    Fat solubale vitamins (in this case A and D group vitamins) are only found in animal foods, dont kid yourselfs kids. The plants do not have those vitamins point blank. Granted they do have the plant version of them (like carotene, abundancae of which can cause more trouble than good), that are not bio-available as much and require conversion, so you get a tiny fraction of the actual vitamins if any. Stick with animal products and you’ll be fine 😉

  • Vitamin A does alot more than “Vision” even helps greatly with the reproductive system. so in men Vitamin A could be good if you have a low sperm count and for women it helps during Periods. Vitamin D which more like a hormone than a vitamin helps in Regulation of Mood, Increases Testosterone levels too. Vitamin A and D should be taken together regularly. an amazing source is “Cod Liver Oil” in which you’d be taking 1 tea spoon daily. (because it’s that rich in the two vitamins. taking more than 1-2 teaspoons a day could lead to Vitamin A toxicity)

    Note: Women when Pregnant need a much higher Vitamin A Blood levels because Just like the Video said Vitamin A essentially builds cells. and another note is that Vitamin D will deplete your Vitamin A blood levels. so Most Health Professionals actually believe most people are Vitamin A deficient to some degree. so if you’re a women and you’re pregnant you might want to up your vitamin A and if you’re a man and trying for a baby you might want to take Both Vitamin A & D. =)
