  • I’ll still take my gummy vitamin supplement in the correct way stated on the label as always. I’m very sorry for the situation discussed in this, but this video doesn’t make me want to stop using gummy vitamins. We all need to take the responsibility and read the label for proper use of anything we purchase before we use it. If there are children in the home, then keep things out of their reach that could be harmful if used excessively.

  • Only supplememts that I take is Fish Oil as in Omega-3 and Complete Vitamin B1-6-12 since you cant really get enough of it from foods as we age. Everything else to me at least seems like snake oil. Especially Vitamim E.

  • If I have gummy vitamins

I would rather take my regular vitamins instead my vitamins are yummy:D

but I take only one spoon
I don’t really think taking another spoon

  • I like gummy vitamins but they have a weird aftertaste they don’t taste like candy they taste like vitamins and that’s why I don’t eat gummy vitamins
I eat 4 eggs 2 orange slices and a glass of orange juice every morning I’m off school
