A better approach is to make small shifts in the foods you eat every day, according to the U.S. 2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines. Here are 10 to aim for. To boost your diet efforts over time, try one.

Shift from meat to seafood, or replace meat in recipes with beans and vegetables twice a week. Join the Meatless Monday bandwagon to gradually reduce the red meat beef, lamb and pork as well as processed meats in your diet. Shift from salted to unsalted nuts, and from regular canned soups and vegetables to low-sodium varieties. Shift to roasted squash chunks from French fries.

You’ll get more nutrients with fewer calories. Shift from pepperoni to vegetables on your pizza. Processed meats are one of the unhealthiest foods in the American diet. Shift from potato chips to air-popped popcorn, and dip chips into salsa instead of sour cream.

You’ll enjoy more volume for fewer calories and less fat. Shift from whipped cream to milk. To boost your diet efforts over time, try one a week. Shift from white bread to whole-wheat bread or a wrap. Shift from meat to seafood, or replace meat.

Moreover, as noted by VazAlmeida et al. • Doesn’t any supermarket in the US have a greengrocer section?? There’s nothing wrong with the meat and veggies but if it comes in a packet, leave it on the shelf, it’s full of sugar.

  • Eating healthy is everything, it does wonders not only physically but mentally. I was raised eating like this and it was the best thing my parents imparted on me.

  • this is interesting but only part of the truth: in fact the first and foremost point to consider is your immune system which has to be reset in many cases by simply fasting for at least one day! fasting means not to eat anything but just to drink water, tea or some coffee. no juice, no alcohol, no soda, and no milk, of course. then you can go on with one meal per day for a couple of days always keeping long break between the meals, before returning to two or three meals per day, containing good food as colored vegetables, fruits, greens, avocado, roots and some fish and red meat, in a well-balanced way. less pasta, pizza and burgers…. for a healthy digestion system it is necessary to feel hungry, after a good while of non-eating. otherwise you can put as many supplements into it as you like, they will not really be able to help!

  • I really love listening to audio books. So I use walki g as my excuse to just catch up with my books.. Lol. I’m listening to Harry Potter at the moment so I actually can’t wait for my next walk honestly it’s the only real motivation I have right now to get up and move

  • It’s a no brainer that nature has the cure to every ailment we suffer. I got a firsthand experience when I was diagnosed of cancer in 2015. I tried everything possible to get rid of it, all to no avail. I almost lost hope when I came across Dr. Aliyu from a testimony I read online. He is a herbal specialist. He prepared a herbal medication which was very effective against the cancerous cells. Today I am cancer free and I have Dr. Aliyu to thank for saving my life. This may not be for you but anyone who wishes to reach out to Dr. Aliyu, he can be reached at perfectherballife(at) gmail.com. I hope you find solution to any health challenge you suffer. The authors suggested that low intensity (40% of Vo2 max) was best for decreasing it (or at least not raising it the subjects were men though so I’d like to see this repeated with women included). https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18787373/

  • Sometime, I feel tired and my body pushes me to not workout.. but I tell myself to just do 10 minutes exercise. Then, I start to feel energetic so I continue to do more movements. In my opinion exercising intuitively should happen during the movements . Thank you for the informative video .

  • Eat WHITE grass-fed livestock meat (fish and poultry) and fiber leafy, also non-starchy veggies, that’s it. You may not even size them. Eat until feel full, of course if that doesn’t mean you eat all day long, some sense of what is full should stay

  • Thank you! I am glad you explaned everything so well. Sorry for what you went through with your son. I am going to try the journal of what i eat. And ultimate the foods listed, i have started on gluten already, stomach is much better. Sugar is my challage. I enjoyed your jokes too

  • The foods chosen are how I eat too except pasta which I don’t eat because doesn’t how much I eat, it makes me feel bloated and it makes me gain weight really fast. Also I don’t eat rice because of the high arsenic level in all the rice, specially the rice from the US it’s not added to the rice but I think that it has to do with the kind of soil that it grows in.

  • I got into exercising in a way that I enjoy nearly 2 years ago and I only wish I’d found it sooner! Going to the gym is what makes me want to get out of bed in the morning and starting powerlifting was a bif part of getting though depression for me:)

  • If anyone is scrolling thought the comments looking for a way to actually like being active I would check out fitness marshal here on YouTube the dances are so fun and definitely do not make you hate moving. In fact you feel so free and now I WANT to dance not force myself to do a Beachbody workout that lasts about a month and makes me hate being active

  • One thing I disagree with is low-fat dairy. I take whole milk, cottage cheese, cream, butter, ghee, sour creams, buttermilk, cheeses. WHOLE FATS. A portion of my wholesome fat intake.

  • I was given medicine for bipolar disorder for 18 years, after 16 years, i started coughing and vomiting after 18 years i was vomitting after every 2 days, i stopped gluten casein, and started eating nonhybrid rice and volla i got treated, i cook in ghee (almost 8 to 12 tablespoon) in a day in different meals not just 1 meal not oil, oil just 1 teaspoonful a day, and vegetable in every meal, I eat legumes and lentils too, but I soak them for 8 to 10 hrs in water before cooking. Baiscally I m taking carbohydrate too but non-hybrid carbohydrate. When I take hybrid rice I feel week. Non hybrid food is the key to carbohydrate, oil is meant for low consumption, I do eat non veg also but I don’t eat bones.

  • What are some ways to lost a lot of fat? I read loads of great opinions on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets can assist you lost lots of fat. Has anyone tried this popular weight loss diet plan?

  • Why the hell do we crave foods that we have an immune reaction to??? I know, venting won’t change a thing, but other than trying to give hormesis attempts a (immune) booster, this reflex crave makes no sense! (To me)

  • The experts would take a lot more out of the diet that. I was diagnosed with leaky gut 25 years ago and most vegetables were removed from my diet. Preservatives, artificial colours and some natural one too. Artitficiel flavours and all fruits, nuts seeds oils.
Milk, I had to remove later but cream and butter was fine. Cheese was removed and sausages, in fact anything that had spices and flavours in them. Plain meat was eaten in abundance because it was mainly all I could eat for years.

  • The dairy and meat industry have funded recommendations from the start. Why is dairy a food group…how much are they paying for that? They have alternate sources for the nutrients on the list under DAIRY but it’s still the named food group.

