But this is experienced since last couple of days

  • Hi,thanks for the video. My boy is of 2 months old now. Intially he was used to formula milk totally till one month bcos of my flat nipples and latching problems. I was in depression and cried alot for not able to breastfeed him. But slowly i started to breastfeed him nearly 10 times in a day now. Problem is even after hr of breastfeed he still carves for formula milk only then he feels full and sleeps. Is this something related to low milk supply? Any suggestions woould help me great.

  • Excellent video. Love your composure and the simplicity with which you convey your message. Am breastfeeding my 4 month currently and that is how I landed here and any video which gives sensible and easily doable tips to increase the supply. Most of which you said are commonly used and there are a few which I have learnt in the last 10 days

    1. Fenugreek My 100% take on it. But I drink as Fenugreek tea 3 times a day. So, if one form of fenugreek doesn’t work for you, you can try other forms like powder, tea, swallowing whole without soaking, sprouted seeds in salad.

    2. Roasted cumin seeds powder mixed with jaggery (equal proportion of the powder and the jaggery). 1 tbsp a day

    3. Raw groundnut with the skin. Apparebtly, it is a feed for the cows to increase lactation is what I have heard. So, trying it.

    4. Drumstick leaves in any form veg, soup

    Hope this helps

  • Your story relate to my story, now I’m suffering that situation, I have 4mnth baby.. My lactation very slow, my baby demanded but lactation bahat kam ke wajese wo bahat roo raha hai

  • Thanks for the video. I hadn’t tried electrolytes, most other videos on lactation haven’t mentioned that one. Will try it! Btw, did anyone tell you that you look and talk a little bit like Deepika Padukone? Are you guys related:D

  • What to do if baby sleeps at the breast or only wants to nurse when baby wants to sleep? Is baby still drinking milk that time? My baby is 4 months old and she latches only when she wants to sleep and when she wakes up she is hungry again then I tip her up with formula. She has stared latching after 3 months and I am assuming my milk supply is not sufficient for her needs. What to do then?

  • Hi… Nice n useful video.. Just want to ask from ur experience.. I’m delivered 3 weeks ago n I only can pump out 2oz each breast every 2hours…is it normal?

  • The other thing i want to add is neglect the negative comments from friends / relatives saying u r not producing enough baby is so thin.. that just makes us worry lot more..if the babys weight is good then we dont have to listen to anyone right..

  • Hai pls do mention the electrolyte brand name one I need that desperately… I’m also in US so pls kindly advise me on that… breastfeeding mom for a month old baby

  • I recommend drinking “healthy nursing tea” by secretsoftea which was a great help
at the moment. I have been producing enough to soothe the baby contrary to my
    previous supply.

  • Can I know how frequent Yu use to pump…. Bcoz my supply is low so I’ll pump and for rest I’ll give formula… But I fear that pumping let my milk supply further low

  • Hi,

  • About cluster feeding. How on earth can you do this and do everything else you have to do? If you have no one else to support you when your partner is at work, it’s impossible. Don’t tell me that feeding the baby is more important than anything else, it doesn’t answer the question.

  • My Holy Grail when My milk did a Drastic Dip are Legendairy Milk suppliments. All herbal and organic! I had my son 3 months ago and due to also having 19 mth old twins to Care for my stress level and lack of having ” free time ” to care for myself caused a Huge Dip in my supply after taking these supplement immediate increase by the next day

  • I have struggled a lot with my BM supply. I tried a dozen of remedies but nothing worked, but when I used “healthy nursing tea” of secretsoftea which I found in a discussion on some mommies forum. This tea really did wonders for me.

  • Thank you.. it was very usefull.. I want to ask how often did u see dip in your milk supply? how did u know that? my baby is about 6 months old and i feel she cries more that is how i felt milk supply is reduced plus when i pumped, i couldnt get more than 2.5 ounces… so can the supply reduce during breadtfeeding like in any month or so?? plz reply

If a newly mother could produce quality of breast milk, that’s prefect to her new born baby and very convinent to herself at nights after her labour’s exhaustion and her fully speedy recovery. But if newly mother has been experiencing menaupose, if is unwell, her breast milk’s quality is not good to new born baby with weaken immune system which needs to be building up, may make her new born baby getting sick, also if newly mother could have produced plenty milk for whatever reasons immediately after her baby’s born, I think the combination of formula bottle milk and mother ‘s breast milk should be used together as backup each other.
