A person being tickled loses self-control. The struggle to gain control can be humiliating for the child and can leave unpleasant memories for a lifetime. When adults tickle kids, they mostly mean to have fun, but that doesn’t mean the outcome won’t be harmful.

Vernon R. Wiehe of the University of Kentucky published extensive research on sibling abuse and found that adults often reported tickling to be a form of physical abuse. This could be because it renders the victim unable to stop the perpetrator. If you screw children can be harmful You certainly enjoy the moment that your kids laugh, but this has some negative side Bright Side explains why tickling is not a good way to have fun Perhaps a game would be a better idea than tickling If your baby is laughing from tickling, it does not mean he is happy Children, especially those of the senseless, can not stop laughing when. Many of the study subjects reported tickling as a type of physical abuse. The study concluded that tickling can provoke extreme physiological reactions in the victim such as vomiting and loss of consciousness due to the inability to breathe.

“I told you not to go that far”‍♀️‍♀️
    How I was feeling:

  • yeash nothing negative happens when you play video games or wach tv sooo wroong you get addicted on them and you will grow weak and sick and will die really fast so many dumb people

  • One of my ears used to always be dirtier than the other because I showered from the side. Now I rotate more and it naturally cleans my ears. Sometimes, I’ll use a tissue to remove dead skin, etc, but I haven’t done that in months. I just stuck my pinky in my ear, and yup, no wax.

  • Video games made me a man of culture, not some loser who has no goals, and only cares about school and some average job, don’t care about school, care about your future,if it depends on video games, work for it,nothing is bad if it’s related with hard work, just make sure you know what you’re doing.

  • Interesting video. Personally, I don’t use ear cleaners. It’s better to use ear drops, but consult a doctor or nurse first. Ear cleaners are known to push wax and debris further down the canal. Cheers.

  • Do you think tickling is meant to be a symbol of peace? If someone is tickling you, that’s showing your body that they can interact with your most vulnerable areas and it’s okay. For example, a good way to get a small child to like you is to tickle them and make them start giggling. Tickling someone may be a social cue that shows you mean no harm, and that you can interact with them, even in sensitive areas, without a harmful result.

  • Main reasons why video games are bad. They inspire negative effects on our brain, such as aggression, and it negatively effects us physically. I will admit, I still game (Mostly Clash Royale, because I am a Clan Leader, ruling a one year old clan). Video games effect us humans physically because it cuts down the amount of physical activity in our lifetime. Now, hear me out, I’m not fat. I work out 1-2 hours a day to burn calories and whatnot, and I enjoy it. But something that is very difficult to reverse, is our vision. Eyesight is the most useful sense we have, and the radiation the “video” produces slowly deteriorates our vision. This could also mean we live for a shorter period time. And yes, I do sun-gazing and eye exercise to maintain and hopefully increase my vision (its very bad, 5.25 right eye and 4.75 left eye). About school activity, yes I am a straight A student and I always have been. But gaming kills your interaction skills. Based on personal experiences, I speak well to people in my game. And since I get so used to and accustomed to that, it makes it more difficult to speak to people outside your interests. I have cut down from 4-6 hours of game a day to 2 hours, which can still be as harmful. Stay in school, read books, and add to your knowledge.

  • Fun Fact: you can actually tickle yourself ever licked your knee before? If you lick the spot above your knee in a rapid motion, it causes a very frantic, twitchy sensation that is sure to give you the giggles. It’s like when a doctor tests your knee reflexes, but actually ticklish.

  • A little anecdotal evidence: My mother refuses to use qtips, she continuously has earwax build up and blockage. When I was a child she wouldn’t allow me to use qtips and I had build up and blockage. As an adult I started using qtips and never again had an earwax issue. My children also use them and have never had earwax issues. However my mother, father and brother who refuse to use qtips all have extensive earwax issues.

So I’ll stick with qtips thank you very much!

  • Do you think us human’s will have a major evolution in the next millennia? (Thousand years) if so, what might we look like? (Stay curious)

  • I love video games and they are bad for you. Hours and hours…. No, how ahout years( in hour form) wasted by not going outside and doing physical activity. And games are all about killing things 90% of the time.

  • Joe: “Go tickle someone”

    Me: “ok..”

    Joe: “ask permission first”

Me: “too late I’m in jail for harassing a woman at a subway station..”