  • Eat foods with no manipulation, as we were intended to eat before food became MANUFACTURED for profit.
Ever heard of the book WHEAT BELLY? or the book UNDOCTORED?
I m not on board with this man’s “nutrition” lesson.

  • I loved the video Abbey! I just finished my exams session, which is a period of stress for me, so starting from tomorrow I’ll go back to my normal routine and I’ll try to start intuitive eating. All of your videos motivate me and you’re always suggesting really good tips.

  • I’ve experienced this in the last few weeks. I took for granted how much physical activity I got at my job compared to working from home and really neglected my physical fitness. I was very depressed and stressed to the point I was barely getting by. I started walking 10 minutes every morning, and it was definitely more of a hobble. Now I can go 15 minutes. It’s only been a few weeks but already I sleep better, I eat better, I have more energy, and I’m less stressed. It’s been amazing how fast I’ve seen results. In the past when I exercised regularly it was always to lose weight, and this time I did it for my sanity.

  • I hardly ever make public comments as I am too shy, but THANK YOU for this video, totally came at the right time. Its been something Ive struggled with for awhile, especially since covid made me work from home since back in March….You are awesome Abbey, really appreciate your work.

  • Approach exercise with an intuitive approach, just like eating! Over exercise can have seriously damaging impacts on your health. MOVE your body a few times a week in a way that makes your body feel GOOD (if you have the ability to). Find something you love so you enjoy it. Engage in movement activities for strength and health NOT aesthetic ❤️ too busy? Go for a 20 minute walk to clear your mind (walking is so underrated). Ditch the scale and get rid of the negative self talk/punishment of “missing a workout”. And of course, fuel your body with good food and tons of sleep

  • Before menopause I had no problem eating intuitively. After menopause my appetite regulation went out the window. I found that often I could eat a little and be satisfied or I could sit down to a proper meal and never get to satiation. It has been horrible with or without exercise. Plus, as you get older you lose muscle, so even when you exercise you aren’t burning the same calories you used to and maybe worse — and fat is metabolically active — so it sends out chemical messages that work against keeping the weight within reason. Hateful but it beats the alternative….(that’s death in case you aren’t into old age jokes.)

  • This is the most efficient weight loss guidebook that I’ve ever come across. I have dropped 8.5 pounds. I wish I could have googled about “fizy unique plan” (Google it) just before with out wasting my time on some other products.

  • Disagree with the eggs. Super high in cholesterol, a chicken’s period, And it feeds pathogens in your body. Dead rotted animal flesh, never a good choice.

  • These are things never were to eat, don’t sugarcoat it. All  the things on the list except the beef were things never were to eat.

  • I can only workout twice a week because I’ve been busy with Uni but I still do household chores everyday and sometimes I help my mom in gardening. Is that enough movement?

  • Love your show, great info presented simple direct and thorough. Ever done a show on alcoholic consumption effects on health? ie can i continue my 1 to 2 drinks per day?

  • I know a lot about the body and a lot of cures like one of them with the rheumatoid arthritis I know the cure for that since 2013…… yeah I saw somebody ask a question on here what causes the most inflammation in the body that one’s easy it’s oil in a bottle fried foods….. you see after 10 minutes oil oxidizes when it’s exposed to the year because it’s free radicals and inflammation in the body and scars the arteries it is not cholesterol like they’ve been telling you doctors have been saying for years that cholesterol clog your arteries that you have to lower your cholesterol what this is what happens when you lower your cholesterol in a cup fats out it is the cause of Alzheimer’s and Dementia people don’t know that….. oils shorten your life by 6 years fried foods and approve it the people who lived the shortest in the United States is in the South because fried food is a religion out there and the other places next to Italy the sardinians now they live longer than the people in Italy everything is the same the same sewage system the same doctors the same education everything is the same except for one thing the sardinians hate olive oil they just don’t use it that’s why the Italians only live to be 62 years old on the average in Italy

  • No if I have a choice of paying a little more and knowing they used mint to keep the bugs off of my food I will. Or I can pay less have them using nerve damaging toxins to kill the bugs including the honey bees that feed off of the ” weeds “. I will take the organic any day. We have become stupid and egotistical enough to believe we no longer need the food chain we can just make it in a lab and grow it in a fake plastic garden. We can kill the tree lines to out up yet another Starbucks just to leave it empty in a few years one day we will be breathing out of tanks it’s about as stupid and far fetched as we will one day be drinking water from a bottle and paying for it. It’s all about our way we look at our world around us and some time more often then not the way we DONT look at it at all. Stop drinking out of a bottle once and throwing it away. Get a metal straw and a metal glass and there you go less mess for the world to process like a drunks liver. And as for eating I don’t think any one knows really I will tell you I tried salads all day and was told hey you have to have meat protein or your going to go into renal failure like I did. So even though it was helping me loose weight I quite and it all came back. I went on a big but kick. It worked well but then herd there was mercury in walnuts so that stopped even though I felt sharper mentally on them. So what do you do. Eat what you feel best eating and at least do some crunches and planks a few times a day and get some sun for vitamin D watch that milk it will make you constipated but yard work in the sun for 20 or 30 minutes or oh no an hour won’t. Shoot for logic it works every time. Our government has been working on population control for many years now threw street drugs and food and water sources GMO falls into that poison and baby powder and shit food and bad water and smog is do to over population we are padding the corners because all lives matter when all we are doing is proving that Earthes life matters less.

  • Excellent Video! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you tried Dinanlinson Muscle Rebuilt Approach (just google it)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for saying goodbye to your gout without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy at very last got excellent success with it.

  • One particular question I have for JJ is how do I adopt this way of eating and NOT lose weight?
I always think of the word diet as referring to what I eat rather than going ON a diet to lose weight, although I understand that’s a valid goal for many people.
I don’t need to lose weight, as I do plenty of exercise. Indeed if I lose weight I’d get rather too slim
    for my liking.
So in a nutshell JJ, how do I adopt your methods and retain my weight at the same time?

