It’s not the same as two pregnancies. Enough said. Twins have unique issues.

Two children of different ages, even close in age, don’t experience the same identity issues that twins encounter. It’s not uncommon to compare children (“Oh, your brother did the same thing at your age. She looks just like her sister did when she was that age.”).

For the most part, twins and multiples share the same birthday. Twins are defined as two offspring born together, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they are born on the same date. Multiples are generally born only a few minutes apart. If delivered by cesarian section, the interval between births is usually only a minute, maybe two.

March 25, 2015. Because you and your sister are identical twins, you pretty much have the same DNA. Not exactly but pretty darned close. This is because you both started from the same fertilized egg. Which is why identical twins are also called monozygotic.

Since you both have the same DNA, this is almost like the two sets of children have the same. Age differences between siblings can also affect their level of closeness. Since most twins are born just seconds or minutes apart, they have almost no age difference between them and often go through life perceived by others and themselves as a set of two people rather than just one person. Young identical twins often seem to have a telepathic bond, but there’s no evidence that it’s real. Their similarities reveal something about the likeness of twins’ minds, not a link between them.

Fraternal twins occur when women ovulate two healthy eggs and both get fertilized. And every now and then, “superfecundation” happens: Two eggs are ovulated during the same cycle and fertilized at different points within the six-day fertility window, resulting in a bouncing pair of twins. In addition to the Irish twins, Ormrod has three other children. In some studies, having a baby within 18 months of giving birth has been linked with complications, including an increased risk of. Most twin pregnancies end with two healthy babies being born.

Occasionally, unusual events happen during fertilization or at an early stage of a twin pregnancy that leads to unique twins. When my youngest was born, my oldest (who just turned 3) still wore diapers at night. The fun part here is you can potty train two at a time. The not so fun part — everything else about having three kids in diapers at once.

7. They go through stages together. It seems unnatural being born together and then dying apart. Melodie Ramone “ You can spend too much time wondering which of identical twins is the more alike. Robert Brault “ Twins have a special bond.

They feel safer with each other than with their peers.

Since dizygotic twins are formed from two separate ova and two separate sperms, they always have two separate placentas (although they can appear “fused” on late-trimester ultrasound if close to each other).

The timing of zygotic splitting in MZ twins determines the differences in amniotic sac, chorionic and placental anatomical development.1 In principle, the earlier the splitting occurs, the less the twins share common supportive structures; and the later, the more.

  • This was so helpful! I wish I had watched it before I had mine (but I’m kinda glad I didn’t LOL). Mine are 2 now! I went into it blissfully ignorant (even though I’m a twin myself!). I had no CLUE how hard it would be! And I had a 14 month old when I brought my twins home so it was just a mess for a while! My oldest is 3 and my twins are 2 and I have one on the way. I think nothing compares to having twins! It’s just a beast!! lol

  • Hold up… did you used to make videos about guinea pigs and rabbits and stuff??? I used to watch you all the time way back in the day and now this pops up on my recommended?

  • My girls are fraternal as well. I have the same situation! Aria is so calm and relaxed for the most part and loves her sleep. Ella is fiesty and is not fond of sleeping lol. The sleep deprivation has been the hardest for me! I have two older children 7 and 4 not to mention my four year old has type-1 diabetes, that in itself takes a lot of time and attention and waking up at night. And when you have other children you can’t always sleep when the baby sleeps. In the beginning we’d get one to sleep and the other would wake up, it was hard. They are now on the same schedule and it is glorious
Also, I can’t go anywhere in public without getting stopped now. It’s like no one has seen twins lol. And i always get asked if they are boys or girls! They have pink car seats and are always dressed girly and most times with bows in their hair haha ‍♀️

  • Twin mom here too!! Interesting to hear your perspective on twins after having other kids. My twins were my first and both difficult babies. Still difficult now lol. Then I had a Singleton who was/is easy. Such a different experience

  • The pale child looks borderline albino, like black people with pale complexion and red hair. She didn’t take her color from her dad to me

  • My dad is a twin and of all grand children, I’m the one who resembles my late grandmother the most. Therefore, I’m so sure that I can conceive twins without any magic any time I wish.

  • Thank you for your information. I have two questions. 1. Have you knowledge of the epi-no birth training method? 2. Is it possible to use witchcraft and kinesis to make the vagina go back to it’s original state or make the male penis larger?

  • I’m 19 seconds in and Im struggling with the narrator’s pronunciation of Gloucester. Historic migration and conquest gave us Brits place names, but the great vowel shift gave us our current pronunciation. Two main reasons we have a very unique and complex language. If you’re doing a piece about people from Britain, please check how the town is pronounced. Note, Welsh towns will be pronounced in Welsh which uses a very similar alphabet to English, but letters are pronounced differently.

  • Thanks for this video. I just had my three month old baby in February 2018 and I was 40 years old. I’m turning 41 soon. Me and my husband want another baby and we want to start trying again soon. People think we are crazy. Just like u time is not on our side. It took us months trying to conceive our son, almost a year.

  • Girl you have two girls and people ask if they’re identical just imagine having a boy and a girl and people ask and if they’re identical that shit gets so annoying and is the most stupidest question on earth. My babies will be 4 months on Nov 10th IG @ marshall2winz
