  • Actually the isolation of alpha tocopherol was probably the biggest mistake in nutritional history. The following video describes this mistake in detail as well as why it failed as an antioxidant. https://youtu.be/V9zHfSIPdSo

  • Vitamins have been all scam and cheating. There has happened no real science behind them. Vitamins have all been fabricated on imagination to resemble advantageous production and usage of vital edible components.

It is REAL that no manufacturing of vitamin pills with genuine vitamins takes place. If you investigate on how they are manufactured, you realize that it’s all a hoax and there’s no advanced procedures or technologies to make this happen. They are only made of worthless common edible materials.

Adding vitamins to food or drink products have been all lies. Nothing of it has really happened. Nutrition information charts on products are all lies too. There exist no real knowledge of this kind in science.