  • Due to my past of ED behavior, working out trigger my diet behaviour. Even though i am trying to workout just to build strength, I feel like the ED is just tricking me so I will get back there. How do I re wire this?:d

  • My laborious job made me realize that being active with a purpose is really rewarding, and keeps you from centering your health around food. Because when youre happy and active, you cant HELP but to just eat what you know will support that lifestyle. Because food shouldnt BE your lifestyle, just the support, if youre lucky enough to be able-bodied. So after my term is over, I definitely plan on being active by taking my nieces to parks, doing some hiking, and teaching them to get in touch with nature, as well as doing other activities with them. And the only rule I have about food is to drink green tea often, and incorporate green veggies everyday. But Im not afraid of pizza or ice cream, if thats how Im feeling.

  • Its a miracle that I am alive today. I encounter HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS (HSV1/2) for good four (4) years, six (6) months and twelve (12) day with my calculations, before I meet the great Dr. Abumere. I am Tina Richard from Fresno California, united state of America and I was affected with herpes virus.Herpes is a viral infection cause by the Herpes simplex virus, marked by painful, watery blister in the skin or mucous membrane or on the genitals. This was what I suffered for good four years. I have visited CVS Pharmacy in Fresno for treatment but no improvement. I meet Dr.Abumere online while I was searching for herpes cure I read a testimony about his work. I give a try that now becomes a testimony in my life. I contacted Dr.Abumere on Email: [email protected] or WhatsApp: +2349021975055

  • Thanks for this video. I needed the reminder to enjoy exercise and not use it as a punishment. Sometimes I don’t notice how much diet culture has impact my thought process!

    1. Yoga makes my back not hurt that much or on some days not hurt at all‍♀️
    2. After good cardio session I sleep better
    3. Dance makes me soooo happy!

  • My number 1 trigger for inflammation are those high omega-6 vegetable oils, corn and sunflower seed oil. If I ever eat either of those, I can expect to get aches and pains, asthma, and psoriasis. (It’s been YEARS since I’ve touched either one, and I don’t plan on it any time soon!)

    A tiny criticism:
I agree with nearly all of this video, in my professional opinion as a dietitian. However, pastas and breads, which have just the basic ingredients: flour, water, salt, yeast I believe are fine to eat. It’s the company they keep, namely a laundry list of preservatives and “franken-fats” along with a ton of salts, sugars, and oils, and sometimes processed meats and cheese, (and don’t forget the soda!), which make them more palatable than they should be, that mess up the store bought refined grains. But for the home cook, there’s nothing bad in making your own bread from (my favorite) “type-80” flour, which is ground whole, and then sifted partially, to remove some of the bran. We just need to be extra careful, to not add oils to our breads or pastas, and then the body usually runs pretty well on even the processed grains.

  • Omg people play Just Dance. This has legit been the only exercise I’ve ever done regularly because it’s fun, I can do it at home and at my own pace. My only complaint is that they don’t have warm up songs, but I just use the easier songs as a warm up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9WUm3QvHK0 A lot of the older games are also pretty inexpensive. And you can even just put the songs from Youtube on the TV and dance along if you can’t buy the game or a console w/ a motion controller.

  • I find it easier to accept knowledge about nutrition from people who practice what they preach AND look healthy, fit and strong for their age. Furthermore, a litttle energy and ‘life’ wouldn’t go amiss. My own personal experience is that LCHF diet make lean, strong, healthy and fit. Carbohydrates and industrial oils in any significant amounts damage my health.

  • Grain and starchy food WTF even worst brown and whole grain!! Just to make it harder to digest great. Wt a horrible lecture. How in earth this got so many likes.!!

  • Hey everyone, the greatest success that ive ever had was by following the Fergs Treatment Crusher (i found it on google) definately the no.1 method i’ve seen.

  • Hand stand push ups? Chris, i’m 40 yrs old and watching this drinking a vodka and coke (not even joking)…Not sure i’m your target audience but if i could do a single hand stand push up i’m pretty sure i’m already eating healthy. would love to see you do a workout video with Bert Kreisher!

  • Thank you for your video, Abbey. I learned a lot. I would also be interested in seeing the impact of overexercising in our bodies and minds. I am coming out of ED and one of my biggest challenges at the moment is overcoming my obsessive relationship with movement.

  • I need know what to eat since IV lost down to my ideal weight goal IV lost 40 lbs now what meals should I eat to not gain any of it back

  • I started yoga once a week in February and that improved so much for me! Flexibility, strenghth, but also self image as my body is capable of so much more than i imagined! Also our yoga teacher gives compliments during class to everyone, which makes you feel good even though you might think it is not going as it should

  • the woman has no idea what is GCS (Glasgo coma score) is, the highest is 15 when you are alert and orientated and “obey commands”-in other words when your are healthy. The lowest is 3when you not reacting to any stimuli at all, in coma, uncouncheous. The lower the score the worth the neurological condition of the patient. No way I buy her book or follow her advice ever

  • My junior high and high school gym teachers would use running as punishment. And yes as an adult I hate running. They actually killed any desire to want to work out. I really wish teachers could try to make exercise fun instead of ruining it. I once got punished and forced to sprint for not asking for permission to get water from the water fountain in the gym. From that day on I never liked gym or her.

  • Good talk, although the first third of the talk didn’t add anything to the conversation. Also, why do people have to smack their tongues so much when giving a talk? Annoying

  • I am extremely curious about what you think of Kpop idol diets. Especially ShanTokki’s diet which a lot of people have tried after she posted a video about it.

  • I am definitely taking a gentle, intuitive approach to exercising and the people I tell about it give me a lot of flack. I hear things like needing to eat better, work out longer, etc. in order for it to matter. i have easily 100 pounds that i need to lose, but i also have a history of compulsive overeating and purging. I really appreciate these videos because they help me improve my attitude about food and exercise as well as my confidence in how I’m approaching it. I’ve been doing a stationary bike 2x a week for 20-25 minutes for the past 4-5 weeks. i have not seen a single change in the scale…only to gain 5 pounds. it sucks, but i’m not stopping the exercise. Hopefully something will give at some point.

  • It takes me a while to warm up to exercise but I do feel good while I’m doing it and after I finish and I’ve definitely noticed that my body is more toned and has a healthy glow. At home work outs are my go too’s for price convenience and verity!

