  • Get better soon, you and Myah. Hopefully, no one else gets sick. Y’all are too sweet to be sick. Make sure you ALL are drinking tons of fluids. Drink mainly lots of WATER. Squeeze a slice of fresh lemon in your water. No sugar though. When I’m sick, I make sure I’m drinking LOTS of healthy fluids, even hot or ice cold green tea. Get a large watermelon and slice off wedges for you, hubby, and the kids. Have a fun “watermelon day.” It tastes great and you can feel good about eating (or should I say, drinking) such a healthy snack, because watermelon is like 97% water. It’s amazing how fluids help “cure” colds, the flu, etc. You’ll pee a lot, but that’s ok. You’re flushing out your system of toxics.:)
