  • Eating healthy is one of the most important components of a long and robust life. Because of my lupus I had to stop eating baking soda and cut down dairy, and let me tell you it was a blessing. Please eat healthy guys. Fats are killing us slowly.

  • im curious of calories and what our bodies pick up of it. is there some difference in our digestive systems that doesnt absorb all of the available glucose? so example two people eat a 300 cal burger, could one of us have a less effecient system that let it out in our feces so that i would be consuming 200 cal but my friend with a better digestive system gets the whole 300?
    im particulary thinking of corn how it has a tendency to skip through our digestive system.. food doesnt always seem 100% digested… ie. i didnt absorb all of the calories that i ate.
    now could this affect how people are more skinny while eating more? is there some scientific papers on this topic?

    Imagine taking cooking class…u did a fantastic at procuring the vegetables all the ingredients, u got the recipe by hearted in your mind..u got utensils….but u just rushed through everything….just so unbelievably fast that people only saw 20%of the action rest was in 4x speed….you may end up with a good dish but you could have done a lot better in teaching others how to cook.

  • Are there thorough studies/scans done on schizophrenic brains and food? Where is all the data on food and mental health. If there isn’t any then someone get me a lab. Or tell me what the millions of people going to school every year are actually doing.

  • Good presentation… But no need to be concerned about tryptophan. It was about 30 years ago when the very first product resulting from genetic modification was put on the market and that was the GM version of tryptophan. The scientists missed the fact that the GM process caused a tiny amount of very toxic substance to be also be produced which was included in the final product. Some people died and thousands were sickened. So GM tryptophan was taken off the market.

    There was nothing wrong with the tryptophan supplement before the GM version, and nothing wrong with it now. Just avoid GMOs!!!!!

  • While you are stuck back in 1998 please bring back Coolio’s jams. We can cure nearly all western disease with this diet: breakfast: avocado, egg, fruit, nut (soaked overnight), olive (and oil), coconut. other than this, 100% pastured and wild caught meats and vegetables. Not low fat. NO sweeteners. No grains. No vegetable or seed based fats. Only dairy from A2 countries (or goat dairy).