  • Remove eggs? Really? This person has not a complete enough knowledge about nutrition. You guys believe her over me only because she’s more famous than me. But I suggest doing an actual research.:)

  • My favourite gym outfit are black leggings and a sort of dark greeny blue top which happens to be the exact colours of my gym! I bend in so well like a gym chameleon

  • There are so many diet hacks advocated. Each person is unique, most people will continue to eat unhealthily even given this talk. When I told my doctor I was giving up caffeine, dairy, gluten, wheat, sugar to deal with fatigue, she said no one can keep that sort of diet going & to not even try. She wanted me to take ‘antidepressants’ not because I was depressed, but because they help eliminate fatigue. What kind of support system is that? Doctors have very little nutritional training. She had no idea how to deal with my issue. It would have been more honest to say she didn’t know. I like it that Alisa says you have to be the CEO of your health. I visited a nutritionist next and she put me on the right track for my body. I also have done the research on anything anyone has ever said about diet and my health. It underpins your life, it’s too important not to take charge.

  • I guess you could say obesity is genetic. Our genes don’t allow us to eat unlimited fructose and “healthy whole grains” without consequence.

  • Stopped watching when he said cholesterol has calories and is part of the total fat on the nutrition facts label. Cholesterol is a “sterol” and the body cannot derive any energy from it, therefore it has no calories.

  • I think it is easier to give a person a list of things to eat. And they just eat the things on that list. Most of the foods and things listed here most people eat and it is not only overwhelming to them but depressing. Attack it from another angle or when you say what not to eat….give the replacement or alternative right away. For some of us who are health fanatics this is easy for most it is not. So alternatives in do not eat this and do not do that should always be accompanied with what to do…since most people are left lost or turned off…as they dont have the expertise or the means to go for help on this issue.

  • Why is she so extra with all this other bs? Talking to the point of redundancy is the mother of all boredom. Get to the point already. Nobody wants to hear all the other ish. I get the sugar, gluten, corn, soy, wheat, peanuts, diary and cage fed hens eggs. So free range chicken eggs are okay to eat. Gotcha!

  • Great advice I have a mild case of cerebral palsy so spasticity is a constant battle. I’ve noticed that cutting out animal products has decreased inflammation and makes walking easier! Now to tackle my high cholesterol, triglycerides and fatty liver. Hoping for better lab results soon.

Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into these videos! I definitely get overwhelmed by what constitutes a healthy diet and you present everything so succinctly!

Very cool that you’re at UCLA! I was a patient there for many years treating my cerebral palsy. It’s honestly such a revolutionary medical center.

  • This video sucks major balls, I can’t believe my nutrition teacher made me do a 500-word paper on this old fool. For any nutrition teacher reading this, do yourself a favor for the sake of the student and don’t recommend this video.

  • My cooworker laughed when I told them I was gonna lose fat with just using Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed these people extraordinary results right after I used it they’re begging me to tell them about it. Of course I won’t tell them the detail about this diet plan, hahaha

  • I just got injured bad and need to take it slow on the traning, and this video is just what I needed right now. You always cheese me up Abbey

  • Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine)? We’ve heard numerous awesome things about this popular weight loss secrets.

  • Sooooo how come humans are like the only species which doesn’t know what it’s suppose to eat also we are the only species to drink other animals milk and buy a house lol wth

  • My strangest addiction is how I found out about JJ Virgin; it was a good show educational for sure. The soda chick traumatized me still to this day I won’t drink soda because of the Cococola strange addiction girl. It was intense.

  • Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Just do a google search search. On there you will discover that a great guidelines about how exactly you can lost tons of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? perhaps it’s going to work for you too.

  • Hello sweet pea I ate yougert for the first time, then I got inflammation in my lower abdomen, it’s been a week now its feeling better, but it does flare up at night, will this go away soon?

  • Thank you for the information. As a young person, I cannot remember inflammation being an issue. But, now that I am in my seventies, inflammation makes me feel ready to explode like the Pillsbury Dough Boy. I read that water fasting can be helpful, should I balance that with eating the foods you suggest?

  • Recovering from an ED and doing an all in similar to Stephanie’s. Not sure if I feel better or just bigger. About 6 months in and it’s been a struggle mentally and physically. Thanks for the great video and helping me stay positive!

  • Dear Abbey:
I’ve been struggling with a recent diagnosis of gastritis because of cronic stress levels. I’ve been required to lower my daily stress and my doctor also gave me a list of food I can’t eat including dairy products, process food, citrics, sweets, gluten etc.
I can’t avoid feeling depressed and deprived when I look at that list but of course I want to get better because I feel really bad.
Can you help me find the most intuitive way to dealing with this problem without feeling I’m getting in another extreme diet?

  • So many diets, so little time. I’ll still eat my Endangered Species 88% Cocoa every day. You can eat the healthiest of diets, drink and bath in the purest of waters, then leave your house and get hit by a car. If you’re healthy and not specifically allergic or intolerant to a specific food, enjoy life and simply eat a balanced diet. I say the Mediterranean diet is the best, but that’s just my opinion.

  • Nice talk. But honey isn’t just sugar. According to research, honeybee products (honey, propolis and royal jelly) may be protective against inflammation, aging, neurodegenerative diseases, cancer… you can read more about it here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5549483/

  • we say really weird things, up until a month ago, it would have seemed crazy to give up, cocoa puffs, now i eat oats instead, and i feel much better

  • sugar/fructose if you are not in Keto…. goes to the liver and makes FAT… but not so if you are burning that sugar intake with your daily activities…? I have to agree that added sugar from a form of FRUIT CONCENTRATION is worse than the refined sugar in COKE…Especially orange juice from concentration… so make sure you eat fresh fruit juice or juice made from fresh juice and not concentrates. But not sure we have to stay in a Keto state, which she is promoting here but without saying it…. unless we are needing to lose weight… we can eat as much fruit as we want…..fructose will NOT make FAT unless you are a LAZY ASS! No one who eats fruit all day just sits on the couch and doesn’t burn that shit. If you understand what you need for your lifestyle then it is a lot easier… right now I’m trying to lose weight so I’m trying to stay in Keto for a few days using The Snake Diet. Check out Cole Robinson on you tube….for great info on losing weight fast doing fasting and Snake Juice…I think that the bottom line is that WE NEED MORE SELF CONTROL and we need to change our relationship WITH FOOD…stop shoving shit in our faces all day long.. but get out of our fear and be more active and see the world or our neighborhood parks..