  • That kids laughter is pure joy. That laugh has no fear, no hurt, no sadness, only love and happiness. I don’t know if that makes sense. I wish we could all laugh like that, like nothing else matters and enjoy the moment.

  • I never clean my ears with a tips usually as far as my finger goes when I take a shower.I stoped when I was around 17 and now I am 20.

  • I had a gaming addiction that started as a kid..and it didn’t begin to dilute until I reached my twenties….I think my decision to never buy my child a system ever will probably be one of my best. And I’m standing by my argument regardless of studies.

  • My mother will never say something reasonable
Me: why am I supposed to play this little
Mom: because it could harm your brain
Me: then why are you 10 hours on your laptop
    Mom: it’s different
Me: wtf do you mean different they are both screens
Mom: but video games have a lot of actions so they hurt the brain
Me: I used to play this much of football and you said it’s fine
Mom: stfu you are defending these games too much did they give you more friends?
Me: yeah I became a popular kid in the school and everybody friends me in psn
Mom: you are seriously under control of these games

  • in greek e have the word “γαργαλιτό (gargalito)” which literally just means “the tickle that makes a person laugh”, which also explains why the tickling that makes us laugh is called “gargalesis”.

  • Oh, that is so nice, scientifics, not torturing animals for a change, finding sensitive beings on the other side, quite a suprise, isn’t it??

  • tickling is the worst form of torture, you can not ever change my mind, don’t even try.
like i will lash out and physically hurt someone who tries to tickle me, even someone i like/love lmfao

  • STORY TIME: I used a q-tip in my ears yesterday. Right after, all sound was completely muffled in my right ear. The muffling has not gone away. No, I did not roughly jab it in my ear. And no, I did not push it in extremely far. I tried cleaning my ear out myself with Debrox according to box instructions, and it is even more muffled. Using q-tips can push ear wax further into your canal. The ear wax buildup is what’s muffling my hearing. So to anyone hating, this is a very real thing. I’ve learned the hard way. Now, I have to go to an ENT doctor to clean out my ear.

  • I can tickle myself though.. I know people can’t supposedly, but I laugh and get squeamish to tickling myself. I can feel it from just watching it, someone could even tickle me without touching me if they get close enough. I’m really ticklish, and squirm around too much, so I don’t normally let people do so out of worry of kicking them by accident. But if I’m not really tickling myself, why does it feel like it-? And what is happening when I supposedly do?

  • I wonder if we laugh when we are tickled because often, loud noises scare attacking animals away, so we have evolved to laugh loudly instead of that kind of “wheezing” laugh. Anyone else?

  • Why don’t they state the alternative? Are we meant to leave it til wax starts flowing out of the ear?? I’m not gonna stop cleaning them myself.

  • You know those charts that say 500 out of 600 people get mad when playing violent videogames, I have a question…. out of those 500 people how many of them were Bullied before, or Experienced a Traumatizing event*, were they *Abused by their parents what about the other factors DiD they have Anger Issues before they played this game………

  • i’ve been using q-tips in my ears since i was a kid, and my hearing is soo precise, I have to sleep with headphones in blasting white noise like the sound of rain, becuase i’m such a light sleeper, hearing the slightest little noise wakes me up. my hearing is too precise and fine.

  • Well, I guess I’m not normal. You didn’t mention what my ear wax looks like. Mine is
light yellow and very sparse. Most times I don’t have any visible wax at all.

  • It would seem that tips are for the external areas of your ears. You just barely get the tip into your ears opening. It’s basically used to clean up what’s been pushed out to the very opening of the ear canal. ^.^ I hope this helps!!!

  • If you tickle your kids, practice teaching them what no and stop mean. Practice setting boundaries for how they can choose how to allow others to touch them. Tamera on The Real got this advice from a pediatrician and I wanted to share it here too.

  • I like the picture of the Chinese family they put in the video when they mentioned ear wax of people from Korea and North China, a real Einstein!

  • Helium increases the pitch at which we talk because it’s lighter than air, there’s an inverse of this which makes your voice deeper. I can’t remember the name of it, but could it make mice laughter audible to humans?

  • If cleaning wax out of your ears is bad… then why Asians are not going deaf. They do ear cleaning at barbershop like getting a haircut.

  • But I love picking the earwax out of my ears. While you shouldn’t stick a Qtip far inside your ear, you shouldn’t be afraid of life.
