreadful stomach pains for almost two years now and the pain is so bad. My doctor has diagnosed me with IBS but there is nothing wrong with my stools and I don’t meet the three criteria about bowl movement. I don’t know what to do anymore

  • This was great, thanks, I have been researching “best foods for ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint ( search on google )? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got amazing results with it

  • I struggle with really bad anxiety. And as of recent now I deal with my insides feeling horrible any time I eat or drink liquids for the last week now. The ibs is completely new to me. Never had the problem befor. Now I have to go in and see a doctor to make double sure it’s nothing serious. Anyone else have this problem? I hope it’s nothing more then just my anxiety doing its thing.

  • Thank you for making this video ❤ I can say that antidepressants helped my IBS too, and now that I’m off them it’s come back in full swing.

  • Is IBS always triggered by certain foods such as gluten, diary, vegetables etc? I’ve been having a lot of issues with my stomach/digestive system, but I can eat what I like without any problems. Can this still be IBS? Can anyone else relate???

My main symptoms at the moment are 1. feeling sick/nauseous, especially in the morning and when I need to eat. 2. I get indigestion or heartburn every day. My stomach generally feels upset but I feel better once I’ve been to toilet, although sometimes I feel like I haven’t emptied myself. I also get the occasional feeling of tightness, dull cramps or spasms and feeling bloated. Also since my stomach issues began and having a few bad experiences out in public, I seem to have developed anxiety/panic attack issues. Now I dont like to travel long distances or be in public/social situations which I can’t exit out of easily. Its the ‘fight or flight’ response kicking in. I’ve never had issues with anxiety before this.

I took Omeprazole for a few months because I was told it was probably gastritis. Then I had a blood test and the results were fine. I’m currently having tests done to figure out what the issue is. Someone suggested it could be a bacterial infection?

  • hi, ive been struggling with ibs for the past 2 years nearly three, first started when I went to college, but my ibs was never related to food, it would just be when I’m in nervous situations or situations that would cause me a lot of anxiety, for example, I can barely travel for long periods because my stomach would end up cramping so much I would end up being in a lot of pain and then I would need to go to the bathroom. recently ive just been accepted for a new job, and it my ibs plays up so much because I find going to work a really anxious situation because its new to me, I’ve gone to the doctor and they believe it is ibs, but is there anyone else who just has flare ups when in stressful or new situations or when placing themselves out of the comfort zone? everyone I meet tends to have the diet issue, but I find I can eat whatever I want near enough (carbonated drinks while in a situation where Im placing myself out of my comfort zone tends to make the symptoms I have worse, but that’s it for diet)

  • Winner of a video, I have been researching “ibs stomach” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (do a google search )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my co-worker got amazing success with it

  • I have Crohn’s Disease a more severe form of IBS and it’s not a pleasant thing to live with. I had it diagnosed when I was 10-12 and spent a lot of time in hospital but now it’s pretty much under control until I eat/drink something I shouldn’t. Exercise is key also

  • I’m a guy with severe IBS triggered by stress. Thank you for the tips. One thing I would advise is to get good probiotic capsules and eat prebiotic fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, yogurt, etc. Also major cure for IBS is to be happy. When I’m happy my IBS disappears. So reducing stress and keeping yourself happy is the key.. which is hard because IBS attack make you miserable and it become hard to stay happy. Catch-22. It’s frustrating coz people do not understand how serious it is. Common response is don’t take stress… easier said than done in face of conflicting or out of control situations. U have to be a ninja mediator or Zen to be able to do that.

  • I love this video! I’m being tested for IBS by a new doctor soon and i have had digestion issues for years! It’s really stressful but your videos on IBS have helped relieve a lot of my stress about it. Thank you so much!

  • Is it the same where anxiety causes the IBS? My stomach has never been the same since I first started to get anxiety. I know for sure my stomach issues never caused my anxiety since I just thought the anxiety caused my stomach issues lol.

  • super super late comment but my IBS + anxiety ruins my life. i volunteer at a fire department and wednesdays i go to training and then thursdays it’s bingo. i get the worst stomach aches, i often go to the bathroom, my anxiety makes me lightheaded, nauseous, and i’ve almost passed out a few times. i love going there and stuff but my anxiety and IBS sometimes keep me from going. ive never known how to help the symptoms so thank you loads for this video!

  • I suggest forgetting the vegetarian diet. Plants are hard to digest. Also, high sugar levels increase anxiety. You should look into the Ketogenic diet with Dr.Schmidt.

  • Most people who have IBS will suffer from something called SIBO. Basically you won’t be fully cured until you fix the bacteria in your stomach and get the balance back to what it should be. You’ll have too much bad bacteria in your gut and this feeds off food that’s difficult to break down, hence why people with IBS are usually so gassy and suffering with constipation and/or diarrhoea, and you will also suffer with malabsorption where you’re not getting the good nutrients from your food, which will leave you feeling sluggish, tired and extremely fatigued.

    P. S, You’re welcome!

  • Ever since I was about 11, I’ve been getting mind-numbingly painful stomach cramps. Not just stomach aches, they go beyond that. It’s like a great big ball of pressure in the left side of my stomach that gets so intense that eventually something gives, and I hear something pop inside as if a giant bubble was building up. Remember in Harry Potter when they described the Dementors and how they would suck all the joy from your life? That’s how I would feel during these spells. They’d knock me out so much that once the main pain would go away I would collapse on my bed and just pass right out. Never any actual bowel movements happen, btw. They don’t happen as often anymore but when they do, they are quite literally the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my entire life.

  • Been there with the awkward lunches with either no food to eat or helpful people bringing something for me that I can’t eat. Also, as a manager myself, I would rather someone confide their health issue to me. I’ve told my manager, awkward but necessary. Good tips. Really appreciate your honest approach.

  • I literally don’t eat if i’m busy. I just have a protein smoothie in the morning and a banana for snack. I cant concentrate if my stomach is acting up. I eat when I get home.

  • I see the comments similar to what I was thinking…lol! I stopped at tip #3…but was going to stop at 1….haha! I mean; How am I to know (predict?) when I’m going to have an episode? And if I’m going to know ahead of time, then I guess I don’t need a journal….which btw, I know that’s recommended by a lot of people but if I get sick..was it what i just ate or what I ate an hour ago?? Anyway…just “ranting”…lol!
Oh and tip #3 is to go see a Doctor…ok, I guess if you insist ;-)!