  • One of my favorite influencers, Mike Foster, calls it “joyful movement”. This has been such a helpful paradigm shift for me.
I appreciate you emphasizing all the ways movement can look. I walk a mile to and from work most days. I used to think that didn’t count for “real” exercise. ‍♀️

  • It all makes sense amongst all the nonsense out there. What’s to comment on? You either take note or go look somewhere else to get the answers that will give you the excuse to stay with the bad foods.

  • Bullshit you can figure out yourself. What is with the alien face on the wall behind her? “Wow!!!! You’re like Superman!”. If you don’t say so yourself. . disgusting pig

  • This presenter doesn’t look particularly healthy…I half expected him to keel over from a heart attack before the 2 hours were up.

  • Hello there, have you considered this kind of diet plan known as the Custokebon Secrets? My sister says it helps people lost tons of weight. Is that possible? I also noticed a lot of good review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • Fructose does not come from fruit JJ! It is a clever marketing name for dangerous toxic man made sugars the body does not recognise. Fruit and fruit sugars are the foods that heal chronic illness! This is why no one needs to “crack the code” or invent their own health system. Nature has already figured it out. We just have to remember what our ancestors knew. It is man made foods and chemicals that are destroying people’s health. Fruit can save your life. I am sorry, but you have been misled.

  • Fructose was the source of my IBS. Unfortunately lots of fruit i love are high in fructose…including apples, peaches, mango and watermelon. Watch out for granola bars and protein bars usually loaded. It’s an item on the fodmaps list and once I figured it out it was life changing.

  • I’ve been working out since I was 5. I started with just basic pushups and sit-up. As I grew up I became hungry to learn about different exercises. I watched tons of different YouTubers, all of them were very informative but they didn’t get straight to the point. I found Chris Heria when I was browsing for a good ab workout. I was completely blown away from how he was both, informative and straight forward! I’ve watched Chris Heria for tons of different workouts, and I’ve been satisfied with every single video I’ve watched. Thank you Chris Heria, you’ve helped me get closer to my goal for my body I really appreciate it!

  • Hey Abby, I loved this video! Ever since coming to the States for college I gained 27 pounds in the first months here. I wasnt eating intuitively, more like just eating to fill the void of missing home. When I went back home I was fat shamed to the point of crying so much that I wanted to lose the weight I had got comfortable with. Now I work out listening to your videos but this video reminded me that working out is so much more than weight loss and underestimating activity is not good for me. Imma work out to my dance cardio as much as I like not have to ❤

  • I’ve started doing a quick two minute meditation after exercise where I go round different parts of my body and thanking it for the job it does. If I can’t think of anything I just focus on my heart and breath and thank them x x x

  • Whqt i do for my wo i put my wo gear out the day before if i have a cardio Session i just do what i actually love which is swimming and biking you do not need to Run if its not your thing! Or if i want smth more easy going i go for a hike while listening to a Podcast or if the weather is Bad i go on a treadmill put it on incline and watch an Episode of a TV Show lol 40 min go by pretty fast this way!

  • I think this guy is only right about people who are over weight havinh a genetic component only to the extent that their system is more sensitive to all the bs and sugar they put in everything you buy. If people were more prone to be obese then why wasn’t people over weight like they are now 30 years ago. People are eating dead food even the so-called organic food is sub par so people are starving nutritionally while overeating on food that doesn’t feed their system. I can’t believe he recommended people drink alcohol for energy. I don’t know he could be right, I have an employee who drink like a fish and he gets the job done so who knows. His liver is shot and he knows it but to each their own I suppose,

  • Can’t stand her. And yes, the video is unnecessarily way too long. Also, her raving about bulletproof coffee is crap. It’s bitter as anything! Horrible!

  • I have some thyroid and adrenal issues happening right now and I’ve gained 15lbs this year bc of it. Ive been on supplements and hormone pills and I’ve recently lost most of that weight. I’m back to the weight that my body seems to be happy with. Today, a family member told me that I lost weight too quickly and I no longer have “nice full hips.” I tried to explain that weight loss is a really good sign for me right now… it means my body is trying to put me back to my comfortable set point weight. I’m not devastated by the comment, but dang I’d love to live in a world where my body doesn’t get commented on… especially when it’s actually a really good sign!

  • This “advice” is WHY there is so much chronic disease. At least he mentions Lustig. Lustig is the only one of these UC characters that knows what he is talking about. Must drive him mad.

  • Yes organic food is much BETTER FOR YOU. nothing controversial about cutting out gmos and pesticides+insecticides. SHheesh, objective?

  • adds every 30 seconds and horrible sound track to the workouts. I’m getting a full workout just by using the skip and mute button ALOT )))

  • Basically anything that tastes good you can’t have…..no pizza, no ice cream, no birthday cake, no sandwiches or subs, heck, you might live longer or it may just seem that way, Lol…..my motto…..moderation with everything!

  • fun fact from a neuroscientist: exercise does increase neurogenesis….but only when it is voluntary! When exercise is forced, neurogenesis actually decreases. So choose something you actually love to do:D

  • If someone would like to eat cottage cheese there is lactaid which works great for dairy. I use it all the time and it works well. I am lactose intolerant and lactaid helps me get nutritious dairy.

  • Hi Abbey! I actually have low cortisol… combine this with low iron, B12, D, zinc, reactive hypoglycaemia, Hashimoto’s, coeliac disease, and PCOS, I’m fatigued a lot of the time. Even gentle exercise can cause me to have issues. How do I break this vicious cycle? I’m trying to stay moderately low carb to avoid the blood sugar spikes and crashes, I avoid caffeine and gluten, and I follow the circadian T3 method for my thyroid medication. Do you have any tips for someone like me? What kind of exercise can I do without feeling like my body needs time to recover for days afterwards?

  • Really insightful as always, thank you Abbey! Do you know anything or have content regarding understanding nocturnal eating syndrome (NES) or sleep-related eating? Keen to learn about this yet it’s hard to find information as it’s a rare condition

  • I have been on a health journey the last five years. Ive gone from 440lb to 270lb severely depression and anxiety…. Gone through menopause and my mum is seriously ill with heart and kidney failure and dementia…. I put on 2st with menopause and lack of consistent exercise. But since Monday I’ve been doing a new stretch routine… I’ve slept better, my body feels free and i enjoy the stretches.. It sets me up for the day ahead… Its a time to forget about stresses and refocus on being in the moment and in touch with my body and listening to it…
My question Abbey, how do i stop focusing on the weight and weighing myself..

