  • One night I got no sleep in the morning i had a oatmeal with blueberries on top with a egg and two bottles of water about 3 hours later I fell asleep

  • Just wonderful, I’ve been looking for “how to increase energy” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Qenason Energy Endorser (do a google search )? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin got great success with it.

  • Dr Oz will promote anything Grown American Superfoods = crooks if you use their food products, order from amazon not from the company.

  • Many thanks, I have been researching “increasing energy” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Qenason Energy Endorser (just google it )? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend got great results with it.

  • This was great, I have been researching “ways to boost energy levels naturally” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Qenason Energy Endorser (do a search on google )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my co-worker got great success with it.

  • I have recently been told I am milk intolerant (not lactose) whilst being diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis. I love meat but have had to give up all milk based products. I am feeling so much better and healthier. I can totally understand the reason to be vegan but love meet too much. The breakfast looks amazing. I will be totally looking to add that to my energy boosting meals.

    Keep up the great videos.

  • I eat whole grain oats every morning for 3 years. It is like addiction, without good breakfast I don’t feel good for first half of the day.

By the way, good channel Kevin. Enjoy watching it!

  • getting energy is important as well as losing weight, it is a great combination.

Moringa powder is really ideal to lose all sorts of weight because you can put it in so many foods:  think yogurt, nut and coconut butter, juice, the list goes on and on. https://www.coconutcountryliving.com/tag/moringa-for-weight-loss/

  • Hey guys. Love watching your channel. Just going on a snowboard trip to Slovakia in 3 days. When working as a Chef in a Yoga Retreat I learned great morning Muesli Recipe called Bircher Muesli. Very similar to yours. The main difference is it is like a raw porridge prepared evening before and lasts in the fridge for 3-4 days. Here it is. Pour pressed apple juice:water 50:50 on oats completly covering them as they will soak it up overnight. Add yogurt, cinnamon, frozen fruit, grated apple, chia seeds, nuts of your liking, sunflower seeds, etc. Key ingredients are apple juice and yogurt which help break down oats. Rest is up to you guys. Stir well and add water/juice if too dry. Add bananas in the morning and enjoy. It is a filling bomb but not heavy at all. I love it when surfing. Keep up the great work, I picked up loads of tips and tricks watching your videos.

One more thing… I am a bananaholic too, eat them every day, but I read an article that bananas are not healthy to eat on empty stomach, quite heavy to digest. Try hot water with lemon juice, honey and bee pollen. It gives you a great morning kick and you never get sick.

    All the best from Ireland

  • Dear doctor I have a question my son take medication which make him extremely tired and fatigued and sleepy and I’m looking for natural stimulant that not rice high blood pressure we did try caffeine which works for him in terms of its pick him up but it’s rice had blood pressure to 20 points for each diastolic and systolic please advise what to do

  • I call bullshit on the raw foods. Bullshit! Cooked food has more bioavailability than raw foods, and cooked foods are anytime more easily digested. That is why people with digestive issues cannot eat raw foods much, genius.

  • Eliminate sugar, eliminate dairy, eliminate gluten, eliminate processed foods. Then there is nothing left but whole foods. I grow and eat microgreens vs sprouts. Agree with eating at least 50% GOOD vegetables. Replace Idaho potatoes with yams. Drink half of your body weight in water every day. Periodic fasting. The food industry are a bunch of corrupt liars that have no interest at all in your health, nor the governments of the world. Be your own best advocate. It is very hard to eat healthy with all of the terrible restaurants and stores around. Global favorite pastimes: Shopping and Eating! Like Spock says: “Live long and prosper”!

  • I’m watching because I can’t seem to sleep haven’t for 2 weeks and I’m sleepy I have a huge headache and I’m loosing myself seriously

  • Mam plz young age me teeth hilna shru ho jaty mery front k teeth apny gums chor rhy aur hilna shru ho gaye
Plz plz plz is topic pe bhi video bna dyen is ka kia solution hy

  • lol our body’s use hydrochloric acid to break down our food and then enzymes this clever little design is so we don’t waste our own energy doing all the work, we feel tired not because digestion takes away energy but because our blood is moved away from our head to our tummies this happens no matter the food you eat

  • The song link you have in your video titled my 2017 snowboard gear list doesn’t work can you fix that plz? I really loved that song

  • Hello Dr. OZ. I like ur show.
I have a problem I can’t remember any think long time. And some of the time I forget what I did 3 or 4 houres before. Do you have any solution. And also I have back pain so post some video about back pain solution.

  • This nutritionist doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

1.) Raw sprouts are toxic for the most part and cause lots of digestive distress (gas and bloating). Try eating raw garbanzo bean sprouts and you will regret it.

2.) The enzymes in raw foods do not help digestion. They are destroyed by the stomach acid almost immediately. In fact, cooking vegetables makes them MUCH EASIER to digest because it breaks down the tough fiber. Salads are dangerous because they can easily be contaminated with pork tapeworm eggs leading to parasitic cysts in your brain! (look up cysticercosis)

  • Okay this video persuaded me to eat more greens. I have been having a lot of digestive issues since I started taking pills for a health condition. I added kale and my stomach has been doing so much better:)

  • hi everyone,if anyone else wants to learn about good natural energy boosters try Xenotolie Flexors Blaster (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my co-worker got great results with it.