  • I enjoy exercise so so much but that wasnt always the case I used to hate it, but I took about 6 month off of eyercise because I really didn’t want to and then I started again but with a different focus. I’m celebrating what my body can do and don’t punish it anymore, I focus on how my body changes strength wise, not looks-wise. Now I look forward to my workouts, but if I really dont feel like working out on a day (for example when I didn’t sleep well) I go for a light stretch and switch days around in my plan.

  • Your Amazing!!! ‍♀️ Thank you so much for coming out with a plan to weight loss and fixing health problems in the body. I was struggling so bad with my weight gain along with pain in my body due to many issues. I went to my Dr about this and my Dr. actually has been doing the JJ Diet herself. Believe me she is built so good. She told me it would be better for me to try this because of my health problems. So I got the book from Mercari.com to save on money “ The Virgin Diet”. I also purchased the cookbook, “ The Virgin Diet Cookbook”. I decided I would not get on the scale until I felt I could face the facts. If you know what I mean?? I started the JJ Diet in February. Today I got on my scale for the first time which is June 22nd, I lost 20 pounds!! Wow, I am so happy to say this does work! Yes it does. I have to admit I had slipped so Now I’m back on the full plan again because I started having health issues again. I do know the foods that are my trickers so I will be working on getting those out of my eating everyday. I never thought sugar and milk was such a problem. Boy do they harm me more than I thought. I really enjoy banana bread so much more now using gluten free flour knowing after eating it doesn’t bother my stomach and weight loss will continue. Coconut is my go to! Drinking coconut milk and eating coconut I’ve found is a secret fat burner for me. I am so grateful to for providing me and others with all the information needed to help us with our bodies in so many ways. May the Good Lord continue blessing you in all you do along with your family as you go forward on your journey. Take care and stay safe! Thanks again you wonderful and beautiful lady!

  • You need saturated fat. That is the good fat. Eat saturated fat often. Cut all the carbs. Carbs are not needed. No sugar, no grains, no root vegetables, no white bread.

  • Even more simple,.. avoid carbs., eat wild caught fish and grass fed meats. Forget about counting calories just eat until to you are full.

  • Well, this post is a bit long, but oh well! Great job Abbey! As usual your video was informative and fun to watch. For years, I exercised on and off to lose weight. It really only helps with weight loss if one can dedicate hours per day, and unless it is your career, who wants that? I enjoyed hiking, but it was hard on me when I was heavy. During and after losing weight, I was running, lifting weights, and sometimes working out twice a day to fit the time in. I suffer from chronic pain from EDS, worsening scoliosis, lipedema, and the effects of those, so I went back to walking while I prepared for spine surgery. I had a much bigger spine surgery than most adults, and I am still in recovery many months later. The biggest part of spine surgery recovery is walking. It starts with simply using a walker to get around the house and then up to a couple of miles per day over many months. During recovery, I realized that I love walking and hiking. It has been summer here in Phoenix, so treadmill it was. I also learned that I can watch your videos, other youtubers, movies, whatever I like without being disturbed by my chaotic career or my husband wanting to show me political videos. It is my time to de-stress and escape. I go as fast or as slow as feels good at the time, but I always do a five minute warm up and a five minute cool down. Someday, I may do light strength training again, but my cardio will always be walking from now on.

  • This reminds me how grateful I am for just loving running! I rarely even remember that it is good for me. Great video, and I agree finding something you love to do for movement is a great tip.

  • Excellent video! We are in our 80’s and feel better than ever! Still work for a strong body and a calm mind. Doing some research for our tiny new healthy-aging advice channel. Learned a lot. Keep it going!

  • As the lockdown hit, I started walking every day. It is the first time I exercise for feeling good. In fact, it has been the highlight of my day. Then I realized how much I enjoy moving my body and being outside in nature. I think this is what I was missing all those years trying to do the exercise thing. I appreciate this video right now with this knowledge. Thanks Abbey!

  • Thank you! I have found over the last several months that by stop focusing “exercising” and focusing more on dancing (I’m a dance instructor and choreographer), I feel better about myself and my clothes fit better. While my weight isn’t really budging, my clothes fit better, so something must be changing. This is some great information. And, congratulations!

  • If you get to the point and match the title of the video you’d have more viewers. Plus, more would stick around through it all. Another story (sad) however, it’s tiring. The opening she threw herself at everyone all-in-one. Same stuff, what about the foods?

  • I have a motto in life that I feel really works for exercise: “SOME is always better than NONE.” So in anything, even if you didn’t meet your goals, YOU DID SOMETHING. Celebrate the SOME that you did, and try again another time.

  • Almost forgot is this “fat protein efficient” and “carb efficient” stuff actually true, and should it be taken into account when eating intuitively?

  • I want to share with all my testimony of how i was cured totally from HIV disease by Dr Abiola herbal medicine, i had HIV disease for 4years and i have tried all means to treat my self but no doctor could help me cure the HIV permanently i even took some drugs that was prescribe to me by many doctors but none could work i felt it was going to stay permanently since i could not cure my self until one day i was browsing through the internet i saw different testimony with different people on how they were cured from the disease by Dr Abiola i never wanted to try because i knew anything done with internet were always scam but because of the pain i have i gave it a try and email him and he replied back i told him my problem he prepared a portion and send it to me which he instructed i should take morning and nite i did it constantly and suddenly i started having change in me, so my brothers and sisters am glad to say Dr Abiola has cured me from my HIV disease he can cure any disease or sickness if you give him a try, you can email him today call his or whatssAp mobile number on +2348163587231 @dr_abiola3

  • Eat like a lion and you will feel strong as a lion! The rest bla bla bla is all bullshit! All man invented staff like flour, seeds, beans and vegetables a for survival mode only! Eat meat and fish and fish oils omega3.. eggs lots of eggs✌️

  • dont think all carbs, fats, proteins, alcohols r calorimetrically equivalent as he saiud. they can very in small ways, and many times people have different digestibilities for certain nutrients!! celiacs, lactose intolerance etc…

  • I enjoyed all of this. Being open minded and available to rethink what I eat. Suffering with very painful and debilitating arthritis, this is a good heads up.

  • Thank you for making this video. I’m a teacher and we went back to school last week, and i haven’t exercised AT ALL in the last 2 weeks and I feel horrible about it. Not because I haven’t been sleeping well or because I havent had much energy (which are things that have happened), but because I just feel guilty. I’m beating myself up about it and I’ve been on the scale the last 2 weeks more than I have in the last few months. This video helped me so much!

  • What is considered an “excessive amount of exercise”? I personally weight train 3 days a week for 90min and do 30-45min cardio session 3 days a week as well. Is this considered a “healthy” amount?

  • Has anyone used the Custokebon Secrets to lost crazy amounts of weight? Just simply do a search engine search. On there you will discover that an awesome tips about how exactly you can lost lots of fat. Why don’t you give it a shot? maybe it will work for you too.

  • So if I’m understanding correctly, it’s easier to raise your set point than to lower it? (If people who lose a lot of weight tend to gain it back rather than adjust to a new set point, that seems to be the case?)

  • I tried to get active so many times in my life, only to drop fitness routines days to weeks into them. It’s only when I managed to separate excersize from weight loss / controlling body shape, was I able to stick to it. I focused on personal bests, enjoying the extra mobility, and just having fun without needing to sit in front of my computer. Sticking to a fitness routine isn’t even a challenge for me anymore I’m enjoying it too much to be able to look at it like that:)

  • When I’m really anxious or down, my partner puts on music and we have a wee boogie in the kitchen. Its not the most intense exercise, but it always makes me feel much much better. Can recommend:)

  • None of those foods make me feel bad. The only thing that has ever made me feel bloated, tired or have stomach aches were turkey, bananas, onions and too much garlic.

  • You haven’t addressed the major criticism of IE: buy doing this, you can gain weight and increase your set point average, and this can make it much harder to loose weight for any reason.

  • I’ve watched all of your videos on intuitive eating and I’m still too afraid to actually try it. Eating like this and constantly thinking about food is exhausting but I’m afraid to relinquish the rigid control I have over what I eat.

  • Hi Abbey, I was wondering if you could maybe some day talk about nutrition, excercize and injury,…especially how to help yourself recover from injuries and how nutrition can help? Thank youuuu

  • She’s wrong about fruit being bad for you…. I know a lot of fruitarians who are really slim and healthy. And I have worked for 97 year olds who have been eating sugar, bread and eggs their entire life. It kind of annoys me when someone delivers something as fact rather than just theory.

  • You seem very informed on this subject, and most of what you say makes a lot of sense, but I have to wonder what your background is. Are you a nutritional expert? Just wondering.

  • Can someone tell me how those things he uses are called, i got a problem on my wrist so i cannot do pushups without hurting unless i do them on my knuckles

  • There is an enormous amount of really important information here, but my goodness, the packaging is so boring that it is not surprising that people don’t watch programmes like this. I get it, it is education/university….but perhaps if you ‘package’ this information in a more attractive wrapper, you could get through to many more people?

  • Exercise keeps me sane. I actually have to stop myself so I don’t over exercise (as sports relieve my PTSD symptoms).
I’ve always loved all kinds of sports though.

  • I love lifting weights and muscle training! Also thai boxing (also walks<3). But I personally don't really want to work out more than 30-40 minutes because at the end I perform extremely poorly (I dont care about sweat or whatever). After my ED now I care more about FEELING the exercise in my muscles, confidence and mood and not even look at my body cause that will discourage me after 1 second. I feel way more in tune with my body after eating intuitively, so I can always ask myself how I feel after exercise. I wouldnt be here without your channel!

  • KK fuck it I’m subbed now, would love to see you do some workout and eating habits suited for different lifestyles, personally for me I work in a factory and do 7.5 hrs straight so no real time to heat up or put together anything special something that I can eat on the go is something I’m struggling to deal with. But thanks for the great content!

  • I’m going to pay more attention to my daily diet based on this video. I started my better eating plan by reducing red meat and now will add more plant based foods. This video definitely showed me what I need to eliminate.

  • Huge leap to conflate calorimeter with human system as far as burning calories. Completely outdated understanding of calorie needs, counting calories. This talk reflects ignorance of known science of hte last 100 years and even common knowledge of the past 50 years. Sad.

  • Hello there, have you thought about this kind of diet plan known as the Fenoboci Diet Plan? My cooworker says it helps people lost a lot of weight. Is that possible? I also read a lot of good review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • Here are the 10 foods to eat if you want to lose weight.
    1. Eggs
    2. Leafy greens
    3. Salmon
    4. Cruciferous vegetables
    5. Beef and chicken
    6. Boiled potatoes
    7. Tuna
    8. Legumes
    9. Soups
    10. Cottage cheese

  • Can you clarify your inclusion of Dorling et al? At the top of the video you say that exercise isn’t a helpful weight loss tool because it can spike your hunger and then include an article that says that exercise facilitates weight control.

  • It would be a shame for you not to get rid of body fat when other normal people are capable to lose weight quickly with Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google).

  • My Plate is also sponsored by the Food Industry, only 1 Cup green Veggies a week? What the fuck. And recommend starch and grains again.

  • I suffer from binge eating. I had 2 major weight loss (almost 90lb both times). Once with yoyo dieting and gained all the weight back and once by IFYM approach.
    Gained all the weight twice.
I have reached a point of stability after 2 years of no counting calories but still need to work on hunger cues.
Now how can I lose my excess weight without dieting? Life was much better and I felt much more confident when I was lean.

  • It took quarantine for me to try yoga but by myself and from a YouTube channel (my favorite is Yoga with Kassandra, but let me know who your favorites are) and I love it and I finally found an exercise that I not only can do everyday and at varying intensities, but I enjoy doing it and really look forward to it. The only time I felt like that was when I did shotokan karate in college, but stopped because I felt guilty for not being able to go as much as I or my sensei wanted because the class was 45 min away and at the time I was usually working during club meetings after I graduated. It’s been a long road but I’m glad I found an exercise I enjoy and challenges me at the same time.

  • i thought i hated exercise for the longest time in my life. then i stopped restricting, and it’s a really big difference. i go for a run whenever i feel like my body craves it, which is usually between 1-3 times a week. it’s helped my mood and confidence levels a ton. running feels amazing to me now. the difference for running because i wanted to burn calories and running because i wanted to improve my (mental) health is really big.

  • Anybody tried the Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine)? I’ve heard many amazing things about this popular weight loss secrets.

  • Omg whenever i eat maggie or pasta at late night ( 2 am or 3 am ) in morning i feel severe inflamation and swelling on my face and eyes even on throat also and cough too

  • Listening to her information. Many of the foods she says are bad have been eaten for millennia with no problems. I do, however, agree that eating too many carbs sets you up for all manner of bad things.
I eat a high protein shake with fruits, veggies, and yogurt. I usually go 5-7 hours between meals

  • As specialist, I do believe Custokebon Secrets can be good way to lost a lot of weight. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it will work for you too.

  • This is so refreshing to hear! I screwed up my joints really badly from exercising with a trainer, who would fat shame me when I was at a completely normal weight, for gaining a kilo or so. As a result, from all the exhaustion, I couldn’t sleep well and gained weight from that and carb cravings to replenish energy. It’s super sad how so many people see exercise as a necessary punishment, even when they’re super underweight:(

  • If everybody would not eat proceed foods, then nothing of this would matter. Then we would have enough micronutrients and no other artificial shit.

  • If you wish to shed pounds, it is best to check out Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine. They’ll make it easier to get the body you deserve.

  • This is a thoroughly useless video. The Suit has a diploma, giving a speech of doublespeak. Utterly aimless pseudo intellectual doublespeak.

  • I’m sorry about your son and glad he survived but this is part of the problem -this is the reason people are avoiding fruits which are healthy and important and necessary, because people like you are spreading bullshit as facts. Opinion is not fact and your opinion is wrong. Fructous my dear is partially derived from fruit however it is not in fruit. It is a processed, highly refined and genetically modified product that isn’t even mainly from fruit.. is sugar alcohol in it is derived from fruit however it is not in Fruit let me repeat that one more time for the stupid people like this woman whose book I hopes Failed because of her bad research. Please don’t be afraid of fruit, people who eat only fruit heal themselves from stage 4 cancer. And I’ll repeat that again people who eat only fruit unprocessed and uncooked are the only people who heal themselves from stage 4 cancer documented scientifically and medically. Don’t be afraid of fruit ; fruit is what was on this earth when we first arrived, and it will be the last thing to survive after we’re gone. It is what your body craves and thrives on it is full of oxygen enzymes and everything your cellular structure needs to regenerate and cure any illness. Don’t be afraid of fruit be afraid of people who spread misinformation like this speaker

  • Hey! Just wanted to add that a negative effect of MSG on the human organism in reasonable doses is highly questionable. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/1541-4337.12448

Of course, being a flavour enhancer, the foods that MSG is usually used on will likely by themselves be unhealthy, so MSG can still be a marker for unhealthy processed foods. G’day!

  • The ways to being healthy include healthy eating, physical activities, weight management, and stress management.

    #health, #healthylifestyle, #healthyfood, #healthtips, #fertility, #femelife, #fertilitydiet

  • I’m new to your channel, and it’s great, but all your playlists seem informational/factual. I think maybe you’re missing a ‘How to get healthy’ playlist. After I watched a few of your more ‘informational’ videos I thought ‘where the hell do I start, how do I do all these things I should be doing’, and it was quite difficult to find this video and the other ‘practical ones’.

  • Hey Abbey, just so you know there’s an updated 4th edition of Intuitive Eating that was published this year (2020). I’m not sure how different it is, but the one you have linked is from 2012.

  • It would be a shame for you not to get rid of body fat while other typical people are capable to slim down easily by using Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

  • This video is mostly Old Guard nonsense. There is not one study that shows dietary saturated fat (or cholesterol) causes cardio-vascular disease. It is Old Guard Doctor Dogma. Move on. Tackle real health issues.

  • I have a question, I work evenings and I’m always really hungry when I get out of work which is around 9-10 and I wanted to know if it is a bad idea to eat at that time before I go to sleep. I usually eat before my shift because I work at a restaurant and I don’t want to eat the frozen and unhealthy foods but I’m just always hungry no matter what

  • I use to love certain foods? like ribs. Then thought oh my God I’m eating someone’s ribs. Ate eggs til body rejected it. Cause I was eating EGGS. Thought for food and for what’s not food.

  • Why skip breakfast? I can only imagine it would be because you want to maintain your current weight, but isn’t breakfast the most important meal of the day?

I have a banana and oatmeal at around 9:00am then I workout at 9:45 10:45am then I have eggs/toast/cheese/yoghurt (depending) at around 11am. I’ll then have lunch at like 2:30ish, dinner at 5:30ish and something else at around 9:00pm.

I know everyones different and going for different goals, but yeah just curious about the late first meal.

  • Ever since I stopped exercising with the only purpose of losing weight, I finally got stronger and happier. And didn’t need to lose weight. At all. I pretty much look the same but now I can lift heavy weights and do intensive trainings while being in a “bigger body”. It’s incredibly liberating.

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I see a lot of people keep on talking about this popular lose weight secrets.

  • Great speech/lecture. I bookmarked it to watch fully later when I get the chance. Thank you.:). I watched the first 30 mins of the lecture.

  • I’m skinny and I exercise regularly for how good it makes me feel. It really bothers me when I’m out for a run and someone comes up and asks why I’m running if I’m “already skinny” as if the only purpose of exercising is to lose weight ‍♀️

  • I was following along until the 90° mush ups came up,”yeah that ain’t gonna happen chief.”
Luckily he showed the easier version to get started

  • White rice and any cooked foods for that matters causes inflammation in the body for me now. But when I eat a raw food plant based diet all of the issues go away

  • If you want to shed weight, it is best to search Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine. They will make it easier to get the body you deserve.

  • What has helped me is to treat exercise as an activity of daily living such as brushing/flossing my teeth, taking a shower, eating, etc.

  • Hey chris, im wondering: you seem to train approx as much as a body builder, if not even more. how come you dont look like a meatball? whats the difference between working out like you and body building for the muscles?

  • I’ve been cooking and eating nothing but what I cook for over a month now, no butter or frying and use only coconut oil when necessary. I have recently started yoga and am gaining my flexibility back as well as losing some extra weight, I really appreciate your videos and I have just subscribed to you. I love the way you explain things and I appreciate you for what you do!
